Papa John's left out part of the order. They said they they would get it to me; an hour and 40 minutes later and it's still not here.

Unfortunately the guy that was working behind the counter was being very rude and was complaining in other words of huffing and puffing when we had asked for the gluten free option, it made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome as it can be very hard finding places with gluten free options. This is happened a few times when we have gone in the last few months, this is very unfair as the food is really good but has been let down by your staff member. But this being said, for the female staff members who are very considerate and helpful when being asked to make gluten free this makes the experience better.

Reading Evelyns review below is very very disappointing yeah you work with the NHS you chose to work there what about the people that were OUT of work due to the corona virus that weren't getting paid and lots off business that went to the wall I'm pretty sure people were very happy with the great discounts this company offered but no they should have given all the emergency police fire brigade nurses doctors and the list goes on free pizzas no I don't think so I would rather family's that were left with both parents out off work were helped it's them that struggle not people in jobs that weren't effected

The mcflurries are being served like mini ones doesn’t even reach the tub halfway there profits must be higher. Big Mac really cold it’s a joke the McDonald’s in Falkirk.

Visited this evening, it was quiet, ordered and charged for chips and two kebabs, after 20 min walk in the rain back to Kelpies to find no chips, no salad just onions. Awful service will not return.

Got a black pudding supper and a haggis supper the chips were cold and had that much brown sauce the box fell apart . Phone down to be basically told if we were not happy don’t come back from the manager Don’t worry I won’t

I ordered a certain dish, the dish I was given resembled another dish listed in sweet chilli sauce, so not what I was expecting… although it tasted… just ok, it wasn’t spicy as described… it’s something you could whip together in 2 mins with a jar of shop bought sweet chilli sauce. I tasted the curry sauce, nothing nice about it… noddles were ok.

Ordered food to wrong address, didn't realise. My mistake, but phoned up to see if this could be corrected. Woman on phone not helpful, claims driver phoned when no answer at wrong door. No phone call was made to my phone, not even once. She then passed me over to a man without telling me, and he didn't even understand why I had phoned. She had obviously not even bothered explaining my situation to him. No apology, just adamant that driver had phoned. Food always takes hours to arrive so didn't think of the address until after 2 hours had already passed. Mediocre food that you've got to wait hours for and terrible customer service skills. Awful.

Quite a place great food lively feel not expensive ,only kidding like all of Falkirk it's old fashioned expensive and not fun

Phoned for a carry out,waited over an hour,phoned to check delivery time,said the driver was at the house, no response, totally nonsense, as three members of the family were in,wanted cash on delivery and then a second delivery charge,outrageous service,will never use this chinese carry out in the future.

HORRIBLE SERVICE TOOK 15 MINUTES FOR THEN TO SERVE ME. Just completely ignored me everytime I asked to be served. Food is good but the atmosphere is shocking all the staff shouting in the kitchen. Won't be back here again.

Didn't eat there. It was Eleanor's leaving night after 36 years of hard work. So, a good night and a good atmosphere.

It takes effort to get it so wrong! Simple order brought to the table by server who appeared to not want to be there, zero smile or any kind of expression. None of the basic social courtesy norms at all. Items thumped down on the table. Clear our custom was an inconvenience! Although ordered there was no milk for the coffee which was almost cold, the wrong jam was brought for my scone, the scone which the menu said came with butter came with no butter and no cutlery was brought to use. When I went to the counter to report this I was ignored until I actually had to say excuse me to gain some form of acknowledgement that I was standing there. From the other reviews it would appear my experience is not isolated. This is a management issue, there are clearly issues of staff training and supervision for what I have described above to have occurred which is a real shame. You can tell the cafe has had money spent on it, it is a lovely place which should be a destination. Unfortunately my experience has put me right off, I will not return to Klondyke, there are too many other garden centers with cafes that are friendly and polite and if I'm going to make the effort to drive to one of these places its going to be somewhare I feel welcome.
