Turned up for our Wowcher meal. Total chaos. Bar had run out of beer and chef hadn't turned up. As we were there had a glass of wine each, charged £6 each per small measure for a mediocre supermarket plonk. Tried several times to rebook, they never answered phone or replied to emails. Transpires they also redeemed my Wowcher. Resturant now permanently closed. Not surprised.

Shockingly small portion size of McFlurry. Cup was not even half-filled. Doesn’t come anywhere close to the photos on screen. Massively disappointing. C’mon Mickey D’s, stop trying to maximise profits and rip off customers. Fill the cup to the top and give us what we have paid for or we won’t be back. (it wasn’t a mini McFlurry or Kids McFlurry)

A bit inconsistent - sometimes the food is great and sometimes not. We get a take away once every couple of weeks and we do like Kung po chicken, szechuan and salt and pepper chips. The service is usually friendly and efficient. (We pick up as the quality is never good when delivered- regardless of the place) However they appear to have a new member of staff who was rude to the point of being obnoxious. She need me sacking

So, I have just walked out after standing for ten minutes and two people served before me who came in later. Even after the server was told I was first by a colleague she still ignored me and served someone wearing hospital scrubs first. After a not very nice appointment at the hospital I feel staff should.be a bit more attentative as to who is coming in. Seemed to have their head in the clouds

Yeah, it's pricey for what it is, but aren't all Starbucks? The tray bakes aren't bad, though! Not bad selection and it's handy that they are open late. Staff are always pleasant. Wish they'd stock more Rooibos products, but they never seem to order them in. Can't win 'em all.

Delivery or takeaway only but this does the best Chinese food in Falkirk, never had a bad meal, every dish we've had has been fab

Loved there food but now twice the driver refuses to deliver takeaway and we literally a quater mile away from the high-school.. they always use to deliver now refuse to because the driver dictates to the customers and I was always spending between 50 and 80 quid a time..

We called in at Marks and Spencer’s cafe in the retail park in Falkirk today for a quick coffee. We didn’t sample any of the lovely rolls on offer but we had good coffee and biscuits. Only complaint the coffee mugs are big and we sat under a extractor fan and my husband was frozen. Otherwise very pleasant.

Tried a biryani, it was pretty uninspiring. The kids had a pizza (pretty standard) and chicken nuggets and chips (which went down well). We also tried a hoggy/hoagy which we'd heard about as being a Central Scotland delicacy, although in effect it is a kebab with cheesy chips added in. Not saying that's a bad thing, but perhaps not as different as it first sounded!

i’ve been there with my boyfriend and jt was ok. we were disappointed because the smoothies we got didn’t look like the ones on the menu. they were fine though.
