Starbucks in Falkirk

Yeah, it's pricey for what it is, but aren't all Starbucks? The tray bakes aren't bad, though! Not bad selection and it's handy that they are open late. Staff are always pleasant. Wish they'd stock more Rooibos products, but they never seem to order them in. Can't win 'em all.

friendly staff but the coffee wasn't very good it was quite busy but the staff were struggling. Muffins were not that good but the pancakes were great

The coffee machine was broken so only served normal coffee, really bad watered coffee, I asked for a Frappucino terrible all it had was chunks ice in it absolutely flavourless I know Starbucks is bad but I didn’t think it was this bad, we left both drinks won’t be coming back

I cannot recommend Starbucks Latte ( one shot) topped with cream- it is THE best coffee ever. Staff here are helpful and quick service

Having worked for Starbucks not that long ago and been one of their Coffee Masters for close to 7 years I can say that I know how to make the drinks. The drink I received after ordering was not up to standards so I asked for it to be made again and they still started to make it incorrectly. I ordered an iced latte and the one they gave me wasn't even mixed. The shots were sitting at the bottom of the drink with all of the milk on top of them and this is because they put the ice in first or before the milk. If they did it the way they were supposed to, they would have put the milk in first, then the shots and then the ice. When they started to remake it, they still put in a lot of ice before even adding the shots so the shots would have just sat on top of the drink the 2nd time. I did not order a macchiato. I confronted the Coffee Master on duty and asked why he was letting them make drinks incorrectly and he told me that's how they do it now. I told him he was full of it and returned everything I ordered for a refund. I don't have the patience to be lied to, to my face. So not only are they not making drinks the way they're supposed to, they're also liars at this store. That... or they're just handing out the black apron to anyone who wants one.

Un amigo que sabe que vamos al cine en Falkirk comprar vales para un regalo de Navidad. Sin embargo, cuando intentamos utilizar los vales nos dijeron que nos teníamos que ir a Starbucks en el nuevo Hospital de Larbert hayan aceptado o otro Starbucks en otra ciudad. No es bueno si estás runni frachise ng una.

I visited here with friends. It is quite well organised and the staff are good, polite and good with kids. I definitely would recommend and will be back.

The commercially orientated environment is unpleasant in this premises, tables small location views poor and badly orientated. . The shape of the space is unpleasant also moving through the space from the street is not enjoyable

A lovely escape from the hectic car park, usually abundant parking nearby but it can be busy. They recently seemed to have reduced the selection of cakes so that is why I'm not giving it an excellent but coffee is consistently excellent

If you want to see film, order coffee 30 mins before you start. This may allow you to see opening credits.

Sunday afternoon waiting for kids to come out of a film, more staff than customers at this point so no excuse for the place to be filthy. And it is filthy. Couldn't put my cup down to add milk, though one look at the sugar/milk area, probably safer just not bothering.

It's a franchise within Cineworld, not the fastest service but it's a typical Starbucks and as far as my two teens go it's perfect and I can recommend the vanilla macchiato.

Met some friends here after work for a catchup; mainly met here because it said on their website that they were open until 8pm; however at 7pm they asked us all to leave! We ended up going to the nearby Wetherspoons for a second cup of coffee so that we could continue our chat. They were cleaning when we went in so half of the cafe was cordoned off and it felt like we were interrupting them, or holding them back. If we'd realised they closed at 7 we would have just gone elsewhere in the first place.

Always had good coffee out of here. Would always pick Starbucks over Costa coffee. The Christmas coffees are extremely good and they staff and helpful and friendly

this is great for a coffee before you go to watch a film great for seeing what films are on and coming up and nice little snacks

Which helps with the atmosphere. I think more comfy seats would be good

Perfect location must be a new shop staff are great only downside can't use the app to buy anything but still great drinks as always

Pop into the cinema now and again as this is where the nearest Stabucks hides. Service is usually slow and not particularly friendly. Coffee is fairly standard although the frappacinos are usually better. I've managed to avoid eating anything more than a slice of cake which although moist is usually well overpriced.
