Tesco Cafe in Falkirk

Nearly 20 min to get baked potato. Very inexperienced staff, made latte then mixed that with spoon. Bake potato tasted half cooked, looked horrible and tested horrible, no salad or any side.

was looking forward to a breakfast muffin,was the main breakfast item i ordered but alas looks like im doing without,missing from order,somebody needs to wake up,not happy at all

Just eat driver didn’t hand us drinks but instead poured coffee at bottom of my close and the cup in my neighbours black box. This is terrible he could have just walked up the stairs and handed me it, angry isn’t appropriate I’m disgusted.

Sunday 23/6/24 I thought I would try out THE BREAKFAST costing £5.50 & a pot of T costing £1. 95 = £7.45. Erin offered to carry my tray to my table & she also took time to help me to put in the code for the review - 10/10 for Erin. Rhymes brought me some 🍅 sause to my table when he was passing & later I had a bleather with him BUT he spoke that fast - a bit like a machine gun getting fired 😂 despite that he was a pleasant guy. Now on to my all- day - breakfast. I was ready for it 'cos I had no breakfast b4 going to Church & I was surprised that my breakfast was served up onto a near hot 🔥 plate 🍽️ 👍 & that doesn't happen very often in some other eateries. My fried egg wasn't all frizled up & my tattie scone wasn't at the stage where one could ring the grease out of it, nor was it burnt on one side, as has happened in a few cafes that I've visited. My 2 hash browns were cooked spot on👍 the link sausage was good, but the one small slice of bacon 🥓 was a wee bit dry. All in all it was all very good & just a wee bit of fat was left. Sorry 😔 I forgot to take a photo of my breakfast - I was that hungry, I just wanted to get in there & devour the lot.

Food was very fast to arrive after ordering, good value for money the £7.50 burger with fries is excellent in terms of appearance and taste for the price offered. Very nice cafe setup behind the line and in dining area. Health and safety behind the line looks very good. My server Rachel was very kind and welcoming into the establishment. Seems like she should be giving a raise or a promotion as she goes above and beyond that of the average team member.

Asked for normal mayo instead but still got peri-peri. No chili jam or tomato and one small piece of lettuce only on the halloumi burger. Kids meal came with half a pot of beans instead of full and orange juice instead of milk.

Food quality was okay. Couldn't tell you how the coffee was because either the driver or the server at the restaurant put the cup upside down resulting it to immediately explode when unpacked. Thanks to the absolute genius who has now wasted my morning while I clean up and stain treat a carpet. Learn to do your jobs.

First and last time i will order from here. £3 for 10 chips is ridiculousl. Secondly who heats up an iced frappe, this went down the sink as it was disgusting. Last but not least ordered a caramel latte however hazelnut syrup was used, this coffee was for someone who has a severe nut allergy, thankfully they were able to smell it before drinking the coffee, this also ended up down the sink.

I have been to this cafe 3 times in the last two weeks, awful service, waited ages on my food the first time and my cappucino was cold by the time i received my food, the next time i came i was told there was nothing for a full breakfast, right in a tesco store and there was no breakfast food, then today i went in for a cappucino and waited 20 mins as the machine had been through a cleaning cycle and needed to go through another for some reason, the staff are absolutely lovely especially Caroline but are obviously understaffed and do not have the food available to cover the menu, such a shame as it's a lovely cafe and very central.

Absolutely delicious breakfast,,arrived nice and hot, would definitely recommend.

Waited a very long time for order and had to heat it up in my microwave.

Worse all day breackfast i have ever had, one sausage that was horrible tastings and hardly cooked right, bacon that was rock hard, chewy egg and mushy, cheap beans, the portion was tiny as had litrally one of each thing like one sausage, one riny bit of bacon etc... couldn't even eat most of it because it was that bad so will have to order from else where now and get something better to eat.

Ordered 2 meals and 2 cakes and only 1 meal was received, leaving one of us without breakfast

I visited cafe on 3rd January 2023 with my Husband and 3 Grandchildren aged 8,6,3 years at 12.30 lunchtime, the boys wanted the kids boxes as we used to come here before Covid when they were younger and liked it when we arrived we discovered there were no sandwiches left to put in boxes, I went to the counter to ask if there were any more and was told we don't do sandwiches I explained it was for kids box and she said no they were finished, strange since it was lunchtime. The boys were very disappointed so we left and went along to Morrisons The attitude of the staff in Tesco was couldn't care less, we won't be back.

Unfortunately, very bland and not really tasty food. Even expected better from Tesco Cafe.. Unfortunately, the chai latte was inedible. All in all dissatisfied, no recommendation. The second star is for the rather reasonable prices.

Was missing my bacon and ketchup. But can clearly see I ordered them as extra with my sausage bap, on the receipt.

I ordered toast as an extra, but it was missing. There wasn't a way to include this with my other missing items. Can I be compensated for this too please?

My favourite delivery! Food always fresh. Always piping hot! And prices are great! Only downside this morning is my drink spilled a little. But honestly, at least for breakfast..10/10!!

Came warm enough not roasting though. Was missing bacon roll very disappointing as I only ordered two rolls and two hot drinks not a hard order to get wrong.

Forgot my sauce. The chicken goujons in the kids meal were overcooked to death,my daughter couldn't even manage to eat them because they were so tough. The vegan breakfast was fine. Food was delivered early and was hot.

Breakfast was really poor today guys. The food is over cooked yet cold. The butter from the toast was placed under the breakfast and is now stuck to the bottom of the bag, and the box the breakfast came in. It’s basically not edible so will have to go in the bin which is disappointing. I regularly order from you guys, but it’s usually Graham’s road store surprised to not see the standard I’m used to from them

Breakfast was extremely poor. Sausage was cold , bacon was tough and egg was luke warm. Would not recommend to anyone. Also got a huge discount of 35p for not having potato scone , hash brown, beans and toast. My wife's was exactly the same.

Really good food as always. Ordered the breakfast, only disappointment I'd say is there is no complimentary roll or even toast, instead you must pay extra for toast. Delivered on time, still warm and very enjoyable.

Hot food arrived hot and fresh, cold drinks arrived cold and packaged very well. Decent prices and portion sizes compared to other places that do the same thing.

Ordered the vegan breakfast, asked to swap mushroom/tomato for a potato scone which they kindly did for me, they tasted horrible like they had been dipped in the a deep fat fryer, the sausages were cold and the avocado was brown. Iced latte was nice, don’t think will order again considering how much they charge and what I got.

This is the worst service I ever experienced. First we were ignored, then when ketchup bottle was empty, told us they did not have another one!!! Sitting right next to a Tesco superstore !!! Ah, and preparing fish‘n chips was obviously top troublesome!

Popped in for a scone and tea..the scone was lovely and fresh, the girl was friendly that served us..looks nice now it's been refurbished..must try their breakfast to see if it has improved, hope so..will report back. Visit no.2. Tried to get service for breakfast at 09.10 hrs..stood like lemons, staff just walking past us, never got acknowledged at all..waited nearly 10 minutes, left..ignorant to say the least..even if somone said, be with you soon or something..nope..walked passed and ignored us.

If the bacon on my bacon roll was any less cooked it could have been Porky Pig in a cartoon. Ps staff were miserable.

We took a group of OAP total 33 of us , pre-order by phone 30 fish &chips, the fish has no taste and the batter was soggy very thick, worse of all some not been cooked! I must say never had anything as bad as this in my life!!! Feeling very disappointed!

Had brunch here, food was hot and just been made, staff were great and friendly, tables were not left long before some one came out to clear and clean them, toilets not far and you can leave your trolly at the side if You,be done your shopping

How can a cafe in a Tescos store at 930 in the morning have no fresh bread!!! And it doesn't fill you with confidence when they have to look up to read there menu themselves as they don't have a clue.

Large free car park and free WIFI. Served by buses coming from the town centre. Store layout very similar to other of their outlets. Cafe on ground floor so easily accessed for prams and wheel chairs. Fuel station on site. Paying by the new Tesco pay and go+ very convenient and not needing cards.

I was in today! Waited ages on food then when it came there was a plate missing, had to wait longer when it came fried eggs were mouldy put me off eating any more been being sick since. I am pregnant this was disgusting
