Brain Freeze in Falkirk

Warning! The cookie dough was alright but not what I expected. Definitely order two if you expect a bigger size than the photo 😂. Place is great but I just wish this was better, could hardly taste the sauce either. The server was nice though, only realized it was like this when I got home.

Ice cream is great, but the place is very run down looking.

Extremely disappointed in tonight's order. Cookie Dough and 2 Scoops of ice cream and a Pick n Mix was my order. Cookie dough was solid and stone cold could smash a window with it. Ice cream was melted. Pick and mix sweets were vile. Had a strange taste to them like dish soap.never had that before. I have used here a few times and after tonight I won't be back. Only positive I have to say is delivery driver was pleasant.

Food took over 2 hours to arrive and when it arrived, the waffles and crepes were cold and ice cream was all melted.

They put Nutella on supposed to be nut free food. Second time they have done this now

Bubble waffle was okay, got bottle of juice too and one was out of date and flat :( bit expensive for it being out of date

Order took 2hrs to arrive. Couldn't get through on the phone to chase up order. When it finally arrived it was wrong, ordered bananas got strawberries, great when you have an allergy, order lemon Ice Blast and recieved orange slush of undetectable flavour, ordered a 2 scoop tub with Raspberry and lemon sorbet and got a sprinkling of lemon sobert. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! Currently isolating so can't get out for treats. Unable to contact shop.

great service, efficient and nice selection of ice creams. i usually get the tango ice blasts. always feel very welcomed when im in there.

Have ordered from Brain Freeze on JustEat twice over the past few months and both times the drivers got lost and we don’t live anywhere that’s difficult to find. The first time we ordered from here our “hot” desserts were over cooked, rock solid and freezing cold. Today we ordered a rather depressing pick n mix and 2 milkshakes with cream - of which one was burst and the other was watery. The one that had burst I had asked for caramel syrup but there was only the slightest drop in the cup. Photos from todays order.

Ordered crepe for my daughter with strawberry's, cream and flake. All that came was a plain crepe. They said no driver to bring new one out, told to get a refund online, site doesn’t allow you to get a refund! Told next time I order I’ll get a complimentary crepe. It was tonight she wanted it.

Ordered via JustEat. Quite disappointed. I’ve walked past hundreds of times and though today would be the day to try it. I got 2 of the 3 scoop milkshakes, and they were watery? It arrived so very fast since they used a taxi service so it was perfectly cold, wasn’t melted at all, but it was thin? I don’t understand, it was like there was no ice cream in it at all. I got Parma Violet, Oreo, and Oreo again for my 3 flavours for my shake, and it just tasted of Parma violet with random cheap cookies in it? I also ordered sprinkles and Oreos as an extra, but they were put on the bottom? Who does that? Who the heck puts sprinkles on the bottom of a milkshake. These people obviously just don’t care. Not worth £13. More like £2 a shake. On top of it all I had to wait hours upon hours to write a review because ‘my order was with a courier’ or whatever for the rest of the evening!?

Ordered a crepe and a four scoop tub of ice cream, waited 1 hour 45mins and when it arrived my crepe was cold and tasted like cardboard, I asked for banana on it and thier was only a few slices on top, the tun was half full. Would not recommend and I will never order again

Ordered on a Wednesday night waited almost 1 and half hours . Crepes came with no ice cream ( six scoops) not good service . Wont use again

I placed a order tonight for 2 cookie doughs and ice cream once they arrived I was disgusted with what they looked like. £14 for it and if I'm honest you could do a better job yourself. I'd avoid on future as I won't be ordering again!!

I ordered cookie dough and ice cream placed around 2120 tonight and I called and they said it was on there way it has now been 45 mins, I understand on my app it said 2220 it would be ready but the notice when the driver is coming out is shocking there delivery service is very poor

Ordered a desert for delivery. Upon arrival we had stuff missing so we called the shop and they said they would have it up straight away. 2 hours later after arguing for a refund they sent it eventually after we made very clear we didn’t want a refund. Shocking service, they lied about how I spoke to the delivery driver not them. Will be telling everyone to avoid, shame there isn’t a service to leave a minus 5 star review. Disgusting service

Ordered for my family as used to be good must be under new management staff are very rude 3 missing items on arrival then blamed us all ice cream scoops were ping pong ball size utter disgrace of a place then sorted 2 items with a lot of attitude totally unprofessional and certainly wouldn’t recommend as someone had to do without dessert which was paid for nothing short than criminal avoid like ebola!

Had the rainbow cake tonight and although it looked delicious it was so dry and hard to even break apart wouldn't recommend 😖

Visited here for an ice cream cone for my son. He was spoilt for choice as they have so many different flavours of ice cream to choose from. He ended up getting the Belgium Chocolate ice cream with a teddy bear cone and was happily surprised to find that it was only £1. Very clean and welcoming place and would come back if in the area, especially to try a cheesecake as they looked lovely and get some more ice cream.

Huge range of ice cream which is all delicious and soooooo many different sweets!! Hot drinks available too. Staff and service both amazing.

Service is good staff are friendly but not expensive for what it is. I have visited a few times but the prices for sweets are 2 much. Not keen on the milkshakes think for what u pay it could be better

WOW I became 5 again when I walked in ! A fabulous range of pick and mix sweets that will take you back to your childhood ! Fabulous service too. Had to be followed by some scrumptious ice cream and spoiled for choice on the sauces and sprinkles to add ... then there are the cakes ... had to save them for the next visit but they looked amazing with a choice of cheesecakes as well as meringues and cake . Coffee was fabulous - just how I like it x Get yourself down for a wee treat or 3 in a run with sauce and sprinkles 😊

Great wee place, they have a decent variety of desserts, ranging from ice cream to waffles to cookie dough and they've got an offer on almost every day which are usually great value for money. I'm a big fan of waffle Wednesdays where you can get 2 waffles with a scoop of ice cream for £5. Their milkshakes are great as well
