Drink was spilled because it was in the same bag as the rest of the food, and ruined all the food.

Place was filthy female member of staff was screaming the order numbers at people . Food was pretty yummy though and coffee was delicious

Bought lattice fries for 3 people a coffee and a tea after paying I asked for milk as don't offer it or give it when at counter ate couple of fries which were rockhard then asked for milk again as 5 minutes had passed said would get it waited another 5 minutes and again had to ask said would get it got more annoyed asked diffrent member of staff she got me it straight away stupid setup when order tea should get milk with it was not asked if wanted milk assumed it would come with it anyway terrible not going back

Very poor selection of food on offer. Ordered from the screen only to get to the counter to be told they didn’t have what I’d ordered. Staff disinterested and acted as though they wanted to avoid speaking to customers.

This place is just dirty and grubby now. Front door is covered in hand prints and smudge marks, food debris all over the floor and tables not cleaned. Quite a few of the sofa chairs are stained/soiled with spilt drinks, yuk! Place needs a good deep clean. Avoid

Stopped in for coffee, but decided to sit outside. The place is minging! Stuck to the tiled floor while I was waiting for my order, and also noticed the red tiled wall behind the counter was in need of a good clean. The counter had recently been wiped, I think, but not enough to clean it. The bins were full to overflowing too which was a right put off. As for the staff buzzing around behind the counter, the girl who served me needs to go home and practice smiling, even lifting her head would be a start. First time here..... and last!

Absolutely disgusting place and food, and they seem to think they are being so smart by not accepting cash, really!!! We will be a cashless society very soon enough if everywhere does this, we will be like living in china, no cash and digital currency when the government will control whatever you want to buy. Boycott this stupid company for this idiocy, they don't deserve your custom.

There was no hash brown or sauce delivered and this has happened multiple times of delivering wrong items mostly missing item, they should remove the options if something is not available.

Use the drive through frequently. Coffee is always excellent. Staff are very friendly in particular Paul who always delivers excellent customer service with genuine warmth and a smile . Nothing is too much bother for him .

The best customer service and hospitality I have seen in a long time, from the till staff to the floor. Very clean and tidy restaurant. I enjoyed their French vanilla range and crispy chicken wrap. Absolute fav! 😍 Great tasting food and very reasonably priced.

Went in for a fast breakfast. Sloth like staff with incomprehensible English. Self service broke. Waited 15mins... thats basically my tea break. £3.50 for a doughnut. Awful. Maccy Ds all is forgiven.

1st time at this time Hortons branch and its 100 times better than east Kilbride AND dunfermline!!!! The food and the service is way better. On a Sunday you can get a meal for £4.99 which is fantastic value for money and you can't go wrong with a box of time bits!!!

Several times now I've stop and ordered. On three occasions I've return food or drinks. Food, cold fillings for egg, bacon muffins. Coffees just plain horrible I now have a French vanilla to disguise the horid coffee bitterness. I think I'll stop going to Tim Horton.

This is nothing like Timmies back home. Over £3 for a donut? That's about $6 back in Canada! Very poor and limited selection, only 9 different donuts available in one small display case and 3 of them were out and only a couple each of the others. But seriously, over £3 for one donut!?! Do not think Timmy would approve. Left in shock and without even getting the coffee came in for.

Asked for mayonnaise dipping sauce not sweet chilli sauce and the chips are cold SORRY

Dissatisfied/ Disappointed this time, menu screens like McDonald's/ burger king, prices like Costa/ Starbucks, ordered a coffee and burger, took longer to make a coffee than the burger( chopped onions- like wimpy) but unlike the wimpy, this burger was boggin- it's confused what it wants to be- fast food/ cafe/ social gatherings area( and you now put your reg in for parking) shock/ horror

Went to the drive thru to order breakfast, all the screens where blank I the gent kept asking me what I wanted and I said I couldn't see the menu so didn't know. I asked if there was a menu at the window and he said inside so I parked up and went inside attempted to order on the self order machine and it wouldn't accept my card so went to the counter where there was a lady prepping food she didn't even acknowledge my presence walked away round the back then came back done more stuff and walked away again. Absolutely 0 customer service! No I will be with u in a minute nothing.

Tasted great and was hot. Delivery driver arrived on time with a smile.

I was sceptical about coming here for breakfast as the place has had some bad reviews, but I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent and the coffee absolutely fantastic. It's also extremely cheap and better value than McDonalds thanks to the breakfast deal. I will definitely return when I am in the area.

Missing half the items from our order

So I wanted somewhere quiet, and it was exactly that, but you have to ask yourself why? The food was okay but not great, staff didn't really care too much about the service. Toilets were not so clean, but I did manage to get my work done. Overall I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for a quick stop. Sorry 😞

Came here to redeem a free spin the win coupon from the tim hortons website. Staff are so rude and won’t even smile when serving you. The tone they use is aggressive and seems like there’s no managers about to even talk to. There was one lady that was really nice though but other than that it was appalling

Absolutely atrocious meal! Arrived over an hour late, received several of the wrong item items & the food was all freezing & of terrible quality - the lattice fries were so hard I could use them to knock on a door & the beef burger (which was supposed to be a chicken burger!) looked like it had been made by a 2-year-old.

This place is dirty. It's always got overflowing buckets in the store. Tables not cleared or even wiped down. The selection of donuts is a little small and if you don't go early in the say you are unlikely to get what you want. A lot of times I ask my daughter for 3 or 4 options of what shed like as we rarely get her first choice. Hot food is warm at best. I've tried a few times but it never gets better so I don't order hot food there any more. It's too expensive to be bad. For the prices charged it needs to up its game. Saving grace for this store staying open must be the football ground next door and the local high school kids!

I'd recommend going through the drive-through if you are in a hurry; service is usually faster there. There are screens for submitting you order. Good comfy seats for coffee and a chat. Decent customer toilets as well.

Only complaint is the store is dirty needs a good clean. The toilets were disgusting. Didnt eat anything just had coffee.

Came at 9 and a man behind the till shouted at us saying that it was drinks only with no further explanation of why, thought it really strange to stop serving food an hour before closing wouldn’t see that and any other food place.

Honestly such a let down. come here quite often and the service is actually shocking. Thought we would pop in after work around 9pm, as google told us they close at 11pm so we thought it would be perfect. was told as soon as we stepped to make our order that it was drinks only. wouldn’t be a problem if the gent didn’t say it in such an aggressive tone. Staff were clearly not happy at anyone being in the store as they stood with arms crossed, staring at everyone until they left. Staff standing on their phones, walking around with earphones in and ignoring customers. Other staff member standing biting nails then making drinks without washing hands, disgusting. Toilets being cleaned yet all that was done was spray down the toilet and then flush, no scrubbing or cleaning at all. Human poo all around the toilet despite them just being cleaned. Honestly just a discrace.

We went into Tim Hortons and waited at the till. No one appeared. We waited a bit longer. Still no staff. I went in to use the bathroom while we waited. The first toilet I went into had human faeces left in the toilet and smeared around the toilet seat. It was disgusting so I went to the next toilet and it was out of order. All of the other toilets were out of order so I went into the disabled toilet. It was worse. More human faeces smeared around the toilet seat, urine on the toilet seat as well as pubic hair all over the toilet seat. They say that you should judge the cleanliness of a kitchen by the cleanliness of its toilets. If this is the case, I dread to think on what the hygiene in the kitchen is like. I decided not to use the toilets as they were utterly disgusting. I came out to find my husband still standing, having not been served. We used this as an opportunity to get out of there as quickly as we could and we will never be going back.

Waited 24 minutes in store on a coffee and a doughnut. The server was literally giving out more attitude than she was food. I don’t learn though, I’ve been about three times before and whilst the waits not been quite that bad previously, it’s been longer than it needed to be (and I’m patient) but it’s been substandard quality and they’ve most times got the order wrong too. I should know better. This recent visit and camping trip It wasn’t lunch time or evening, just mid morning. Managed to just about get out of the place before any dinner time folk arrived. Hope they’ve told their family they won’t be back home for Christmas. The worst place for service (for any fast food/coffee place) which is a shame as the Belfast one was pretty good. Steinhouse is a disaster. I said to the server about the wait time. They just looked at me. Wondered if they were frozen in time and that’s what had happened during my order. Turns out they just couldn’t care. The franchise holder should stand and wait to get served. With large chains like this, it’s unusual that on multiple visits the waits been a lot longer than usual. I’m done with this place, Greggs it is.

Can you Repeat That? I repeated my order, the server asked me three times. Still they got my order wrong. I actually ended up receiving a lesser version of my burger. Without the extra toppings that I paid for. Potatoes were soggy. Frappucino had no coffee in it? That wasn't stated. The atmosphere inside was nice though and gave a comfortable modern vibe.

Very disappointed!!! Asked for tea with the tea bag on the side. Came with the tea bag in the tea. The girl said bit she had only just out of in ...... But that is not what I asked for. She took it away and returned without the tea bag and half the tea poured out and filled with cold water. Really???? So had to go back again and get it warmed up. The hotdog roll was dry and chewy so £5 for a hotdog sausage. Coffee was ok. Staff were not helpful at all. Definitely won't be back!!!!

All of the tables were grubby. The automatic ordering machine printed blank. Food was ok. It was sunny so the cafe windows were clearly grubby too. Probably not what Tim was hoping for

If you want the breakfast deal go to the till first! They wouldn't change my bill when I pointed out the deal. I got a hash brown tho which I don't think I paid for so swings and roundabouts. Food was tasty.

You place your order and PAY for it then they tell you they don’t have certain items and don’t even mention refunding you! So we’re out of pocket. Third time coming here (in the hope things would maybe get better but this is the last time I come her. Poor customer service, it’s appalling actually. Never have items you want. Last time my partner and I went through drive through and listed 5 different items after being told our original stuff we wanted wasn’t available (including hot chocolate at 10am in the morning by the way) so we went through alternatives but they still had none of what we asked for so we gave up. The 2nd time was when I came here with my mum and sisters. My mum ordered £10-£12 worth of donuts plus other stuff. They told her AFTER placing order that they don’t have any of the cakes (order placed on self service machine) that we wanted. No apology and they didn’t offer to refund my mum. It was actually me that went up and asked if we could get the refund cause mum had spent £10-£12 on items that she wasn’t actually getting but they offered to give her something else instead (why not say that in the beginning?!) no apology or anything. I’ve had enough of coming here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever had from a takeaway, limp, cold burger that tasted like something out of a microwave, threw it in the bin, will never return to a Hortons anywhere, only positive was the staff member who served me was pleasant
