Waited 1 half hours for delivery when got juice was spilled over food and order missing won't ever be using again.pure waste money put in bin

We drove through, not to wake up the kids on a drive but everything was soooo slow. Ordering was slow and prep was very slow. You could see through the window there were loads of people prepping but some had no idea what they were doing. One person literally moved my breakfast wrap from one counter to another turned around and then moved it back. After a long wait we got our food. The food was much better than expected and will go back to try other dishes.

Mac n Cheese bites were cold, Burger was pretty bad quality with no taste and the chicken burger had pretty much an entire lettuce on it

Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and got a patty with a square of cheese on it with no bacon???? Ordered a plain chicken wrap and it came with more sauce than chicken😂😂😂 what’s so hard about reading a simple note?? Waste of money

Tables all unclean. Eventually got someone to clean table who the wiped everything onto my wife. Burger was only warm.

I don’t want to leave a bad review. I usually go to tim hortons in larbert and really enjoy it but last time i ordered vegetarian breakfast wrap and got bacon on it. This time i ordered vegetarian breakfast wrap again and again i got bacon and wrong sauce on it asked for chipotle and got ketchup with bacon on vegetarian wrap. Didn’t had enough time due to work to go back and ask for another one. I hope staff are more careful while making vegetarian food .

Tim Hortons was great when it opened, we used to go frequently. It seems to have changed management and staff around 2022 and it absolutely nose-dived. Since 2023 the place has had such a strong odour that you need to wash your coat and hair when you leave, even after 10 minutes having a quick coffee you stink of the place. The smell seemed to improve a little a few months ago, it must have been their annual clean for the food safety inspection, as the smell is now back. Our favourite drink used to be an Ice Capp but we received the most disgusting off, soured milk that had a strong tangy fizzy taste. They seem to serve a small drink in a medium cup, or a medium drink inside the large cup. I collected a full reward card and they charged me full price for the drink. For a while they seemed to be trying to turn it into an Indian takeaway, putting their own spice mix on the food without any instruction to customers. I'm allergic to a particular spice that shouldn't have been in the food, and I was unwell and in pain for many days after. The Savings Menu burger is like a Temu McDonalds saver burger at twice the price, with RAW onions. It was pink and raw inside. The floors are filthy, the tables are always covered in rubbish and spills, and the chairs and benches are also filthy. The staff are nowhere to be seen, well, except for outside the back. They close off 70% of the shop over 3 hours before closing as they can't be bothered to pay staff to clean up at the end like a normal cafe. Overall, this place is mismanaged and I can't see how it'll survive much longer. It's a shame, because the decor is pleasant and the drinks are decent. With proper management and trained staff this place could be turned around and be successful again.

there's always something missing from the order and every time I try to call the restraint it goes straight to an automated message saying the mailbox is full and can't take anymore messages.it is therefore impossible to get the rest of my order delivered and I have to get a refund when all I wanted was the rest of my order. I would have given a better score for quality if the person checking the order had been fulfilled did a better job

Happy with it- one doughnut was not available and was replaced by 2 other doughnuts - happy with it - delivery was on time -

Visited this so called eatery on Saturday 14th December pm. Ordered chicken strips, they were so overcooked, they were inedible, brick hard. My wife ordered the burger which highly spiced again totally unacceptable. The prices are extortionate. £16 for chicken strips, a burger, medium coke and cup of black tea, scandalous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoever cooks this food should be in an other job because they certainly have not a clue about cooking. The 2 x disposable bins were overflowing with rubbish and the tables were disgustingly filthy, how this place survives is beyond me. Be warned fellow members, definitely a place to give a wide berth. Never, ever will we return to this joint and walked out in disgust.

Both sandwich and chicken tenders were stone cold! I only luve about 5 minutes at the most away!

The fries and hot chocolate fine but the melts were slightly toasted on one side but not toasted on other. Not what I remember when I last got one. The delivery from just eat was fine but tim hortons took 45 minutes to start preparing my order. Won't be ordering from them again, that's the second time I have been disappointed with my order.

Good if you like synthetic food and full of sugar donuts.

Food is good when they get it right, orders are often wrong, do not recommend any of their iced coffees as they always taste like off milk machines clearly aren't cleaned regularly enough, do not recommend for takeaway as half of your order is almost always missing

Well....after all the hype, I can definitely say it's wasn't bad but not amazing Very much like McDonald's, coffee was awesome and loving Timbits

Myself and my sister went for something to eat and a coffee/frappe after work and I ordered an oat maple frappe however as I was drinking it I thought it tasted strange/different from my usual. I had my sister taste it and she agreed it didn’t taste of oat milk , myself with a dairy allergy . I only ordered the drink for myself and am very careful with my allergie as it can be very dangerous, to be on safe side I took 1 sip and binned the rest … my sister had a wrap and waffle fries and wrap it came cold and stale I did get a receipt with the meal so I didn’t want to go in and make a big deal as it could have been a genuine mistake with the drink . Wouldn’t recommend going again for anyone with a allergy.

Updated review: I've started going daily with my partner on the cold mornings or evenings for hot chocolate and it's the best around and made better by the exceptional staff ! Who are thee friendliest,kindest and most helpful staff around! Highly recommended! Thanks guys !

After 7pm service drops a lot. I kinda get it but this isn't the 1970's so the expectation is that even if a full menu isn't available then good service is still attempted. You are always guided to order from a terminal whuch doesn't know which items are available so you order and then have to wait 5+ mins to be told what you have ordered isn't available so try again or get offered something else if you're lucky. The building and layout is great so the ingredients are all there to make thus work but pfft, the service...

Generally good branch. The food were good and Customer service was efficient and friendly.

Very poor selection of food on offer. Ordered from the screen only to get to the counter to be told they didn’t have what I’d ordered. Staff disinterested and acted as though they wanted to avoid speaking to customers.

Bought lattice fries for 3 people a coffee and a tea after paying I asked for milk as don't offer it or give it when at counter ate couple of fries which were rockhard then asked for milk again as 5 minutes had passed said would get it waited another 5 minutes and again had to ask said would get it got more annoyed asked diffrent member of staff she got me it straight away stupid setup when order tea should get milk with it was not asked if wanted milk assumed it would come with it anyway terrible not going back

This place is just dirty and grubby now. Front door is covered in hand prints and smudge marks, food debris all over the floor and tables not cleaned. Quite a few of the sofa chairs are stained/soiled with spilt drinks, yuk! Place needs a good deep clean. Avoid

Stopped in for coffee, but decided to sit outside. The place is minging! Stuck to the tiled floor while I was waiting for my order, and also noticed the red tiled wall behind the counter was in need of a good clean. The counter had recently been wiped, I think, but not enough to clean it. The bins were full to overflowing too which was a right put off. As for the staff buzzing around behind the counter, the girl who served me needs to go home and practice smiling, even lifting her head would be a start. First time here..... and last!

Absolutely disgusting place and food, and they seem to think they are being so smart by not accepting cash, really!!! We will be a cashless society very soon enough if everywhere does this, we will be like living in china, no cash and digital currency when the government will control whatever you want to buy. Boycott this stupid company for this idiocy, they don't deserve your custom.

There was no hash brown or sauce delivered and this has happened multiple times of delivering wrong items mostly missing item, they should remove the options if something is not available.

Went in for a fast breakfast. Sloth like staff with incomprehensible English. Self service broke. Waited 15mins... thats basically my tea break. £3.50 for a doughnut. Awful. Maccy Ds all is forgiven.

1st time at this time Hortons branch and its 100 times better than east Kilbride AND dunfermline!!!! The food and the service is way better. On a Sunday you can get a meal for £4.99 which is fantastic value for money and you can't go wrong with a box of time bits!!!

Several times now I've stop and ordered. On three occasions I've return food or drinks. Food, cold fillings for egg, bacon muffins. Coffees just plain horrible I now have a French vanilla to disguise the horid coffee bitterness. I think I'll stop going to Tim Horton.

We ordered 5 piece chicken tender meal and 3 pieces were delivered. Was only thing ordered so not that hard to get it correct 🙄

This is nothing like Timmies back home. Over £3 for a donut? That's about $6 back in Canada! Very poor and limited selection, only 9 different donuts available in one small display case and 3 of them were out and only a couple each of the others. But seriously, over £3 for one donut!?! Do not think Timmy would approve. Left in shock and without even getting the coffee came in for.

Dissatisfied/ Disappointed this time, menu screens like McDonald's/ burger king, prices like Costa/ Starbucks, ordered a coffee and burger, took longer to make a coffee than the burger( chopped onions- like wimpy) but unlike the wimpy, this burger was boggin- it's confused what it wants to be- fast food/ cafe/ social gatherings area( and you now put your reg in for parking) shock/ horror

Went to the drive thru to order breakfast, all the screens where blank I the gent kept asking me what I wanted and I said I couldn't see the menu so didn't know. I asked if there was a menu at the window and he said inside so I parked up and went inside attempted to order on the self order machine and it wouldn't accept my card so went to the counter where there was a lady prepping food she didn't even acknowledge my presence walked away round the back then came back done more stuff and walked away again. Absolutely 0 customer service! No I will be with u in a minute nothing.
