Food was good but they were operating slow

Delivery thing told me they forgot my order amd had to go back so it was cold,milkshake melted AND NO BLOODY BURGER IDIOTS

Well presented, well made food, came within 5 mins of ordering, didn't mess up the order. It was clean and as soon as someone left, they cleaned up the mess. Very nice do recommend for breakfast and lunch. (TRY THE IRN BRU!)

i cannot believe this. Every time you guys forget my dips. You have given me my chicken selects how do you expect me to eat chicken selects and chips with no dip. Everytime!

order it at 18.02 it arrived 19.08 and all my food was cold , not ideal to eat what a waste..

Best McDonald's in Falkirk. Opens till 1:00am. Usual McDonald's fare but served warmer than most other fast food chains.

Very good meal although slightly unhappy as we didn’t get our sauces but other than than that very pleased with this order thank you

Muffin brick hard, had to stop eating before I broke a tooth! Not very warm! No ice in the juice and the juice was warm and flat. No point in asking for a refund as just eat always say they looked into it and on this occasion they can’t offer a refund! You would expect food to be fresh at 7am!

Label on burger said it was made at 14:24 and my food was not delivered until 15:15. It was freezing cold and soggy and this isn’t the first time this has happened.

I ordered from Just Eat at 1748. Delivery time was to be between 1815-1840. Delivery driver got there about 6pm. Kept saying ‘preparing order’. By 1850 I decided to order from another app as had been an hour since I placed order. I finally got the Just eat order at 1915 and the other apps order came 5 minutes after it. Both were from same restaurant. The Just Eat food was cold. Disgraceful service. I am now out of pocket. Won’t be ordering from Just Eat or that McDonalds again.

They never put sauce in for the chicken nuggets.

Attitude of wife delivering was shocking and to be in the ohone on loud speaker trying to say something to me while others talking at full volume just rude.

my order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. I live a 3 minute drive from the restaurant. I called mcdonalds after an hour and they said they don't prepare it until the driver is on his way. when it eventually turned up it was completely cold.

Ordered a large meal and received medium fries. Also didn’t get any sauces I asked for, or a straw for my drink. Not a massive deal, but a bit sucky since I paid for them.

Got my mcdonalds delivered and these were the ‘large’ fries. Tried to get a refund for just the fries and Ubereats refuses to as it’s not in line with their policy. App directs you to use the courier that delivered it.

No bacon on wrap, received a 1/4 of the drink as lid was broke and the rest was on my floor thanks to the delivery driver

Someone needs to educate McDonalds on what the definition of a salad is. Luckily the burgers made up for everything else.

I got cold food over an hour after I ordered. my burgers were made 1 hour before I got them and I'm less than 10 minutes away. the delivery time kept being pushed back so I can only assume that food was made and sat out until there was a driver (or was forgotten). seal on the bag was broken!

Place is a joke, also sarah as a manager was super unhelpful and dismissive the customer service definitely needs worked on. Don't know why I keep going back

Almost 3 hours since ordering and I get a notification saying it was delivered - in 40 minutes from now?? How can it show as delivered before the delivery time?? Absolute shambles and I want a refund, I don’t want the food 3 hours later. No one has delivered any food to me. Please refund me thank you. I will not be using just eat again.

I am sick to death of ordering food from here that is either frozen cold or everything’s wrong or even not getting what you want at all, I estimate that I am in debt up to atleast 25 sweet chilll sauces, who eats a share box of nuggets bone dry? Coke all spilled, food cold, chicken burger actually weirdly hard and impossible to eat and no sauces included. Looked like it had been flung in the bag. Why bother offering a delivery service if you care so little about it!
