McDonald's in Falkirk

i ordered a nine chicken nuggets meal with a fanta and also ordered a six chicken nugget meal with a coke and i only got the coke and not the fanta, i have tried to phone mcdonald’s they picked up and then hung up. I tried to phone again and im now thinking they have blocked my number. incredibly frustrating service would not recommend.

I ordered tonight on just eat. And I’m in Aww I ordered a Big Mac and asked for extra pickles (Big Mac already has 2) the option say x2 pickles.. I swear they gave me 10!! (I love pickles) fries were still hot when delivered too which is usually not the case 🤣 only small issue I ordered a raspberry white chocolate pie and recieved a sugar donut but to be fair I ordered last thing at like midnight

Went through the drivethough today and had a mix up with our order, the staff were more than happy to sort it for us. Amazing service, and the food was piping hot when we got home.

could not find address and had to go out in pj's as not feeling well disappointed

Some of our orders were cold not happy as you expect your food to be hot when it arrives.

The chips weren't cooked properly and a quantity of them had black bits that should have been removed before cooking. A very expensive waste of money.

wrong adress was put in my own fault but when asked if he could was 2 mins he said no and left cause no code which they were going to get to then go out and see it left on the doorstep instead of just waiting

I ordered before 18:00 and got it after 19:40. The meal was for my 93 year old aunt. On ordering the arrival time was 18:15 to 18:35. This was acceptable, However the time was constantly pushed back. Had there been given a more realistic delivery time I would not have ordered. I eventually had to go to my aunt, make her toast, and the delivery man had to leave the food at my door. Very good delivery man, thank you to them. Abysmal service from McDonalds.

Well presented, well made food, came within 5 mins of ordering, didn't mess up the order. It was clean and as soon as someone left, they cleaned up the mess. Very nice do recommend for breakfast and lunch. (TRY THE IRN BRU!)

Drinks completely wrong, ordered an oasis and a coke and received a hot chocolate and a Fanta, mcdonald’s fault as they give the actually order to the driver.. also chips missing from both meals. I am so disappointed as this has happened countless of times to me and other people when ordering from McDonald’s. I will not be ordering again and i am appalled by your terrible service. I will be warning other friends not to order from here in the future.

Stone cold so its now in the bin

last 3 times we have orderd they have forgotten items, this times they did not give us any of the chips for our meals or sauces and last time there was a whole chicken select meal missing

Muffin brick hard, had to stop eating before I broke a tooth! Not very warm! No ice in the juice and the juice was warm and flat. No point in asking for a refund as just eat always say they looked into it and on this occasion they can’t offer a refund! You would expect food to be fresh at 7am!

I ordered from Just Eat at 1748. Delivery time was to be between 1815-1840. Delivery driver got there about 6pm. Kept saying ‘preparing order’. By 1850 I decided to order from another app as had been an hour since I placed order. I finally got the Just eat order at 1915 and the other apps order came 5 minutes after it. Both were from same restaurant. The Just Eat food was cold. Disgraceful service. I am now out of pocket. Won’t be ordering from Just Eat or that McDonalds again.

Attitude of wife delivering was shocking and to be in the ohone on loud speaker trying to say something to me while others talking at full volume just rude.
