McDonald's in Falkirk

took 20 minutes to get my meal through the drive though not happy

Food was very cold and badly handled and the delivery driver was rude and on the phone with friend and was nocking the door hardly repetitively till door was opened

The delivery was ok. It took 20 min for them to start preparing my order and then took ages for them to cook it. The courier must have been waiting for at least 10 minutes . Felt sorry for the courier having to wait that long.

The Order disappeared from the app so I thought it had been cancelled and sent a message with regards to an undelivered order. It has not arrived and is stone cold. The delivery driver was rude and this has to be the worst service and food I have ever had from Just Eat

Only issue are the chips are like plastic by the time they get to you otherwise everything else was acceptable.

Delivery was perfectly fine but was given a mcchicken sandwich instead of the chicken big mac, food was also going cold despite being delivered in good time

latte coffee on side when opened bag it went all over counter and down kitchen units.

Chips were cold and stale. Burgers were not very tasty

Often get bad reviews but cannot fault the quality of the food and service. Well done!

Food cold never get order correct

Food was stone cold, courier took nearly 15 mins to get here when it's a 5 mins journey. Won't be ordering again

order wrong again l. I asked to 2 big macs 1 without lettuce with extra pickles other big mac with everything on and extra pickles both were wrong. ordered small chips and bag was half empty. ow hard is it for staff to get a simple order correct.

The delivery time kept changing. It originally said it would be here by 11:50 then i checked 5 minutes later and it said 12:30. I never got my dips and everything arrived cold. Extremely disappointed.

Food was hot good delivery courier

It's obviously a burger joint yet to find it's feet. Seemed a bit disorganised. No sauce, hot chocolate returned as disgusting. Food ok and staff pleasant enough, service a bit slow as drive through keeping staff busy.

staff ripped 13 year old of there seat rude employees dancing around and messing about when working fruit flies everywhere ripped foot of the trays and blames people for the mess and dead fly inside iced caramel frappe

Waited 7 minutes to get served at the till...... I was the only custemer in the resturant! 2 cooks seen me, I had to shout through 3 times. Staff and service very dull.

i ordered 40 chicken nuggets and only got 20 and i paid for 40 chicken nuggets and it says in the receipt that there was 2 boxes of 20 nuggets really bad service really need to get it fixed

Took ages to get here, I only ordered 2 large fries and a burger with a drink. Time kept on going up from the original time it gave. Chips were cold and soggy, tastes like it’s been microwaved so idk what took so long to prepare it. And my brother’s juice wasn’t even in the bag.

Opened the share box of mozzarella sticks to find one with what looked like a bite had been taken or had been tampered with as the mozzarella stick was missing the top of it and another couple were broken in halves

Order wrong and someone needs a word with cheese fitters

i got 2 sauces none of them came, chips were all over the bottom of the bag, everything was cold, and there was let us in my box of mcnuggets.

My wife and I got spicy chicken burgers at 11am, by 4 pm, we could not get off the pan and I don't think it was because they were spicy as we both like spicy food more like the chicken was off.

Food was freezing and ice creams had melted by the time it got here, around 45 minutes late.

everytime we get a meal from here its cold.i order curry sauce and everytime I dont get it with my order but you take the money for it.Also it's a hit or a miss if we get a straw with our drinks or napkins

Order delivered was wrong. Was specifically requested the burger was plain. And it came with mayo and lettuce.

Missing ALL the sauces on the order (4 to be precise) really disappointed. The sauces are clearly printed on the receipt attached to the bag, so really poor preparation of order.

It's 50/50 whether or not they remember to give you dips with your nuggets. Today it was another no.

The actual attitude you get here is ridiculous nowadays. I worked here when i was 16, and would have been fired if i had spoke to a customer the way i was spoken totoday, simply for asking for some caramel or sundae sauce in my mcflurry. Which is also about half the size it used to be and double the price. Well ill just take a refund and you can try n sell a half melted ice cream to someone else or waste it then. 🤷‍♂️ if u cant offer half decent service I'll waste your money not mine

I ordered this at 16:30, it has been delayed, delayed, delayed. I have phoned the restaurant and they informed me it's the drivers choice that they haven't come. It is now 18:30 and we haven't had any food yet. I am raging.

Driver was rude and has chucked my receipt on floor on walk back to car so I have had to go and collect this as we do street cleans in our area and it has my address on it.

Food was cold had to heating back up in microwave. No straw for my milkshake, luckily I had a straw in the house.

I ordered me and my two girls dinner and all we received was juices and now i have to get ready and go down to mcdonald’s, i waved him back to the house before the driver got in his car i went out and asked where my food is and he said he’s just a driver and he only got handed my juices won’t be ordering from here again

Been there couple times ,and eiter something is missing from the order,or food is cold.

Ordered 5 hash browns with breakfast meals, we had 0 turn up.

The standard of this McDonalds is so low, especially late hours, it's easy to understand why these people work there. I went in and asked for a double cheese burger and usually when you ask for a burger it's always thrown together with missing ingredients, but I like onion/gherkins on my burger and sometimes it comes on it and sometimes it doesn't, because making a burger for some of these individuals is difficult. I got my burger and I seen it didn't have any onion the girl tried to convince me it was under the cheese. So I said no it's not and I asked for another and they thought they would be clever and pack the entire burger with onion. Do better guys.

Never even got my food waited around 3 hours

Majority of order was missing. Only received one burger three fries and the drinks. 2 Big Macs missing and a chicken sandwich plus 6 chicken nuggets
