My order was good although the chicken poppers never came

Chicken was chewy and horrible

Friendly driver, food arrived on time. The food was great and arrived hot, the drink was perfectly chilled unlike most places, it stayed cool for ages - perfect. I would recommend and will be back, thanks 😊

I was the only person in the shop waited 30 minutes for a pizza

not very sigma place i do not recommend you skibidi here for an ohio pizza, mid week as the staff are not very sigma. the staff here didn’t respect my very sigma aura and kept trying to skibidi but weren’t able as im the real sigma rizzler. although one of the staff look very sigma and cute.

how domino's is more popular is beyond me

Delivered on time and the food was great. Great value for money with a free chicken combo box aswell. Will Deffinitely be back

garlic bread was slightly over cooked, but the rest was good in the order.

I call up to say I thought I seen my driver and this was about 11:06 he said oh he hasn't left he won't be there for another 15 to 20 minutes he was quite rude when I said I thought I seen my driver

delivery means you bring it to me, not park down the road and expect me to come to you.

Really friendly staff. Do great deals online. In my opinion, the best takeaway pizza I've ever had. Prices are certainly a lot more expensive than they used to be, only visit once in a blue moon now as can get much cheaper elsewhere in the Falkirk area

Pizza arrived half an hour late and was cold!!!! Really disappointing for the price.

arrived late, stole cold and an hour after I got the notification that the driver was on his way. i phoned the restaurant to ask for an update and was told the delivery driver was at the address and that it would only be a minute longer - took another 15 minutes after that for the food to arrive

The pizza was disgusting. Tasted bland. Was the first and last time I'll order from here. £3 frozen pizza tastes better

Delivery was fine but I didn't get any notification on just eat so I knew when it was arriving, didn't say "on the way" at all just preparing then "enjoy" pizza was nice but wasn't fully cut so become a bit of a mess 🤷🏼‍♂️

Everything was great- except for the fact I paid for an extra dip which was not there!

The staff is good and their Pizza with Ranch sauce is too good. Way better than Dominoz and PizzaHut filled with Tomato Ketchup The person takes the order and customises it as per demand also.

On 30th June made mistake with order. Cancelled immediately and received email confirmation which also said I would get refund. Still waiting on refund almost three weeks later, Reordered right away with correct order. Extremely poor customer service. Spent 20 minutes on telephone after week with restaurant. Again extremely unhelpful:

Pizza wasn't great a drizzle of BBQ was the sauce over nearly all the pizza far to much and the cheese on pizza wasn't great very greasy. Worst pizza I've had and from here the standard was pretty good not anymore won't be back

Almost an hour and a half for a pizza delivery. Shocking - won’t order again.

Maybe ambiguity between restaurant & just eat, Papa Johns said it was being delivered 20 mins before it arrived. This was 10 mins after the latest arrival time. Regardless, the food was hot and delicious. We loved it

WORST PIZZA IVE HAD, had 1 slice and threw it up

Food was very greasey I also ordered thin base and was not very thin

From being informed that it was on its way it took another 40 mins to get 3 miles

I am shocked and disgusted on what one Papa John Franchise Owner did to that young lad. Who asked for a free pizza as he was asked to do a later shift. The Manager went total crazy calling his employee a losser. I will not be eating here. And nether is a lot of people

Called twice as it had said on the app it was delivered, when it had been delivered the pizza security tape was split. A bit off putting 🤢 well over an hour later than said on the app. When called first time they said 10 min.. and I had to call 37 min later as it was nearly closing time. The driver said he was the only one on. Shame on you guys!!!

Took 2 hours and it was freezing, cheese was hard and all. Sent the delivery driver up the slamanan road on a bike. Pretty unacceptable. guy on the phone snapped at me when i asked what was going on

I had asked to not knock the door due to newborn and they couldn’t have knocked any louder

NEVER BE BACK GOT CHARGED €20.39 for one 10' gluten free pizza worse still it was more an 8" as there was 2" of crust round the full pizza SHOCKING

They got the whole order wrong not happy at all I order a large pizza and a Pepsi max and I got a small pizza and a Pepsi max cherry

Absolutely awful service. Missing one side and all dips we had ordered, our dessert was changed by the restaurant without us being informed, and it was very late. When we phoned manager was rude and unhelpful and would not allow a refund while also refusing to send the missing bit of the order out to us.

2 hours late I had to call for my delivery will not be ordering again.how ever the food was nice no complaints on that but when u have kids waiting for there dinner and end up having to cook them dinner because it took so long after spending over 30pound will defo not order again only due to the time it took.

Ordered a BBQ Chicken Classic with added topping of pepperoni on pizza. What I got was the pizza without any BBQ sauce topping. This is the 2nd time this has happened with my order and I highly doubt I will be back now. Had just finished work so was that hungry I just accepted it as it was. But even had what I ordered on the box just thats not what was inside the box sadly. Not good enough really more so when it arrived within 20mins or so and the delivery time was estimated at 1hr so clearly rushed my order.

Well son done a few shifts for here didn't even pay the minimum wage for his age paid about £5.14 an hr he's 18 should have got more an hr

Ordered at 7pm and the estimated time was 8-8:20. Phoned the restaurant at 8:45 when the app said my food was delivered at 7:42pm. Was lied to by the restaurant saying my order would be 30 minutes (9:15). Phoned up again was lied to again saying the driver was 5 minutes away. Phoned up again and complained, I finally received my order at 10pm. The juice with the order was wrong and the wrong base was used on one of the pizzas…. Shocking service

Food hasn't even arrived yet. Told it would be here between 20:30 and 20:50 which was ordered at 19:20. Soon not arrived at 22:00. Phoned multiple times to be told it would be here within a certain time and it never was. Now they are rejecting our calls. Shocking service for an order that was over £50.

I don’t really know if my food was early or late. I went down to grab something from the van and I was on the floor out side the door!! I didn’t get a notification saying it was on its way or anything. So It was cold

Delivery was quite late, to the point where the restaurant had closed by the time it arrived despite ordering it an hour before but honestly it’s all fine, food is brilliant so it’s worth the wait. brilliant vegan options too! definitely would recommend over other pizza places

After delivering a large meal deal and a Ben and Jerry ice cream they sent the wrong flavour I phoned the store who said the would deliver the correct flavour over an hour later came the ice cream but was gobsmacked when asked for the wrong flavour back apart from my grandson getting no compensation for the error and the wait for his dessert, we are in the middle of a pandemic and I'm assuming it will get passed on to another order absolutely shocking

matter to investigate I placed an order at around 11:00 and received a confirmation for delivery at 12:00. At 12:05, I received a call from the restaurant; they advised me to receive the delivery in 25 minutes, as their oven was out of order. At 12:30, I received another call, and the restaurant advised that the engineer is working on the order, and they cannot advise the delivery time. I requested them to cancel my order, so I can place another order. After I place another order with another restaurant, I checked online, and it was said that Papa John's - Falkirk was still delivering around 12:00, as they didn't cancel my order. I decided to speak to customer services. After I spoke to Just Eat's customer services, I saw my order's status was "Delivered" instead of "Cancelled", whereas nothing was delivered. I spoke to the Just Eat's customer services, and they have sent the matter for investigation.
