Subway in Falkirk

I ordered with collection. 2 vegan pizzas , Hawaiian and garden. Used to be full of veggies. Now just a few 🤬 their ham was looking like the real one. Hope they didn't cheat . Staff was rude. Asking why we didn't order delivery..It's not their business. They raised prices . Pizzas were disgusting and I had belly ache after eating them. It was my last time . I thought pizza belongs to Italian not Muslims 🤬

Just used the drive through, food was ok, service was prompt, no issues.

Shocking service. Arrived at the time the app told us only to find the order wasn't anywhere near ready. Staff then proceeded to ignore us and the other customers for about 20 minutes while they chatted. I've a large family so was a large order. Most of it cold with one warm pizza. Complained only to be told 'well you'll need to wait all over again' if you want a warm one. Got home and called the manager to complain and try and get some money back as stone cold order, and after waiting 10 minutes for an answer, then he hung up on me. I'll be taking this further.

Terrible place to order from, ordered a pizza and it took 2 hours to arrive was inedible and no partial refund offered absolutely shocking place. I'll tell everyone I know to avoid heavily. Hopefully they go out of business soon. As for your cheeky reply mate unlikely I'll ever be homeless, you might with your shocking service, I did actually ask for a refund when you eventually answered the phone. Turned up for our Wowcher meal. Total chaos. Bar had run out of beer and chef hadn't turned up. As we were there had a glass of wine each, charged £6 each per small measure for a mediocre supermarket plonk. Tried several times to rebook, they never answered phone or replied to emails. Transpires they also redeemed my Wowcher. Resturant now permanently closed. Not surprised.
