Visit here often - great coffee and service. Despite being busy, staff are always very friendly and coffee is always good.

Went into Forth Valley hospital for an appointment and as I had missed my bus decided to have a coffee at Starbucks. I was served by Sophie and I asked for a really HOT coffee, she was lovely and accommodated my request. Made me smile. 10/10 for customer service.

So, I have just walked out after standing for ten minutes and two people served before me who came in later. Even after the server was told I was first by a colleague she still ignored me and served someone wearing hospital scrubs first. After a not very nice appointment at the hospital I feel staff should.be a bit more attentative as to who is coming in. Seemed to have their head in the clouds

I visited at 11.50am Sat 3rd February. No queue..4 young girls behind the counter. I was totally ignored. After a few minutes of this abject rudeness I said" Excuse me" and eventually I was addresses by a server. I told her the service was a disgrace and left without buying anything. Staff training urgently required.

The service was extremely slow. Three members of staff initially, then one girl "disappeared ". Felt sorry for hospital staff waiting, as some of them were on their break and average waiting time for coffee/tea was about 10 minutes! Hot Drinks were being served in disposable cups. I was annoyed that customers were bring charged 5p per cup. I queried this with the girl who served me and she didn't know why we were being charged. I intimated that had the drinks been served in the regular porcelain mugs, we wouldn't have been charged, so why charge everyone for paper cups? Shame on Starbucks for charging this extra amount on top of the price of a hot drink!

Not child friendly at all. Sell kids meals but don’t actually have the box or drawing bits. Its like foing to McDonalds and not getting the toy in your happy meal!

I ordered a breakfast which was 1 bacon 1 sausage 1 egg 2 hash browns 1 potato scone 1 ramikin of beans £5.75 1 bottle of Pellegrino £1.95 1 can of Fanta £1.95 Kids Pancakes and Blueberries with Honey . Leta start with the pancakes they were OK not great ok Blueberries were sour to a point of off but my 7 year old didn't mind. My breakfast sausage was cold - bacon must have been cooked 4 hours ago.and had 4 hours lamp treatment my potato scone was awful over cooked. I returned for refund straight away after paying cash to be told the refund would have to be card by a rude girl . Anyway she couldn't do it and then a manager came and said it would be cash. I wouldn't go back . The fanta for my 7 yer old was £1.95 for 1 can inside the shop we could have bought 8 cans for £2.95 is Tesco helping its customers in a crisis no. This was a treat for me and the wee one turned out rotten.

Don’t come if you have any kind of schedule to keep to. Waited 5 minutes to be seated while we watched staff chatting 10 feet from us. Took 35 minutes for an order of 3 coffees and 2 scones to arrive after sitting on a counter for 5 minutes getting cold as wait staff basically wandering around in a dwam and in no hurry to do much of anything. Pretty brutal experience.

When I arrived, there was already a que of 5 people before me. I could tell immediately service was slow and there were only two staff serving, one of which seemed particularly slow, which seemed like he was training. There were multiple tables that required cleaning. Eventually, a third staff member who seemed slightly more experienced, possibly a manager, showed up and cleared a table. I had to change my original order due to a lack of ingredients. I ended up ordering two iced coffees and two toasties. I was told to wait by the counter (a little over 20 minutes) to receive both. The drinks took so long that the staff member making them forgot what he was making and ended up serving 4 people after me, then getting the order wrong. There was very little communication or interaction with customers, and what there was seemed like they were miserable to be interacting with customers. Other points I noticed were that there were no liners being used in the Merrychef oven (this is a cross contamination issue for vegan and vegetarian food coming into contact with meat). Overall, there was very poor deployment or cohesion of the team, and the manager did very little managing, choosing instead to fiddle around with a milk frothing tool. To sum up, it is essential to see improvement on health and safety to do with ingredient handling and using appropriate equipment to prevent cross contamination. Customer service needs improvement, no more fed up faces. Wearing of appropriate uniforms needs improvement, not all staff were in aprons. The speed of service needs improvement, deploy the team effectively, and ensure customers get served in time frames seen across other such businesses (e.g. Costa, Starbucks, etc.) particularly when there is a mostly empty Cafe during lunchtime on a weekday.
