Lin's Garden in Falkirk

Ordered food to wrong address, didn't realise. My mistake, but phoned up to see if this could be corrected. Woman on phone not helpful, claims driver phoned when no answer at wrong door. No phone call was made to my phone, not even once. She then passed me over to a man without telling me, and he didn't even understand why I had phoned. She had obviously not even bothered explaining my situation to him. No apology, just adamant that driver had phoned. Food always takes hours to arrive so didn't think of the address until after 2 hours had already passed. Mediocre food that you've got to wait hours for and terrible customer service skills. Awful.

Loved there food but now twice the driver refuses to deliver takeaway and we literally a quater mile away from the high-school.. they always use to deliver now refuse to because the driver dictates to the customers and I was always spending between 50 and 80 quid a time..

Lousy customer service , will never use again ! Online drops part of your order . When you phone to complain you get a dummy on the other end of the line !

Food normally is "ok" and standard Chinese fayre, however, don't do as I did and deviate from the menu whilst speaking to the Chinese guy. God knows what you'll get but certainly not what you asked for! Sadly not going back.

I ordered Rice and curry sauce but I couldn't find the curry sauce ,must have a table spoon of curry sauce ...

Fantastic food from Lin's Garden. Everything was cooked to perfection and very tasty. Delivered earlier than expected. Very happy.

Dont usually have any complaints regarding Lin's Garden. However, this weekend was quite disappointing. Munchie Box had hardly any chicken, the chicken noodle dish had hardly any chicken, the Pork dish was practically devoid of pork and the meat in the Special Chow Mein was very chewy. Cant complain about the chips as they were as good as always. Hopefully this wont happen again!

Ordered a meal which took 2 hours to arrive. When it did arrive it was cold and wrong, had ordered chips and cheese for a kid and it was terrible. When I called up to complain I was just told sorry no offer of an exchange or refund then they hung up on me. Terrible customer service terrible food avoid at all costs

If your staying in Denny or local area and your not sure which takeaway is good, give this one a try. We ordered from here Friday night as we were staying locally and we weren’t disappointed. Nice food, fast service.

Ordered from here, when it arrived my 4 cans of juice were missing, I know it's not much but I paid for them. Phoned up to say the juices are missing to be told by the unhelpful boy behind the counter, well there's nothing been left here on the counter. I explained that maybe the driver still had it in his car. I was told I will ask the driver when he's back. 20minutes later and still no juice, mouth like the Sahara. I phoned back, hi just wondering, phoned 20minutes ago and our juice still isn't here, the boy replies, oh the other driver picked it up and gave it to someone else. I said well are you going to send my juice out, I was told, well we close in 10minutes. I was like, okay but I've paid you and it's not my fault they were given to the wrong person. So can you send my juice out please. Another 20minutes later, I think I'm dehydrated by now, and it arrives. Food was bland and I ordered mini spring rolls but got big ones, I was too hungry to care by this point. Only good thing I can say about it was it was warm. Thanks for phoning back to give us any information, oh wait I forgot I had to phone you guys to actually find out what was happening. If I'd waited any later to phone, I would have had no juice and you would have £9 in your till of my money. Been here loads of times but safe to say, I won't be back and putting money in to your business when you treat your customers the way you do.

I use this place all the time, the food is fantastic and so is the service. Only thing they could improve on is start accepting card payments as who really carry’s cash these days ?

Used a few times now, deliveries hot and in good time. Chow mein particularly my choice. will use again.

Ordered two VEGETABLE spring rolls as me and my mum are vegetarian. Was given duck spring rolls and not even an apology over the phone just offered to send out new ones. Terrible service and dull staff. Do not recommend and food isint even to a high standard.

This takeaway was recently taken over from Tonys,and the standard of meals hasnt suffered because of this. We had spare ribs,chicken noodle soup,chicken chow mein,king prawn fried rice and banana fritters and was very good. The only down side being the main meals were a little too salty for our taste.
