I usually use this Chinese restaurant as regularly as I can, but tonight I could not get them on the phone so my boyfriend walked around and they were closed, no reason was given. This is unacceptable. I love the food at the restaurant, I feel that if you have a genuine reason for closing you should at the very least leave a sign at the door explaining your situation about why you had to close.

Excellent take away that we only recently discovered when we moved to the area. Tasty and plenty of food. A bit more expensive than other take aways but definitely worth the little extra for what you pay.

We both were passing by this Chinese takeaway and decided to give it a try, we found the service to be extremely quick the prices are slightly higher than other local Chinese takeaways but the portions also appeared larger, the food itself was delicious and both of us agreed that we would have no hesitation in recommending this takeaway to others.

My mushroom foo yung was like trying to eat a punnet of mushrooms with almost no egg and onions😕. The duck meal consisted of mostly bamboo shoots and water chestnut with a couple of bites of duck. 😒

Easily the Chinese takeaway in Falkirk. The only place where it tastes as good the morning after, as it did the night before!

After dotting around different Chinese restaurants after moving to centre of Falkirk we have found the Canton is our favourite. Best salt and chilli chips and great menu selection. Very quick delivery and consistent quality.

Went in randomly after a few bad experiences at another couple of local chineses we previously used. Never had any issues with Canton. We usually collect for quickness. Always been fresh and hot.

Munchy box was nice and tasty with expected delivery time and ordering was quick and for the price it's very reasonable. Beef curry was a bit tastless with no heat to the curry sauce although beef was ok. Might not be my first choice in the future as with many other takeways sometimes they don't remain consistent across the entire meal order.

Absolutely horrible breast off chicken curry chips and prawn cracker,s..even my dog,s wouldn't eat the chicken..

Ordered online at 18.07, by 19.20 still no delivery. Called and was told they had just left. Called again at 19.45 as still no delivery. Was told the driver handed it to a man at 'my address' 'ages ago'. Refused a refund, they sent the delivery driver back down to take a photo of the door, definately not out door. But aparently this matches the Google map image from the girl on the phone. Refused a refund due to this, shocking customer service. Clearly don't care about their reputation going by other reviews. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to pay for the delivery drivers dinner!

Had previously and was great. Cooked nicely and great portions. Just waiting now on our next delivery!

Tonight got a chicken curry fried rice and prawn crackers. Whilst eating meal got a hair! Called back to tell them, only to be told they have no curry left! I could get a new Curry tomorrow or another day 🤷no good to me when am hungry the now so asked for refund. Told driver would come down. Binned the food. Driver appeared and he was told to take curry back, explained its in the bin poor guy said am sorry I have to take it back! So scoped what I could out the bin.

Downloaded their app ordered 7.30pm ..9.15pm food phoned them and asked where order was and got verbal abuse over phone saying he would cook it the now I said no too late then he put phone down on me 😂😂😂

Great food. Big portions. Very reasonably priced. Totally recommend!

Delicious food! Been looking for a new Chinese takeaway as my usual place had gone downhill a bit and I certainly wasn't disappointed with this place. There was lovely big strips of tender chicken and the sauce was lovely too not too thick or too watery either. 10 out of 10!

We both come here fairly regularly, and can honestly say we have never had any complaints, it has the usual extensive menu, fast efficient service , and would have no problem recommending 🙂.

Served quickly & pleased it did not need to be put in microwave to to reheated near end of meal. Enjoyed.

Good ok nothing special about it .

We get the Chicken share box salt and chilli and it is all amazing, the quantity is great (4 could enjoy) we always get an extra curry sauce but personal preference. The staff are always friendly and the service is really quick.

Took 1 hour 30 mins to bring 5 orders in. We got the snack boxes thinking they sounded promising. These "Snack Boxes" are literally just plastic containers, so what's that you ordered? Ribs, chips and with curry sauce? It's all in the same tiny container. The sauce flooded these containers and tasted awful too, this has been one of the absolute worst takeaways I've ever had.

Had a takeaway and found it to be very palatable. Food was good and service very swift. First time there. Chicken Maryland was really good.

Absolutely rotten!! One or two fork fulls and it was in the bin. Chicken and black bean had no taste at all and the chow mein was like rubber. Noodles were hard and beef was terrible

Amazing service, very delicious food and generous portions. Better to collect than order for delivery as delivery can often take a long while due to popularity.

Usually my takeaways last 2 meals! Not this time, I don't think I've had one like this for a long time. The chicken breast and satay came in some kind of batter and was soggy. The sauce was like glue. The chicken wings starter was again in batter and over cooked, whilst the spring rolls were like a dog bone, rubber and chewy. The rice was over cooked dry and flavourless. The noodles.. ok actually, we left EVERYTHING but the noodles. Cat oddly enough didn't mind the chicken ! Seriously we've just "eaten" it and it was an utter disappointment.

Phoned a delivery at 19:03, very dry customer service. At 20:00 phoned to ask how much longer the food would be? Was told they we're waiting on the driver coming back and it would be delivered first on his next run! 20:35 still waiting so phone back to which they were surprised it wasnt here yet and it would be delivered in the next 10 mins ( 90minutes after placing the order) when I said please cancel the order they were not surprised nor bothered and said fine! Further 15mins later driver arrives with food that had been cooked or heat up at 7pm with the excuse..sorry we have been busy!!

The food is pretty good here but the service is absolutely terrible. Made an order on just eat, after waiting over an hour for our meal they forgot our drink order. Phoned them back and was told the driver would be here asap, waited over an hour and 20minutes and still no sign of our 2Litre bottle of Cola. Phoned back and the lady was like so sorry, I will ring the driver again. After 5minutes the driver appears, bottle of cola in hand, I'm really sorry but she just told me it had been forgotten about 5minutes ago! Not the drivers fault but what a pathetic excuse of an apology, it's okay we had to eat food with nothing to wash it down and the worst of it is that it's meant to be a 2litre bottle of cola and what arrived? A 1.75cl, what a cheek!!

Ordered a meal as a delivery , still waiting on it now. 8.40 was the order time. Was done on line and we have enjoyed the food before too. I called them at Canton 1 hour later and was told their driver would be 5 mins ( a girl who said I was next delivery) This never happened at all. We then called them back again and asked where our food was as we were starving , she was very rude and said we were lying and she hadn't said this to us . I'm disgusted with this takeaway , never use them ever they ar a joke !!!

Prawn Satay was lovely. Don't keep you waiting, food is made quickly. Pleasant staff. Only downside is they don't accept card.

Ordered from these guys on a Tuesday night; after an hour and a half we phoned them to find out where out order was. They claimed they had not received the order (took the money out the bank though). Disgusting customer service and I really hope the place goes under. Do not order from here or suffer our fate.

I have never had a bad meal yet. 1 of my favourite places for a night in and the prices are great too

We Ordered our dinner and waited an hour I called to see if it was coming she said yeah it would be here the now I said I'm not waiting another half hour she said no if course not ..another 25 mins later no dinner so I cancelled & she wasn't bothered at all well seen it's not her business.. I would be offering dinner free with an apology!!! Won't be back I work with the public everyday & I will tell them off this bad service not good in a small town to have a bad reputation!!!

DISGUSTING!!!!!! Sauces like soup. Worst chicken and blackbean I have ever seen and tasted. Complained to be told nobody has ever complained lol! I asked for refund of my meal to be handed £4.90!!! That didn't even cover the meal. Had wait two odd hours to get correct refund. Don't waste your time call another place

food was 40 minutes late, delivery guy was very ignorant and rude. Food was definatly not worth the wait, rice was cold, the chicken wings didnt even look edible, really really bad. Phoned 21 times phone was answered twice. Customer service is very poor and food is shite.

Absolutely terrible food, terrible service! I pre ordered fir 18.30 delivery and it arrived at 5pm, I called them to advise I wasn't even home yet and it would be stone cold by the time I arrived, the lady on the phones English was terrible and it made a stressful situation worse trying to communicate the issue, eventually I made out she agrees to come and deliver fresh at 18.30.

At first we liked it seemed very nice but after a while every time you phoned up they would get some sort of order wrong or don't listen to you either. Recently i ordered off them and they got my order totally wrong i called told them to come get it and do the order properly then they told me i had to pay for it again witch i am sorry i shouldn't need to give you more money when i have already gave them money , i will never get anything out of there as i have had a few people telling me it is crap there but i didn't listen i thought id give it a chance but now i wish listened as it was a waste of money .

Just had a takeaway from this newly taken over place. What can I say? The chicken and beef seemed poor quality and the chicken in the chicken and mushroom soup was an odd boiled consistency. Sorry will not be back.

Terrible service! Called in and the girl forgot to take our address for the delivery, then took it 20 mins to get back through to them again, she then put me on hold for 10 mins while she served other customers, not even a sorry she actually laughed, order came and they forgot part of our meal! Now can't get back through to them on the phone so my husband is going up to the shop to get our money back! Will not be using again!

takeaway only, but really good chinese food and very reasonably priced. we had 4 dishes from the special menu for £11.99 and the quality of food was very good.

Went back when it re opened food was not good still waiting for fried rice which was left out
