Delivered late and food was absolutely rubbish. Bland, cheap and soggy. What a waste of money. All went in bin.

Order never turned up. I called the takeaway and was told the driver had knocked my door but there was no answer. I was sitting watching my door waiting for my food. I was then told I would have to pay extra to have the food re delivered in order to cover petrol costs. Had a word with the owner and went to pick up my order instead. I would avoid as the food was really poor quality anyway on top of all the hassle.

Usually great but this time my meal was let down by the past their best chips and bland meat parcels, they also forgot my drink but the main meal was delicious. Delivery time was spot on, will still order from again.

The beef chow mein is absolutely banging! 💯 the meat is soo tender and it just tastes like heaven. Everything I have had is fresh and tastes great everytime. Would definately recommend 👌

Me and my pregnant partner got salt and Pepper chips and chicken balls with egg friend rice and sweet and sour Cantonese style chicken and have both ended up with food poisoning the same night would not recommend if you like to feel fine and not sick, now we have to go to A&E because it can kill our unborn child

called after 2 hours and that's when they started to make my order..... it arrived at almost 8pm after being ordered at 1720. I have 2 toddlers who need bathed and normally in bed by 8! normally use this place but doubt I will for a while. munchies box wasn't as a good the rice dish was brilliant. the food arrived warm and fine this looks like a genuine mistake but it's the Mrs birthday and kids should be asleep

Thin watery flavourless “curry” which arrived cold. Avoid.

I’m sorry to say but this Chinese was pretty terrible. All the sauces for every dish were either too thick they were like jelly or too runny and tasted of nothing. All the meats were weird textures. The chow mien was fine and so were the prawns but overall and pretty bad Chinese. I’d definitely go somewhere else

Delivery has yet to arrive 2 hours after ordering it. Will not be ordering from this place again.

When pre-order says 45-55 mins you don’t mind it being nearer the 55 mins but for the restaurant to say it’s been sent 95 mins later then say it’s been delivered 105 mins later when it hasn’t been is a disappointment. Phoned the restaurant only to be told sorry it hasn’t even left yet. Over 2 hours later the food finally arrives. It’s bed time not dinner time! Last time I order from here! Shame as the food was fantastic.

Food was not good. One dish in particular was crispy duck- we received a portion of duck that was extremely dried out, contained a large bone, had large chunks of inedible gristle and hard skin that we couldn’t chew. We also ordered a sharing starter. The chicken wings in that were tiny with absolutely no meat on them. We ordered food for delivery through just eat. First dish was crispy duck- more than half the portion was inedible; it consisted of hard dried out skin and gristle and was topped off with a 5 inch long bone with no meat on it. ( According to restaurant this was added to ensure we got the full portion) Second dish was mixed starter; the wings were tiny at about 1/2 inch long and had almost no meat on them whatsoever. The dish the starter was served in was full of oil. The dipping sauces were gelatinous and came out of the pots in one lump. All in all not a pleasant meal. Decided to go to restaurant to give them opportunity to make things right and they took returned food off us and refused to discuss issues but told us we could only get refund from just eat who of course refused to discuss issues as we no longer had any food to send photos.

Peking ribs were absolutely amazing. Plus the Special fried rice was excellent.

Salt and pepper wings were amazing but the turbo chow mein was a bit bland. Could do with more chilli and seasoning.

Food came on time, the sweet and sour chicken was good however the rest wasn’t, the honey shredded chilli chicken was in a really watery sauce and about a full onion cut up on top of it in the tub? Just put me off as I’m not a fan of onions. The Sui mai was also cold!! Disappointed with that just didn’t taste right atall.

hot and sour soup was simply burn the roof of your mouth and no other taste and my beef szechuan was a few bits of beef with a pile of onions and nothing else..hardly any sauce. only good thing was salt n pepper chips. go elsewhere if you want a decent chinese

me and my family ordered food, we waited 2 hours for the food and when it was delivered it was colder than antarctica and the chips looked like they had been re-heated several times, chicken pink and black, and brick solid. phoned the “restaurant” and they advised they would give 10%off the meal next time as if i would be back. asked for a full refund and they wanted the food back even though we had stated that the food was all in the bin but they still wanted it back, i wouldn’t advise anyone to eat here because you might have someone elses left over cold food. 100% the worst takeaway in scotland

Chips were reheats cold & very hard looks like you need to change & clean your fryer! Salt & chilli chicken chow mien was cold too mostly noodles & onions DONT where the chicken was !

Well tonight was my second visit here. 2 weeks ago ordered Singapore noodles and salt and pepper chill ribs. Thought great place . Only had to pick out the red yellow and green peppers as allergic. Tonight ordered the same and asked for No red green and yellow peppers in the dishes. What a big disappointment. Had the peppers in the ribs only able to eat 2 ribs as not touching the peppers. Then thought Singapore noodle asked for extra spicy. Well after one mouthful it was unedible as it seemed to be mushy .water in the bottom of the container.Zapped in a microwave as the bits of meat were mush. No spice on them at all bland noodles and stone cold apart from the middle was warm Don't think I will be returning there. All the food ending up in the bin due to one food on the dish which I asked to be removed due to allergy. Then mushy bland noodles and mushy meat .

Kids meal was freezing chips were hard and the rice was also cold. Both dishes were put out and not eaten.

Order was 15 minutes late. I did try to amend the time but it wouldn’t allow and kept jumping back to 5 minutes.

Chip must have been refried at least 3 times they even looked disgusting. The curry was good, but having a whole onion made it taste horrible.

The salt and pepper wings were excellent. However the main, crispy shredded beef in garlic & chilli was awful. It was slimy and tasteless. Totally inedible sadly.

Fiod didn't taste great the fillet dish was undercooked the chicken and sweetcorn soup was too thick and sludgy and sweet and the beef tasted off I wouldn't recommend ordering from here and when it's costs £50 you expect it to be good :( not impressed don't recommend

Just ordered Xmas dinner from here, wish I hadn't. So bland. I have already added a tea spoon of salt and it hasn't made much of a difference. It is bad when you need to add salt to any Chinese dish. The veg chow mein contains mostly water chestnuts then cabbage and a few mushrooms. Very biege, no vibrancy of broccoli or carrot, avoid. Tried to upload photo, wouldn't let me. Partners dish was "ok". We do have another meal but neither of us want to try it.

Bought chicken curry and fried rice & a box with 2 chicken balls...2 spring rolls... boiled rice with sweet & sour sauce... tonight... Very disappointed curry sauce very thin and tasteless..(watery). Chicken balls...spring rolls soggy and sweet & sour sauce tasteless and no more than a spoonful. Absolutely rip off for what you pay for it

Our second carry-out from here, as the first 'test' was rather sucessful. Very freshly prepared, hot and tasty, as well as being very good value. I ate it all, including the rice. 'Old school' menu but none the worse for this. Intriguingly, you cant 'sit in' and take away only, without large premises, waiters and heating to bother about, probably makes it even BETTER. It's been in Cow Wynd for years, for a reason. If you like nice Chinese/Thai food, go.

Can't say I hated it but it was offensively bland. curry sauce was well portioned but almost flavourless

We ordered Chips, curry sauce and onions. They forgot to add the curry sauce so we got chips and onions. Ordered large Spring Rolls. We got a small portion of small spring rolls with no filling! Need I go on? Never again! And these places wonder why they have no customers?

Used to be the best ever Chinese until last week, the Rice looked burnt tasted horrible and the chicken was chewey like it had be thrown in straight from freezer, tried to eat it but gave up after a few mouthfuls

Nice little takeaway not had any issues what so ever.

Fabulous food.....fabulous portions and very tasty.....and fine prices. Special fried rice was just magic and i couldnt eat it all.....the generous portion of mushrooms with onions was delicious and....well....i felt spoiled. Definitely gonna be my fave local, I've not long moved to the area and thoroughly recommend to all.

The staff are nice, the chicken balls are lovely but both sweet and sour and curry sauce the worst I've ever tasted. Curry sauce has no flavour whatsoever and very pale almost packet like.

We had the salt and chilli chicken, chips and rice and chicken with honey and chilli sauce. Was honestly the best Chinese we’ve had in Falkirk, delicious. To make it even better when we tried to order the phone line was bad so we hung up and was about to redial, the staff actually called us back on their mobile, apologised and took our order that way. Fantastic all round!

Food is outstanding and fresh. Smelled amazing and tasty will definitely be back.

Phoned an order in as I was on the way home from work. When I got there, food was hot and service was exceptional. Salt and chilli munchie box was delicious and special thanks for the help when I arrived to pay for it! Highly recommend!!

Staff are really great. The English lady taking the orders was very polite and very easy to talk to. Food was excellent. Even though I collected my order the delivery girl was a great laugh. Pleasure to visit for food as I was passing through.
