Dhillons in Falkirk

Absolutely shocking service , placed a order online money was taken out my bank but we didnt recieve food so then phoned to be told there was a problem at there end and i was told to order again and order was placed and money taken out againso made 2 payments for 1 order . So phoned to be told money would go back in account. 12 days later numerous calls to the shop to be told money was put in and this could take 14 days to clear. Lies lies lies i was a good customer used dhilliions couple of times a week but i certainly will not be using it again completely rude and lied every time we called .

Absolutely shocking service. Ended up on toilet all night due to ill prepeared food. Phoned and spoke to manager, was met with lies. Do not eat here, be advised.

This place used to be much better but has really gone downhill. Needs a good clean and tidy inside. Random boxes and stuff lying around behind the counters. The salad with the kebabs is old and soggy and all of the food is just generally pretty poor now. Don’t think I’ll ever be back here.

Visited recently and was very disappointed and in fact disgusted with the hygiene. I found a black hair and all they said was it must of been yours! Avoid this place they are rude and dirty. Other reviews are similar so just stay away from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would

Don't say 40 miss if it isn't going to be 40 mins. When I call you up after waiting an hour, don't tell me "yeh yeh 5-10min" if I'm STILL going to be waiting another 30mins later. Iv now been waiting 1 hour 30min for a pizza, the last time you will ever get money from me. I D I O T A S

I ordered a kebab from this place, I had to phone twice to find out where my order was. I was told it would be delivered in half an hour, it came one and a half hours later. It was cold and not very appetising. Won't ever call them back.

Being a Doner Kebab enthusiast it's hard to find a good kebab in the central belt of Scotland but this is one place the kebab is all round good! The Salad is very nice, fresh and pickled. The chilli sauce is very good, much better than the awful chilli sauce that is served by most other kebab shops in Scotland which consist of tomato ketchup, sugar, mango chutney etc??? none of that should EVER go in chilli sauce! In fact to help other Kebab shop owners in Scotland to create a good chilli sauce here is a recipe for you for free!!! this is the one many kebab shops use in England. small white cabbage diced (or half a medium sized one) Large white onion diced couple cloves of garlic 300g mutti passata juice of 1 lemon 2 large red chillis pinch of salt Pop everything into a blender until smooth. The improvements that are needed though are the chilli sauce has no spice to it at all..it is chilli sauce so needs a tiny little bit of fresh birds eye chillis added to it. I hear Kebab shop owners say "People here do not like hot food so can not have the chilli sauce hot" Well I don't mean hot I mean just a TINY little heat that anyone could have without any issues, plus most Scots like spicy currys so a tiny little spice in their chilli sauce would be fine. Just a little heat....thats all. I also think red cabbage would work, I understand if the owners may think it may not be popular but if its made properly it WOULD be popular. The red cabbage needs to be fresh and needs to be marinated and soaked in vinegar for at least a couple of days otherwise it will be too dry and not nice at all. The red cabbage needs to be served separate from the rest of the salad and all salads should be in separate bowls. I would also request that you please open up in Glasgow as really Glasgow has a shortage of good doner kebabs and chilli sauces and salads!

They have pretty good deals if you like pizza. I have went for these a few times instead of dominos and have not been disappointed. Obviously they are not the same but for the money they are good value when you are getting 2 for half the price.

Order taken perfrectly from a polite young man. Delivered in great time and driver given a tip of £2.00 Started eating a VERY SUBSTANDARD product. Had doner pizza a few times and never been so dry and tasteless. Toast it is for us two. Phoned to alert staff of substandard product but met with ✋ Wont be back!!!!!!!! Wont recommend!!!!!!!! Will be truthfull as to how poor it was. Work hard to pay for luxuries. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a pizza to my hotel, the Premier Inn I stayed at didn't do food & after a long drive just fancies slobbing out. Ordered my pizza, which took well over an hour. The delivery driver apologised & told me he was the only driver on. Starving I opened up the box and it looked and tasted great ...so great that someone had decided to help themselves to a slice!! No idea if it was the driver, was too tired to complain so saw the funny side.

I wish there was a 0 stars option! Phoned and was told delivery would be 45 minutes, after an hour phoned back and was told 15 minutes, after another 20 phoned back and was told it would another 10 minutes, gave them 5 and they said it had left 5 minutes ago and would be there right then so we couldn't get our money back! Where was the food the first 1hr and 40 mins?! Told them not to bother and we were coming up to get our money back. They had the cheek to say the car was broken and that's why it was late! Aye but it can be there in 5 mins when you complain?! Shocking service and won't ever be ordering from Dhillon's Falkirk again!

AVOID 1 hr 50 mins delivery and I live 3 miles away. Food cold. Order half missing. Delivery driver told me the chef was ill and had collapsed but was back cooking. Oh well that's great then, the "heater upper" has the plague but still working. Have you never heard of food hygiene? ?? Anyways after 30 mins trying to get through I've given up.but you will NEVER get a penny from me again. Shocking.

Ordered food for delivery at 6.43pm it did not arrive until 7.55pm and i live 2.4 miles away. The calzone was burned on the top and the crispy breaded mushrooms were soggy. Called the shop to complain and all i got was a forced apology. This is the second time in a month it has been over an hour for delivery and the food has been poor quality complete disaster.

We've had meals from Dhillons for many years and they've always been very good. Always a cheery & friendly attitude no matter if you collect or phone for delivery.

A little bit more upper class compared with your average Indian/chippy Food is Great and not so Greasy but with Quality comes Higher price which I think if they lowered would be even better Value and beat Competitors

Have eaten there several times and always had good tasting, fresh hot food. Will definitely order from there again.

Tienen Dhillons usados en muchas ocasiones por varias comidas diferentes y nunca tuvimos una mala comida desde aquí.

Me dieron un Calzone desde aquí, te lo o con picante cebollas o normal ... es un buen tamaño y abundante

Quick service, plenty of choice to suit everyone. Indian food a bit greasy. If you need the food delivered it will be a but slow. Does what it says on the tin
