Dominos pizza falkirk in Falkirk

I am a staff nurse with the NHS and in view of the recent coronavirus epidemic, many companies are offering free goodies to all the emergency services, with Domino's offering free pizza to all NHS on the 20th March. I rang my local branch in Falkirk (next to Falkirk Hospital) to ask if they were participating in this? YES they said, the offer is on all day on the 20th, come in any time. I went in after my long stressful shift to get my free pizza and left humiliated having been told ' no we are not taking part in this' I said I already phoned to ask about it ! NO definitely we don't give away anything to NHS. Thanks so much DOMINO'S I was so looking forward to my pizza.

Today i went to domino pizza because i had seen their advertisiments and their pizzas looked AMAZING. They were perfectly cook, had plenty of cheese and carefully put on topping. HOWEVER, when i order my vegetable pizza, i paid for it and went to my car. When i opoened it up i was APPAULED, with what i seen. The pizza was fully burnt, it had almost no cheese and the toppings where all on one side thrown on. NEVER GOING BACK!

We stayed at a nearby hotel and it ordered from this dominos, the pizza was brought to our door, well almost, the driver got lost but phoned straight away and we guided him in, and the pizza was still lovely and hot and delicious.

Ordered a pizza this evening, according to online app it was delivered to my house 30 mins ago just called shop to find out where it was only to be fobbed off stating it left the shop at 8.24 and that delivery time would be 45 mins from when it left shop. So according to this guy's logic the driver will have my pizza for 45 mins and it will still be fresh, hot and edible. When I questioned this he just kept repeating himself. I then requested a refund and was told no refunds and pizza will be ok time.Appalling service. Will not be ordering a pizza from here again.

Best way to recommendations by Holly. Best delivery time in town great value of money. Recommended to my friends 200% all is no1 in Falkirk.

Tonight I ordered a pizza for a specific time hours in advance and it didn’t arrive till half an hour later that I ordered. In this time I became a very hangry bunny. X

Cold pizza with very little cheese under cooked and inedible. Left a review and thought they might get back to me but sadly nothing. Poor service wouldn't use this Domino's ever again

Me and my friend ordered a dominos two for tuesdays tonight for dinner. I love dominos however I have said in a review and I will say it again the pizza looked like a big ball of cheese. There is an option for extra cheese so when I order a normal cheese and tomato and I receive what looks like double cheese I am disappointed. The cookies were very nice as always. Yeah pizza is good but for the price an oven Chicago Town from your local supermarket can be just as good. Today got a free personal pizza with WunTu (Three App) forgot my dip but heyho! Can't really complain since its free.

Each week I eat dominos about twice and I've never had a significant problem however tonight I really wasn't happy with my meal. The main problem was the amount of cheese on the pizza it looked like it had triple the amount of cheese as usual which was a problem as I really don't like cheese and my body can't handle that amount. Secondly the chicken tenders were disgusting for some reason although the rest of the chicken was fine. I love dominos and hope this doesn't happen again. Hohoho merry litmas!!

why is it so dear for a pizza its only flour and water with a little topping just dont understand why they are so dear service poor

ordered, received and enjoyed. Nothing more to say really. Its a Dominos, pricey, but so are they all. if you get a decent offer or know when to get one, its not to bad on the purse strings

Mi amigo y yo pedimos dominos a energizarnos después de un ajetreado día de trabajo. Como de costumbre me cerré los ojos como cogí el primer bocado y era hermosa. Fue el cielo me hubiese gustado otra pizza. No sé de qué se queja todo el mundo ha sido el punto culminante de mi día. Había la cantidad perfecta de queso y salsa sabrosa increíble complemento. Sólo el pensamiento de otro me da escalofríos. Las galletas son geniales! Empalagoso para algunos, que underdone pero me encanta. La entrega fue rápida y todo era tremenda. No había desastres para mí jaja. A veces las cookies son formas divertidas que moltura mi engranajes, pero aparte de eso, riquísimo! ! ! ! !

Ofrece comida con regularidad, este es un delicioso regalo para las mensuales para niños. Que disfrute de las pizzas con la gran variedad de partes y desiertos. Mi única queja es que los pedidos en línea no siempre funcionan a la tienda falkirk, así que a Telefónica y son incapaces de reclamar su "descuento pedido online".

Use the App and make sure you look at offers before ordering. The two for Tuesdays offer is great and the app tracks the pizza all the way through to delivery and then lets you know when it almost at your door. Better discounts if...

Domino's Pizza becomes great friendly dinner (Home delivery) at our home..every month we taste there new recipes..I love extravaganza, Zesty, chefs special, Vikash khanna creation, subwich, Tango, Menia & new Menia extreme...I have tried all kinds of pizzas & sides from domino's..like-pan Pizza, thin crust, wonder cheez, cheesy burst, loaded pizza..I am a pizza lover..so my kids n husband also enjoy being having Pizza..

Ordered pizzas to be delivered after waiting a long time the delivery driver phoned me and started giving me abuse on the phone and telling me that it was my fault he couldn't find my house when actually it was the restaurants fault as they had gave the wrong address. Phoned restaurant and cancelled order will never eat here again.

ok ok so luckily we found a 50% off voucher - never order a Dominoes without searching for discount code. Therefore this order cost us less than £10 each and was more than enough food to fill us all (and for breakfast the next day)Our order of 5 x large pizzas, sides and desserts was delivered within the hour which was much quicker than expected for a Saturday night. All food was piping hot and exactly as ordered.Cannot fault and using the app is brilliant as it provides updates on the status of your order.

Just a really horrible example of a Dominos franchise.From issues trying to order, long delivery times and finally the poor final product.This is a business which will either be closed by the parent company or sold by the owner. Avoid this at all costs it will just ruin your weekend.

I order on-line from here now and again, the delivery is always on time and the on-line progress is always correct

Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery. When the order arrived it was cold and all sides were missing. Took another 45 mins for sides to arrive

I'm currently sitting at 60 minutes after my order should have been delivered and it still hasn't arrived - appatently on its way. My delivery hasn't actually been on time at all this year (maybe 6 orders). Food has generally been edible but never actually hot. This has definitely been the last straw.

Pizza had hardly any cheese or sauce. Nachos were burnt. How they get away with serving food as bad as this is behond me. Will never go here again.

Phoned for a pizza order at seven thirty, told it would be an hour thirty minutes!! this was at seven pm!! called at 8.30 pm and asked about my order!! they informed me that they lost my order!! i mean come on how can you loose a pizza order!!! informed that my order would be another twenty minutes!! So were now looking at nine o'clock!! called again at 9.15 again asked where my order was, after being put on hold for 5 mins they told me that it was on it's way!!! the service was how can i put it without being too rude!!!, delivery time crap, lost order crap, pizza crap, not even an extra pizza to say they were sorry for taking so long. As you might have guessed i will not be ordering food from DOMINO'S again!!!!!

Food is okay but Slow service a few times they havent even turned up and its like "we will make them and send them out free of charge now" but after waiting an hour or more you dont want to take the risk it wont arrive again and why were they not made before??...they treat their staff like rubbish ive heard from a few ppl, so staff in turn probably dont care, tiny shop with too much staff, all using 1 small toilet cubicle, no industrial dishwashers here...everything is hand washed in sinks with luckwarm dishwater with bits floating in! yuck! Honestly i wouldnt eat here

Me and my family got a dominos for dinner it was disgusting all the toppings just shoved on top all inone pile. Then the stuffed crust what stuffed crust don? Don't go here

Literally just picked up my pizza which was meant to be a mighty meaty double decadence base pizza and omg it was the most dry and disgusting pizza I've ever had. Just ate half a slice and binned the rest. There was no creamy sauce in the base and the topping was over cooked. The strippers combo was stone cold with semi cooked wedges. Worst £19.48 I've ever spent!! Will 100% not be returning.

Ordered to click and collect, they didn't include my choc twisted doughballs, after calling to complain they were delivered 50minutes later very dry, hard and burnt will not be ordering again. I'm guessing the ones I originally ordered were left in the oven and forgotten about, and then still delivered. Disgusting!!

Don't order on night when there's a promo in store. Cold pizza. 2 hours to deliver. Can't contact the store as the phone is off the hook. Meal deal didn't send a large bottle of coke, they substituted with two small bottles which didn't add up to the same as a large bottle. Only one dip sent.We've been promised two free pizzas. Reluctant to even order those! Massive disappointment!

Ordered from here a few times - never ever has it arrived in decent time. 1 time, after several phone calls from delivery driver asking for directions, my freezing cold pizza arrived after 2 hours. When speaking to manager was told "they're very busy" - not my problem. They did send another pizza but was overlooked and I don't think the extra cheese or in fact any cheese was on the pizza. Didn't even send anything extra as an appogy. Tonight - same thing. Ordered via app showing as delivered but not delivered. On calling store I was told my pizza order was not placed until 25 mins after I had placed order as again "very busy". Assured pizza would be here "any time soon" - still waiting. Will be last time I use dominos falkirk!

Ordered pizza from here every week for the past year and every week we have had to send it back! Ask for extra cheese and get a dry hard stinking pizza well tonight was the last straw contacted head office and hopefully they get some training on how to make pizza properly every other one seems to get the order right bar Falkirk a so terrable!!!

Ordered two large pizzas and starters online at 1.30 to be delivered at 7pm. By 7.27 it still hadn't been delivered so I phoned the shop. The pizza turned up as I was talking to the manager so I asked to check it. It was the most disgusting looking pizza I have ever seen - it looked like it had been cooked at 1.30! It was cold and look dried out and quite honestly, the worst looking pizza I've ever seen. The manager was obnoxious and tried to say he was busy... I pointed out that it had been ordered 6 hours previously... so he blamed the new driver.... I said it should have left the shop at 6.45 to be with me for 7 (the driver said that she had delivered two before ours as she hadn't been told there was a timeslot on ours...). He then said he would refund our money but "it'll take three days to get back into your account". I asked if it could be sent back to me with the next delivery, he refused. Quick enough to take your money but not so to sort out problems... I definitely wouldn't recommend and I won't be back for sure... Only giving it one star as I can't give it a minus....

Ordered Pizza on the Mobile app just for the fun of tracking the stages of my pizza! Delivery was quick but once I opened the box my pizza looked like it had been dragged through a hedge backwards!! I was straight on the phone talking to the manager. He was very sorry and offered me a replacement pizza which I agreed to, 1 hour later still no pizza had arrived and my other half had already finished his! I was back on the phone and got told that my pizza had been sat at the front waiting to be collected for half a hour!! I was disgusted with the waiting time. To offer their apologies they gave me 2 free pizzas next time I ordered and also a tub of ben and jerrys ice cream! talk about sucking up! I have since had the two free pizzas but that is my lot with Dominos You have lost my custom!!

Have ordered takeaways a few times from Domino's, service and delivery has always been speedy. Pizza is always fresh tasting but sometimes lukewarm, but we always get thin base so there's not much there to keep hot.The only thing that lets it down is the price, very overpriced for what you get.

Turned up and ordered quite late. Speedy and friendly. The pizza was fine and I couldn't really complain.

Used to love going to dominos even though you do get better value pizzas from the kebab shop. But the last 2 times I went in here were the final straw. I sat with my 9 year old child waiting to get an overpriced and to be honest dry and tasteless pizza and had to put up with the male staff shouting and carrying on. Swearing and making lewd comments to each other. Everyone sitting waiting could hear them. The next time I ordered from here i thought ok I will call them and then collect so I don't have to wait and listen to all that again. My friend went to collect after 10 minutes and sat waiting for half an hour. Eventually when he asked how long it would be til the pizza was ready he was told that it wasn't on the system and hadn't been made. Rather than apologising and saying they would make it straight away, they told him he would have to wait until another 3 pizzas all called in after ours, had been made. At this point my friend walked out. Have never been back since. You get a better pizza and service at the asda make your own counter.

Terrible service over all, very slow and food disappointing compared to other dominos which I frequent quite often,. I would describe the ingredients as been unfresh, asked for chicken on my pizza and could count the 5 peices. Won't be back.
