Domino's Pizza in Falkirk

I always get great service in this branch. The pizza is great and the staff are lovely when we collect.

TERRIBLE Me and my son waited 1.5hrs on the food - it never came so we phoned the shop and i had a man who was on the calls who couldn’t understand me and i struggled to understand him which was frustrating. I told him i have paid £33 can i have my money back? where he said he did not get my order it’s been busy i told him it was made on just eat he said nobody’s checked the just eat machine yet ? he told me it’s not his problem the dominos are busy i had to go back to just eat. No apology had the phone, he just cut me off ? ridiculous customer service. Never ordering from this one again thats for sure.

Young lady serving make every effort to make sure customer is happy with the level of service. Good job!

The owner speaks and treats the woman there awfully and meat on the pizza was pink. Over priced and ignorant owner/manager.

Called and asked how much the pizzas were to collect 7.99 he says then went into the shop seen it’s buy one get one free any size pizza he says that’s 15.99 all together then charged 22.97 to the card and no cash is another thing would avoid

Absolutely outstanding service, I had stupidly ordered a pizza with no cheese. I hadn't discovered my error prior to getting home. After a brief phone call with dominos, the team whipped me up a brand new pizza free of charge. All in an amazing experience and these legends deserve a wage rise.

This place is vile, the food is undercooked, overcooked or burnt. They can't read simple requests and remove items or add something else in place of the item you have tried to get them to take off. I won't be returning

Amazing staff and great pizza although a few times you'd get the pizza and the cheese has blistered and the pizza sauce sometimes has been evaporated like disappeared altogether...also stuff crust used to be big and worth the extra now the price is up and the crust is tiny and not worth the extra .

Pizza was overcooked and the cheese was burnt. The wrong drink was delivered too. The driver was very nice too, and the staff was polite when handling the complaint.

Used to get them weekly for years.Second time in a year i have been given the wrong Pizza and it was burnt on top .I paid £18 for a burnt Margerita Pizza the price was for a premium one .Apart from that it was inedible and went in bin.Shop yet were not interested,never again there’s loads off better pizza delivery places that are cheaper ,go elsewhere

Usually the food is spot on but got a delivery tonight waited 2 hours for a cold pizza garlic break and cookies . So disappointed given 2 stars only because driver was friendly.

we get orders delivered to the work every so often and never had a bad pizza yet. we normally get 6 to 10 pizzas at a time and they have never been wrong.

Ordered via the Domino's app. 40 mins went by and no communication from the branch and app did not update from prepping. Had to phone the branch to find out an update of my order, only to be told that it has not been made. I appreciate that they are busy for a Friday night , but that is not my problem they should hire more staff on busier nights. Poor customer service and will not use again. Shocking.

The screen sayd that my order is ready , manager see my and didnt tell me anything , very poor quality , he sayd i will take 15 min and last 25 min .. dissapointing !

I called and said hi can i make a delivery please, the guy mumbled his words, i replied with im sorry? Your breaking up a little sorry and they hung up! So bloody rude!

Made a order online at 3.30pm called at 4 to find out how long it would be to be told it was a timed delivery for 5.45 asked to change this told it wasnt possible so I waiting 7 o'clock came called again to be told sorry we will send out another order there had been a mistake made so after alot of called between 7 and 9.3p pm was told that they didmy actually receive my order what's complete lies asked me to email them a copy of confirmation email witch I have but after this going on 6 hours they can keep there pizza I would not recommend that anyone uses this company as they clearly dont know there elbow from there a##hole

why the shop called me 4 times this evening??? i am based in North Wales, so there is no way i will order a pizza from scotland. please have you staff trained for telephone listening skills

Order over the internet was quick but refreshed wrongly and went through with a double order. Called the store and was told that using a promo code meant i couldn't change anything and it had went through. Said that entire order got discount not specifics which was not what it said on the order summary from the internet. Order did arrive on time and quality was good while still hot. May use again but be very careful as their is obviously issues with how store receives the order and what internet tells you so use with care. Parking is very awkward outside so may require a walk from centre.

Ordered via online and it said we would have to wait no longer than 20-34 mins and we have been waiting for 1 hour at this point I started to question it so I tried to phone this facility 3 times but no one answered this is poor I usually have no problems with dominoes but this time is a joke.

Love the place but I am wondering if the Mexican fiesta pizza will ever be back to this branch as it was mine and my partners all time favourite pizza

Nice fresh branch. Receptionist was pleasant and knowledgeable. Food was only average though. Pizzas could have been cooked a tad longer especially the thin one. It was to soggy. Thin pizza's should be a bit crisper. Cheese dough balls had no taste of cheese. Garlic bread seemed to be short on garlic. Quite bland overall.
