Pizza wasn't very warm and the cheese had went hard on the top.

Very disappointed to get the order home to find half a tub of spiced onions, hardly any in there. I have photos to prove this. Disappointing service.

Over an hour late, order was missing things and food was not nice. Not ordering from here again.

My order was wrong and poorly made. Two items were fine but the third item was bland and not what had been ordered which was very disappointing.

This place is close to where I live and any time I have had a problem with the food being cold they have always been very helpful whenever I call them up. They always have made new food for me or even gave me extra food as a sorry for the food being cold. Other than that I see them as a very good and cheap option when it comes to a takeaway. The small hoggy for example is only £3.50 and gives u a full wrap with chips cheese and donner meat. Their other options such as pizza always come freshly made and hot and they even make them perfect whenever I’ve made special instructions. Their delivery driver is also very respectful and is helpful when it comes to answering any queries I have had on the food. Would seriously recommmend trying this place whether it’s for a pizza, donner meat, or even desserts. 5/5 for me!

Not this order, but a future order that was never delivered. Was told multiple times that my food was on its way and would be with me in 10-15 minutes. Turns out, the food had never been even cooked!!! Asked for a full refund as recompense and was then told as I’d had that, I wouldn’t be getting my order. I was under the impression the refund was as a gesture of goodwill as I had been messed around, but clearly not. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Delivery wrong pizza, far too greasy. Delivery time was 30-50 mins. Delivered in 1hr45.

Got a cheak to take £4 for a delivery when my house is no more 5mins away from the shop..And some of the time the kebabs are tasteless and rubbery or you get a box fool of the small greasy bits instead of fresh cut of the spit.

Food was great tonight, burger was well done which I prefer as I would much rather eat a burger that's been well cooked and has grill marks etc than one that's been undercooked and rushed out.

After waiting for an hour for delivery, i have called up and was told they had not even started to cook my order! Absolutely ridiculous i have now had to call again!! Never will iorder from here again, and i have been a regular customer here

Burnt on the outside and cold on the inside very disappointing

I ordered at 5pm and food didn’t come until well over two hours later. When I called at the two hour mark and the food hadn’t left the shop, I asked to cancel for a refund and was told no because it had been made.

Hi there, I am VERY Unhappy that Just eat it seems did not want to read my response to my unhappiness at the lack of action taken to resolve my complaint. (items missing from my order) Rather than respond they just blocked my response. Poor

took 1 1/2 hours to come 5 minutes round the corner and was cold when it got here.

Far to greasy could have been better

30 minutes late and lukewarm. Saturday night is busy, however ordered @ 1845 didn’t get it until 2045!

I received my order 20 minutes late i phoned up about 5 minutes before it arrived the pizza was so undercooked the attitude from staff when i phoned back to say it was undercooked was terrible she told me it was golden brown when took it out the oven so mustve changed on way to being delivered wont be back again

Pizza was on wrong base. Received a thin/crispy base and a normal base was ordered

The food was fine, but I was disappointed that the menu is a bit restrictive, no way to order extra pita breads and no way to order a tray on donner meat, and no large kebab option. Overall overpriced.

Good food and it was hot so makes up for it being late

My fav dish is a chasni. I found tonight it wasn’t as nice as it usually is. I still ate it but don’t change original recipe.

As a big fan of the 4 in one chain I was hoping for a good donner kebab and it delivered the food was so flavourful and juicy the flavours all complemented each other and the chips were nice and crispy. The service was OK staff didn’t really interact but at the end of the day it’s just a take away. The atmosphere was good very lively and joyful the other customers were very talkative and funny. Would recommend as this is my main takeaway you can never go wrong with a good four in one.

Pakora was very cold and not great taste wise either

it took over an hour to get the food delivered and it was actually marked as delivered on the Just Eat website 15mins before we got it.

Just got a pizza out of there and found three short whites hairs in it that kind of looks like animal/pet hair definitely not be back there ever again I was half way through it ta 🤮🤢

Order was 3 hours late.They said they would remake from scratch but when eating could tell it was a reheat.Wouldn’t recommend would like a refund on the order as it was of poor quality.

it may have been on time but it still took a long time to come. by the time it came i was barely hungry anymore. crust was also very burnt.

Forgot to put 2nd ordered burger on the gril, needed reminded. The rest of the order got cold waiting on the 2nd burger. The doner meat was made last night I think and it was frozen. Wont be back, £32 down the swanny. Broken glass on window front and place lacks atmosphere. Went right downhill.

Food was late, cold and had to be reheated. This is the 3rd time, trying to give benefit of the doubt. Won’t be ordering again. Absolute jokers. The shop is merely 10mins away, and every order takes over 1hr !!!

Ordered because it said delivery time was 35-50 minutes. After order I was told it could be over an hour and a half. The food arrived nearly 2 hours after I ordered it

Waited two hours for delivery and when it arrived was just about cold and don’t even think about getting a korma absolutely disgusting. The dog wouldn’t even eat it.

my food hasn’t arrived but it had said on the app that it has. I understand that sometimes these situations happen but i would need to be refunded my money as my food hasn’t arrived.

We have ordered take out from this take away many times and not had cause for complaint. However, the last three times it has been terrible and after giving the benefit of the doubt we will now never order from here again. Third time unlucky for us. The order took over an hour for delivery when it arrived it was look warm at best. The meat was dry hard and inedible DO NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY.

Would have been great but it was lukewarm at best so pretty much cold when it arrived with the top of the pizza box falling apart where something wet had sat on top of it.

Waited ages on delivery, ordered a piri chicken kebab and a garlic nan, no garlic nan delivered and 8 tiny bits of chicken. Tasted terrible

Can't complain with service, quick and efficient and with a smile. Food wasn't so good, for me. Had a Pepperoni Pizza and wasn't sure if it was the sauce or the cheese but something didn't taste good. Cheesey Garlic bread was OK, would have been better had I specified mozzarella cheese - my fault, not the takeaway. Wedges were good, would have been better had I been offered some sauce to go with them.

Ive come here a lot of the time for a bit of scran and I'm not disappointed they make great food and the staff are nice and polite

The pizza was pretty average, it didn’t have a lot of taste and just felt greasy. There was also way too much cheese compared to the sauce. I wouldn’t order from here again.

£32 for 2 pizzas, for that price I expect a reasonable amount of toppings, however, my 16” Green Supreme hardly had anything on it. Wish I had taken a photo cause it was ridiculous. 🤬

Pizza was lovely the chips were very soggy it was a tub of mashed chips and curry sauce, had to put in the bin.

The best 4 in 1 I've used. Always good food and on-time or early.

Knocked a star off for the lamb as a couple of pieces were a bit tough but overall both meals were piping hot, clean and very tasty

Shocking customer service. Accepted an order and pushed delivery time back. Accepted and charged, called to ask where it was when it was meant to of arrived to be told. I declined it we don’t deliver to you(news to me as they have in the past). Nobody bothered to let me know even though they had my contact details and gave a poor excuse for an apology. Disgusting and staff couldn’t care less.

Over an hour and a half wait. Estimated delivery was between 7.30 and 7.50.it arrived at 8.05 and food was stone cold. I received a txt message 35 mins before it arrived to say it was on its way.we are only a 5 minute drive from shop. delivery driver must have taken a scenic route while food got cold.38 pounds. Never again

So my order arrived and the delivery driver said he’s given you Diet Coke as there is no diet irn bru. Not a problem. Get inside, no juice at all and then no chilli sauce on wrap as ordered. Bland and disappointing

Order placed at 1745h and delivered at 2000h, despite it saying it would be 60 minutes when order made.

Ordered a cheese pizza when we got home it turned out to be ham and pineapple . Absolutely rotten.

Not sure what happened, I picked salad when ordering the kebab but the ordered went through and was processed without.
