Pizza base are great but the toppings are very very poor

I came late, so I didn't try the pizza, however chicken wings and pasta arabiata were delicious.

Our pizza was delivered by the happiest chappy who was a joy to answer the door to. These pizzas really are the nicest - thin, not greasy and very very tasty. Is a definite family favourite!

Very good pizzas, traditional style, all toppings were fresh (including rocket and basil etc) and lovely. They were still warm (we live outside of Falkirk) and cooked perfectly. We had two 12 inch build your own, and they were great. First time ordering from here, won’t be the last I’m sure.

The pizza's from here are usually good however the one I got tonight was disgusting. anytime I tried to take a slice of a pizza all the toppings and cheese were literally falling/dripping off as it was clearly undercooked. managed to eat about 2 slices and then it was binned.

Pizza was nice, only thing that would have made it better was if the pizza was cooked a little longer. other than that it was great

best pizza iv had outside Italy only issue was razor thin

Had from here a few times now. Cannot fault it. Fast delivery. Food is piping hot. Pizzas were lovely. Garlic chicken strips are amazing. chicken pulls apart so easily. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wrong dip delivered and the chicken strips and wings were very soggy, won't ever order again from there, very disappointed after reading good reviews , I think the reviews must have been written by them .

usually good but this time had to phone twice and was still an hour later than expected time. Coca-Cola was not delivered. Very poor hopefully was an off night

pizza and cheesy garlic bread far too greasy, bases far too thin, toppings were sliding off, these are more like a thin nan/flatbread type base than a traditional pizza base which isn't substantial enough to hold the toppings. some folk might like that but not for us unfortunately 😕

Disappointed. Pizza base soggy, pepperoni undercooked, nothing good about this.

Food arrived over an hour late, stone cold. despite multiple calls to the restaurant to try and resolve. ended up ordering from somewhere else as food was inedible.

Delivery driver was absolutely disgusting!! Screaming at me on the phone just because he couldn’t find my house that he was staring at!. I walked over to approach him as he was lost and lunged at me! Neighbours almost phoned police he needs sacked! Getting physically aggressive towards a young women like that is not on!!! The restaurant was amazing and assured me they will deal with the driver and couldn’t be more apologetic thank you

Calzone was amazing as were the pistachio cannolis. The serving of rocket with them was a lovely touch and added to the already lovely fresh taste thank you <3

Food was cold, dough was really soft which is unpleasant for a pizza! The pizzas especially where extremely greasy. Will not be ordering again

a huge drop in quality recently. crust was doughy. not the same as it once was

I'm so happy the delivery is a wider area now, again i can enjoy pizza & salad. It's been a few years since i ordered from here, only due to being too far away for a delivery, it still tasted just as amazing. Thank you!!!

We haven't had from a while pizza from this place it lost quality food is tasteless milkshakes is disaster just pure sugar impossible to drink even we won't order anymore

Quality gradually going down. Queen margherita pizza is more like eating the pizza box with tomato sauce spilled on it barely any cheese and one sad basil in the middle. Time to look for another place.

Awful pizza when you try to pick it up all the toppings slide off I think if the used just a little more dough and made it a bit thicker it might help with that and really expensive for something that wasn’t good

Great fresh food, the bbq boss pizza was 10/10 as were the sides. Would definitely order again. Delivery driver was also very friendly

the delivery driver had dropped my juice didn't notice as he had it on top of the pizza box. juice had a hole in it where he dropped it. I paid 1.95 for ma juice if which I got a 1/3 off it

Got to say this was one of the best pizzas in falkirk (maybe in scotland). The owner gave me a discount aswell on top of my order very generous and the pizza tasted great like Chelsea's 2015 ramieres.

Ordered a meat heaven pizza, they just shoved a couple bits of sausage and pepperonis on it. Also asked for chocolate gelato ice cream and they gave me mint chocolate ? Waste of money

Cold, late and obviously laid around before the driver left with the order. Delivery address is less than 5 minutes away then they have the cheek to refuse a refund. Disgusting DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT!

Pizza not quite as good as normal. Cheese wasn’t very melted so needed a few minutes in the air fryer to sort out!

I had a delivery of 2 pizzas and some garlic bread pizza. It was good, wasn't sure what to expect as mixed reviews seem to be on here but ours were tasty.

Pizza was absolutely delicious! Not greasy and had lots of topping. Really good!

Both pizzas were terrible, cold, wet and sloppy, we have always ordered our pizzas from fireaway but this time they had way too much tomato base and the mozzarella was tough probably had hardly anytime in the oven to melt and so much tomato base had made the pizzas sloppy and really wet you lifted the pizza slice and everything just slid off terrible

2 hours to arrive... Food was terrible will never be back !

Only 4 stars for quality this time as there was no Parmesan on the Parmesan chicken strips. Still juicy and crispy but lacking in flavour. Biscoff shake delicious.

I had a pizza from here a long time ago but remembered it was really good so was looking forward to it very much Sadly it was terrible really soggy & it was supposed to have a pesto base & you could barely see or taste it & the toppings were disappointing, I actually only ate it because I was so hungry & had nothing to cook in the house so won’t be ordering again from here

Might have been 25% off but def not as good as last time. Toppings very minimal and food delivered warm, not hot. Delivered outwith estimated time. Too hungry to have complained. Delivery driver very polite. Otherwise, very disappointed. Should've stayed with new local place.

I usually always receive pizzas that are 10/10 from you guys never once had a bad word to say... But last night was an absolute disgrace... The pizza was a greasy sloppy mess that had all of the toppings fall off as soon as I tried to pick the slice up to the point none of us wanted to eat it because of how unappealing it was and I definitely have a picture of it, I really hope you look into solve this issue with me because I would love to order again.. but not if the quality of the pizza is going to be that if greasy slop again, you stand out as the best pizza place in Falkirk by far.. but last night was way below your usual quality.

Delivery was good. Was disappointed that I put in the notes to only put a little cheese on my pizza to find it absolutely smothered in cheese and I couldn't eat it

My food was luke warm. Looked like my pizza box someone had been playing football with it. Squashed and dip burst over my box

The garlic Parmesan chicken strips never disappoint; always tender and tasty. Pizzas are usually good although the pepperoni tonight had a bit much cheese on it so the pepperoni wasn’t cooked and crispy. Maybe just my preference. Overall good tho, and friendly delivery driver.

Very nice pizza, delicious crispy chicken side but the delivery was very late. Confident the pizza was only made after I phoned to check on the order.

Disappointed the extra toppings were shoved on top... presumably you forgot to add them but couldn't be bothered to remake the calzone. Thats issues with my last 3 orders so probably my last.

Would've gave 2 stars for quality but added one because the pizza was replaced. Oddly, they asked for the original one back 😕. Not as good toppings as first 2 times tried. Think twice about ordering again.

I've ordered this plenty of times never had a bother. This time the pizza,Base was super thin, cheese was super thick, sauce wasn't BBQ, crust was huge and burnt, plenty onions hardly any chicken. very disappointed.

Pizzas are usually brilliant from here but this time it wasn’t the best the green chillis weren’t the best to taste and onions weren’t good!

Great pizza but delivery was 40 minutes late on this occasion. They have been on time in the past but this is the second time they've been late. Food was hot though.

Fireaway pizza is good, the food is really nice and authentic, and I like the base style. Think they can get a bit swamped (particularly on Tuesdays!) but issues are dealt with promptly and it’s worth the wait. Would absolutely recommend!

We were fed up from ordering off usual well known pizza place , always bland and makes you feel sick, so ordered from here and omg, the homemade potatoes wedges are just incredible, so full of flavour wish we had ordered more! And the pizza even though it was the basic mozzarella but deffo not basic in taste… it was the most tastiest pizza I’ve ever had, will definitely be ordering from here from now on plus much better value for money as you don’t feel ill after your food unlike another place! Thanks so much x

Friendly staff, halal food, the food was nice, but they should serve plates, cutlery and tissues for sit-in. And they should write outside of the shop that it is halal.

Delivery was late and we received the wrong margarita pizza, it should have been a queen margarita as .y daughter doesn't like a.lot of cheese, so this was very disappointing. BBQ base on make our own hardly had any BBQ sauce so didn't taste of BBQ. Not a lot of peppers, jalapeños on the burner pizza.

Why say 30- 40 mins, then change to 40 - 60 mins once ordered, then take over 80 mins to actually arrive.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was okay but dough slightly wet in the centre, other pizza inedible as the dough was wet right through, only the crust appeared to be slightly cooked and at that it was only just cooked. Wouldn’t order from here again
