Chinese Way in Falkirk

Absolutely rubbish staff behaviour. I placed an order on Just eats and it was cancelled in minutes because “they couldn’t reach me”. They sent a message to my registered number which delivered immediately. I phoned back to clarify why the order was canceled and to know if we could place another order. The man on the phone said they get hoax orders and need to know if this was one because I’m a new customer, which I understand. He was rude, unprofessional and flat out refused to take another order saying he just didn’t feel like it. For no reason at all. I understand the right to refuse service but I don’t understand why you would take an offence in trying to fathom why the order was canceled and if we could place another order. Frankly I’m not surprised because of how low their rating is, it’s your loss and that’s no way to run a successful business. Their food is probably horrible and I would advise that you do not bother placing an order because you might regret it.

Delivery time was changed after a 45min waiting time to begin with. Order was then due half hour after that, which was still late, so finally received food nearly 2 hours after placing order.

Lots of food. Only in Flakirk overnight, but would order again

Missed the chips out of all in one tray

Should have known how bad it eould be by the state of the inside of the building. Damp everywhere. Chips full of cheap oil, so much so they were inedible. Chicken tough as old boots. Had toast for dinner instead. Disgusting!

Rice was clumpy and not fresh, special curry was mostly chicken , sweet and sour sauce was too runny and weak. Delivery early, wish it was on time and as it should have been.

atrocious service. phone to seee where my order was when tracker said it was delivered to be told it was just leaving the building. 2 hours for fried rice, a portion of gravy, chicken balls and a curry sauce? what happened? no explanation 9ver the phone. terrible won't eat here again. its rice and fried chicken. cmon

Not the best. Crispy spring rolls weren't crispy. food was Luke warm. Had better elsewhere. won't use again.

Amazing food really, really good just a long delivery time and we live ten minutes away it did arrive within the time we were given it was just a crazy long estimated time in the first place

Probably the worst Chinese I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a few. Ordered at 8, didn’t come until 10. (Phoned at 9.30 to ask where it was, not very friendly customer service) When it came fair enough it was warm but that’s only handy if it was actually edible. Chicken balls where all batter no chicken, chips where stale, rice was like chewing on cardboard. Never leave reviews but hoping someone see’s this before ordering!! AVOID

Wonton soup was tasteless, wontons it’s self was very fattty, chicken noodle soup also tasteless, very small portions given. Too expensive for the quality of food you get, also came late, ordered for the first and last time.

Order a kung po chicken last night and asked for extra extra spicy there was no spice at all waste of money....

salt and pepper chicken was to much batter soft and tasteless , beef curry was nice and chips and fried rice very good

ordered chips and special chow mein. Both cold,mostly noodles,2 prawns,3 pieces of mushroom ,no onions less that 10 beansprouts less than 10 small pieces of meat that you would get in an ordinary chow mean and no portion of gravy.will not be ordering again.

Food from here is usually good however today the chips I got were literally soggy wet and tasted disgusting

I thought fried rice was included chicken /chilli as it stated on menu bit confusing anyway it’s okay but the meal was lovely !

ordered it at around 4pm for it to come at 10pm and it came 20 mins late but on the app said it was already here at 10:10 when it wasn’t

Good thing I never dropped the tub of fried rice as it would have put a hole in the floor, rice was brick hard, curry was gross, inedible, over an hour late aswell. Worst ever. 👎

Quality was good although the salt & chilli chicken portion size was poor. Original delivery was estimated at 7:15 and although app update was 7:25 - 7:45 it didn’t arrive until 8pm 😳

food cold, over 30 minutes waiting on delivery after message saying enjoy my food. restaurant not helpful, wouldn't let me speak to person in charge.

The order was late and phoned the restaurant and was told by the girl that the driver is out with order. Asked how long it would be as the order was already an hour late and the girl said she doesn’t know how long the driver would take. Poor attitude and customer service. Food was ok. Would not order again due to poor service and lengthy wait for delivery.

As a tourist visiting the area, i was recommended your establishment. Much to my high hopes they were quickly stomped out. A very hungry lady of house here, original delivery over 1 hour was smashed out the park on more waiting time. It wasnt a pretty site to see this lady of the house pacing the floors awaiting the delivery of the meal. Chips where soggy and luke warm. Curry was not overly bad. Can't say i will be back

Found out this place blacklisted my husband and I because THEY messed up an order we made on Just Eat. Did not get half of our order, which came way later than it was supposed to. We were okay with the tardiness, but obviously, we asked for a refund for the missing food. Every time we've tried to order ever since, our order gets canceled. My husband finally called and asked why and they said "because you asked for a refund last time." EXTREMELY unprofessional. The food isn't even all that great, it was just convenient cause they were the only option available on the app.

Was expecting rice and curry sauce however there was hardly any sauce on the rice. Made my meal fairly dry tasting. Good flavours but binned half as I ended up just eating rice.

I have put a review in about this order. We eventually found the meal. It was sitting at the wrong door.

The chow main had mushrooms in it which I don’t like it didn’t tell you that when ordering the meal The meal is very dry With not a lot off pork for the price Will not be ordering again and not recommending to my friends Or family Disappointed

disguised by the customer service of the man shouting at us over the phone order just left at the wrong door changing the story as he went along saying he has the wrong phone number saying he phoned twice then saying he didn’t a phone number then saying all we want is credit absolutely horrendous customer service will not be ordering again

there was a mix up with delivery but they sorted it out and got fresh food delivered drive and resteraunt were both perfect

Took 2 hours. Have the emails to prove it. The restaurant send confirmation of the order being collected by the driver, and after 40mins I called, and they admitted that they said it was collected when it wasn’t. They didn’t offer en explaination why. Once the food eventually arrived it was cold. Do not order from here.

Do not order from here. Took 2 hours. Girl on the phone admitted to lying about the driver having collected the food, didn’t say why just apologised. When the food got here it was cold. Not had a refund. Genuinely miserable.

Ordered at 19.46 arrived at 21.24 was told it was because driver was late... food was luke warm at best and had to be heated in microwave.. Called twice and was given rubbish excuses... Not good enough never ordering again

Wasn’t sure what to expect with the Thai spicy chicken noodles - it wasn’t pad Thai but it was tasty. Delivery time was extended as soon as I confirmed the order and then it was about a further 35 mins late.

Delivery time was fantastic. Driver was friendly and polite, food in the other hand wasn’t good. Rice was all clumped together and the batter on the prawns was thing and soggy rendering the dish inedible. Haven’t order for a while and doubt I’ll be ordering again in a hurry.

Could have done with a little more gravy as the rice was a little dry.

Very poor quality prawn crackers. Solid as a rock. Sweet and sour chicken had a dodgy taste and texture. Chow mein quality was poor. Won't be ordering from here again, and I'd encourage others to save their money and go somewhere else

Ordered at 18.05, meal FINALLY arrived at 19.55! Not great

Salt and pepper chips were more like salt and pepper soggy batter. Fried rice & curry sauce (paid for onions). Rice was dry, cold, looked sad. Curry sauce, was a spoonful if I'm lucky, paid 30p for onions, 1 onion to be found. Awful takeaway. Awful wait times. Much better chinese takeaways in the area to waste money on this business.

Apart from being late there were 2 prawns on my prawn chow main!! Prawn toast went in the bin it was a bit soggy!! enjoyed the food mainly be I was really hungry but won't be ordering from here again!

Loved my prawn cocktail and my prawn satay and also the mini spring rolls tasted amazing also if you’re looking for sumthen spices the prawn satay is awsome and also salt and chilli chicken. Also really quick delivery too!

Was really unhappy with the food I got last night

Never really had a problem from here until this order. The chips had a strange taste to them and could also be tasted through the chicken. The meal had to be binned.

Food was good and order was ready quick but realised something was missing from our order when we got home. Was told we “forgot to take it when you were here” and had to go and pick it up.

Bought a few dishes out of here last night cos I’m sick of getting take aways and they are rubbish, so I thought I’d try a new Chinese!! I was not disappointed!! It was absolutely delicious!!

Terrible food. The sauce in my shredded chicken dish tasted like vinegar and water, no flavouring whatsoever and the chicken itself was very bland. Spring rolls were nice that’s about it

Sorry but this was absolutely terrible. Food was soggy and bland. Half the meal was peppers. Store bought onion rings. Watery sauce. That bad I had to order another meal to replace this.
