Chinese Way in Falkirk

Ordered our food at 5.30pm on a friday night and delivery time was to be roughly 6.30pm but it was at the door within 20 mins. Food was top quality and piping hot. Portion sizes are great and plenty choice. Great wee chinese.

never received as driver wanted me to go into street to meet him

definatly not the best chinese in town probably the opposite . food no flavour and had to reheat when got it home usualy give a place a second chance but I won't on this occasion and stick to other take aways in town .

Food was cold had to heat chips and soup, soup portion is too small for the price

my order was late altho it said delivered enjoy. i contacted chinese way.. and told them not received my order could they tell ,e what happening.got told he didnt know. it was sent out. on site it said getting delivered. from order to delivery took 1hr 40mins.

Salt & Chilli Chicken was tough, chewy and didn’t taste fresh. Salt & Chilli Chips had no seasoning on them to pass as ‘Salt & Chilli’, bland, tasteless and soggy.

Took too long and driver stood at the gate

The meal was cold because the delivery driver messed about. Had to call me to find out where I lived and had me step out of the house to find me. He was sitting at the end of my short closed street and had driven right past my house is first on the street. He handed me my meal and left.

Late, and delivery driver had no change in his car, so wasn't going to give me my change until next time, until i said i wont be ordering again, so i want my change then transfer through his bank!! I Wont order again

food cold and delivery driver to lazy to get out car ...had to go to car in pj to collect it

Disappointed in delivery. Driver parked outside called house stated scared of dogs I do have dogs but they have never been aggressive or near door during delivery’s

Sweet & Sour was tasteless. Chicken balls and chips were soggy. Delivery driver was seen outside 5 minutes before he called me. He wasn't going to come to the door as he said he was frightened of dogs! Why be a driver.Worst Chinese and service ever!!

Orderd at 7:15 ish and it didnt arrive till 9.25 after already being “delivered” at 9. Was barely warm and missing one of the main meals. Bit disappointing

I appreciate my address was wrong on the order and dont know how it happened and i hold my hands up and acknowledge my mistake but for the driver to give me that attitude and speak to me like dirt on the end of his shoe is something i dont tolerate

I ordered Szechuan chicken just 5 minutes ago. The sauce on the chicken same taste like diswasher liquid smell. Horrible and another dishes okay. But szechuan is horrible . I ordered lot of before from different restaurant bit this one horrible

2 and a half hours i waited for my food. Phoned up to be told they hadn't even made it and it would be 25 mins. Almost an hour later it arrived. Not happy!

Wonderful as per usual. The fried rice is so soft and perfect. Great value for the portion sizes and freshness.

Food wasn't the worst I've had but was clearly microwaved instead of fresh, delivery was a little slow but on time. Overall I would recommend you look elsewhere for Chinese takeaway.

Wouldn’t have minded the food being late is it was actually edible. Good job I checked the chicken before putting it in my mouth being 37 weeks pregnant, the chicken was pink inside. Won’t be ordering again.

Chips were cold and hard almost as if they’ve been reheated. It’s a 5 min drive to my house so the chips clearly left in this state. Rice was over cooked and stodgy never again will I order from here

Absolutely rubbish staff behaviour. I placed an order on Just eats and it was cancelled in minutes because “they couldn’t reach me”. They sent a message to my registered number which delivered immediately. I phoned back to clarify why the order was canceled and to know if we could place another order. The man on the phone said they get hoax orders and need to know if this was one because I’m a new customer, which I understand. He was rude, unprofessional and flat out refused to take another order saying he just didn’t feel like it. For no reason at all. I understand the right to refuse service but I don’t understand why you would take an offence in trying to fathom why the order was canceled and if we could place another order. Frankly I’m not surprised because of how low their rating is, it’s your loss and that’s no way to run a successful business. Their food is probably horrible and I would advise that you do not bother placing an order because you might regret it.

My delivery was delivered to the wrong address by the time I received it . it’s was frozen when complained they were rude same as the delivery driver . I won’t be ordering from Chinese again .

Delivery time was changed after a 45min waiting time to begin with. Order was then due half hour after that, which was still late, so finally received food nearly 2 hours after placing order.

Should have known how bad it eould be by the state of the inside of the building. Damp everywhere. Chips full of cheap oil, so much so they were inedible. Chicken tough as old boots. Had toast for dinner instead. Disgusting!

Rice was clumpy and not fresh, special curry was mostly chicken , sweet and sour sauce was too runny and weak. Delivery early, wish it was on time and as it should have been.

atrocious service. phone to seee where my order was when tracker said it was delivered to be told it was just leaving the building. 2 hours for fried rice, a portion of gravy, chicken balls and a curry sauce? what happened? no explanation 9ver the phone. terrible won't eat here again. its rice and fried chicken. cmon

Amazing food really, really good just a long delivery time and we live ten minutes away it did arrive within the time we were given it was just a crazy long estimated time in the first place

Probably the worst Chinese I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a few. Ordered at 8, didn’t come until 10. (Phoned at 9.30 to ask where it was, not very friendly customer service) When it came fair enough it was warm but that’s only handy if it was actually edible. Chicken balls where all batter no chicken, chips where stale, rice was like chewing on cardboard. Never leave reviews but hoping someone see’s this before ordering!! AVOID

Wonton soup was tasteless, wontons it’s self was very fattty, chicken noodle soup also tasteless, very small portions given. Too expensive for the quality of food you get, also came late, ordered for the first and last time.

Order a kung po chicken last night and asked for extra extra spicy there was no spice at all waste of money....

salt and pepper chicken was to much batter soft and tasteless , beef curry was nice and chips and fried rice very good

ordered chips and special chow mein. Both cold,mostly noodles,2 prawns,3 pieces of mushroom ,no onions less that 10 beansprouts less than 10 small pieces of meat that you would get in an ordinary chow mean and no portion of gravy.will not be ordering again.

Driest chow mein I’ve had in my life

Quality was good although the salt & chilli chicken portion size was poor. Original delivery was estimated at 7:15 and although app update was 7:25 - 7:45 it didn’t arrive until 8pm 😳

The order was late and phoned the restaurant and was told by the girl that the driver is out with order. Asked how long it would be as the order was already an hour late and the girl said she doesn’t know how long the driver would take. Poor attitude and customer service. Food was ok. Would not order again due to poor service and lengthy wait for delivery.

As a tourist visiting the area, i was recommended your establishment. Much to my high hopes they were quickly stomped out. A very hungry lady of house here, original delivery over 1 hour was smashed out the park on more waiting time. It wasnt a pretty site to see this lady of the house pacing the floors awaiting the delivery of the meal. Chips where soggy and luke warm. Curry was not overly bad. Can't say i will be back

Found out this place blacklisted my husband and I because THEY messed up an order we made on Just Eat. Did not get half of our order, which came way later than it was supposed to. We were okay with the tardiness, but obviously, we asked for a refund for the missing food. Every time we've tried to order ever since, our order gets canceled. My husband finally called and asked why and they said "because you asked for a refund last time." EXTREMELY unprofessional. The food isn't even all that great, it was just convenient cause they were the only option available on the app.

Was expecting rice and curry sauce however there was hardly any sauce on the rice. Made my meal fairly dry tasting. Good flavours but binned half as I ended up just eating rice.

disguised by the customer service of the man shouting at us over the phone order just left at the wrong door changing the story as he went along saying he has the wrong phone number saying he phoned twice then saying he didn’t a phone number then saying all we want is credit absolutely horrendous customer service will not be ordering again

there was a mix up with delivery but they sorted it out and got fresh food delivered drive and resteraunt were both perfect

Do not order from here. Took 2 hours. Girl on the phone admitted to lying about the driver having collected the food, didn’t say why just apologised. When the food got here it was cold. Not had a refund. Genuinely miserable.

Took 2 hours. Have the emails to prove it. The restaurant send confirmation of the order being collected by the driver, and after 40mins I called, and they admitted that they said it was collected when it wasn’t. They didn’t offer en explaination why. Once the food eventually arrived it was cold. Do not order from here.

Wasn’t sure what to expect with the Thai spicy chicken noodles - it wasn’t pad Thai but it was tasty. Delivery time was extended as soon as I confirmed the order and then it was about a further 35 mins late.

Delivery time was fantastic. Driver was friendly and polite, food in the other hand wasn’t good. Rice was all clumped together and the batter on the prawns was thing and soggy rendering the dish inedible. Haven’t order for a while and doubt I’ll be ordering again in a hurry.

Could have done with a little more gravy as the rice was a little dry.

Very poor quality prawn crackers. Solid as a rock. Sweet and sour chicken had a dodgy taste and texture. Chow mein quality was poor. Won't be ordering from here again, and I'd encourage others to save their money and go somewhere else
