The food is bad for me to eat, they know how to cook, I wouldn't recommend anyone to order such food

I've been a patron of this establishment since my mid 30's, been away and come back, now approaching mid my 50's. This place is now history to me, I spent just under £20 for the most appalling take out I've ever had. The end of an era, no more of my money will be going to this place. 🤚🏻.

I've ordered a few Chinese takeaways locally and by far this is the best for not only taste, but also portion size compared to price

I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and rice as a take away...when it arrived the chicken balls were like concrete..after phoning to complain they agreed to send a replacement which was much the same..this has put me off ordering takeaways in the future...Will definitely never order anything out of here again...Had never tried the Palace it was recommended to me by a friend...what a waste of money the whole lot went straight into the bin.

Food is delicious and the portion sizes are big. Good value for the money 💰

Chips were good, fried rice was okay, service and delivery were great, curry sauce was disgusting inedible.

What a waste of money. Worst Chinese meal I have ever had. Salt n chilli ribs were BBQ ribs with onion and no chilli or peppers. BBQ ribs were covered in Peking sauce that I didn't ask for. The Singapore chow mein was absolutely disgusting and the sweet and sour chicken balls were all doughy and under cooked. The fried rice was shocking and a dirty dark brown colour. I certainly won't be back to this place and I can't recommend it to anyone!!!

Food disgusting 😒 No aspect of flavour at all... We got meal remade and was still so disgusting and disappointing. Customer service and friendly on point though food terrible....

Absolutely fantastic. Best Chinese ive had in a long time. Quick delivery and portions were excellent. Shredded crispy chicken Cantonese style was out of this world! Defo be back

Would not go here ever again!!! I ordered Chicken Balls which were covered in grease and the chicken was just dry shards, also ordered a Special Chow Mein which was not nice because all the meat tasted like it was made 3 days ago. Do not go here!!!

Where to start, £15 salt n chilli munchy box- chicken wings well over cooked..spare ribs cremated..chicken balls all but burned and chicken was solid. chicken wings over cooked n crunchy. Not fit for human consumption. Definanatly not a Chinese experience, would not recommend or go back. If I could would give no stars.

Had special curry couple weeks back which was ok, just had roast chicken with gravy tonight and can't eat it......gravy was too salty and really tasteless, chicken was quite rubbery. My partner had chicken Maryland which was dry and because its all put into the one container there's not very many chips, my sons chicken curry is ok but as far as I'm concerned that's £22 down the tubes as had to re-order elsewhere so won't be back here again.

This is quality Chinese food - a cut above your usual glowing red sauces and cheap meat. Large portions, great service and made fresh. If you like your Chinese more authentic than your usual take-away then this is good grub

I went in for first time, tonight, beef curry, and fried rice, must say, some bad reviews here, but i enjoyed it very much, staff were pleasant, i couldn't finish it, only coz was too much for me, not much of a big eater, but I gave it a good go, didn't leave much, i'll defo be back

I wouldnt eat from here again chips were all burnt the beef was fried too long the sauce was definitely not what I asked for I would never go back

Worst Chinese Meal ever ! Actually called to complain. It was that bad, whole lot went in the bin, We will never go back

Poor quality food. All rice taste like water, and the food is drowned in curry sauce. The food is expensive and they got all the wrong sizes. I don’t recommend this place.hair in food but good curry and prawn crackers are good

Ordered from here when they first opened, food was inedible, soaked in grease, so much so that I called them to collect it and refund me! Horrible experience, won't go back!
