I have raised a complaint as the driver hasnt turned up with the food!!! Fuming!!! I want them fired!!

Quality as 2 stars as order was correct but paid £6.00 for nachos and received a box with around 12 Doritos and a teaspoon amount of guacamole (that I paid an extra £1.39 for)

Amazing food was warm when I got it and exactly on time

I had asked for a good amount of cheese on the veggie delight and got 3 slices that barely covered the bread.

we order regularly but it was vile tonight.. stuff didn't taste fresh at all. very disappointed.

Nearly everytime I order from this subway I don’t get what I order I mean who in their right mind would order a plain subway with sauce!! They literally have one job out the stuff on the bread it’s not rocket science

I placed my order at 11.45 for a 1pm delivery. When it was almost an hour late, I called the restaurant to ask if I could pick it up. They confirmed that it. had already been collected by the driver - this was not reflected on the app. It took another 30 mins to arrive - and although it was tasty, it was stone cold. I won’t use Just Eat again.

I don't understand why anyone buys subways. They're extortionate price wise and the food is cheap/bad quality. You can buy 2 adult sized meal from pretty much any other takeaway for the price of 1 meal deal from subway (and other takeaways have more menu options, especially for drinks).

3 times the time got changed nearly 2 hours I waited for my lunch it's shocking quick to take payment but left hours to wait on food by the time it arrived was too late and no apology or refund or a discount

Got everything as ordered but the Sub was stone cold even though it had apparently just been made and was out for delivery within a couple of minutes of each other.

Absolutely shocking. Been given a fry subway with SALAMI ONLY on it after spending £30 here they won’t even refund or send out a new sub. Shocking service and even worse food.

Incorrect sauce and ingredients on sub should have sent it back wasn’t enjoyable

Will never get anything again from subway ordered footlongcheese steak subject and received something completely different with chicken and was too spicy I couldn't eat it phoned subway and they told me to get a refund from just eat everything is now in the bucket my mouth is on fire. terrible customer service

bag was opened when arrived with 2 packets of crisps and a bottle of cola was missing from order.

The foot long was lovely and fresh but the ice cream wasnt nice at all threw it in the bin over frozen like it had been in the bottom of the freezer it did have next minths date in it

Juice missing. Food was awful obviously been toasted which I didnt ask for given the fact the bread was soaked through with the aweet onion sandwich had been sitting an age to be picked up.

All was great except 1 of the sandwiches came without the sauce I asked for.

Ordered 2 foot long subs both different fillings. The order on mine was completely wrong. Staff at the shop couldn’t be bothered adding my toppings and sauce and decided to add the same as the first sub. This is not the first time I’ve had a sub delivered with different fillings to what I ordered and therefore will not be placing another order with them.

please if someone asks for diet coke, don't send coke zero as an alternative, they are not the same

Order confirmed at 13:40 and not delivered until just before 14:40. Food was cold. Looked like Delivery Driver picked up another order from Asda grangemouth before delivering to me. Was a good 10 or 15 minutes at ASDA. This is my opinion and I dont have the facts to back this up but location on map was ASDA

One of the subs wasn't toasted when that was requested. The doritos from one of the meal deals was missing and the fresh orange juice was missing.

Yeah my garlic cheese bread looked like it had been assaulted it was all crushed in the box and squished and also had no garlic it was just cheese

i had to wait almost 2 hours for delivery from a place ten minutes from my location and the drivers excuse was traffic!?, that is an unacceptable level of service and i will not be using just eat again.

i’m missing my cookie my juice and my crisps that’s a part of my deal all i got was my sandwich i paid a full tenner for a sandwich that’s a joke

i orderd at 12.20 and got my time as 12.55 - 1.15 and have just recieved it at 2pm

drivers are useless. delivered to the wrong address (honestly how hard is it?) and we were sitting an hour over delivery time before phoning to find out they had delivered to the wrong address and they didn't think to tell us? they refused to go and get the delivery from the wrong address and subway wouldn't send another order out and was told it's not their problem and to ask just eat for a refund.

The delivery driver sat in his car on his phone for nearly 10 mins while my food got cold.he then delivered my food on the phone.the drivers are rude and don’t care that someone has paid to get food delivered hot

driver did not deliver to door, left it outside thankfully a neighbour brought it up to me.

I paid £6.49 for a 465ml tub of Ben and Jerry’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream. I got a 100ml tub so was disappointed. Everything else was good though

the restaurant was closed and I had to wait on thr manager coming from Kilmarnock to open the store, the driver was very polite and helpful about the situation so it's only a fault on the restaurant's part.

I didn't ask for a toasted sub (never been a fan of toasted subs) cheesy bites are lovely tho

placed an order via the app from round the corner as i have a back injury so not able to walk round called to update my order over the phone which was no problem it then said via my app it would arrive at 2:55-3:15 it then changed to 3:25-3:45 the order was placed at 2:30pm i tried to call the restaurant numerous times to no answer for the order to then arrive at 3:40 cold and items missing. very unhappy with this order and the customer service was terrible.

Really like ordering from Grangemouth Subway the items they give you are always really good.

The food was freezing the nachos never even had a heat in them so wasn't satisfied and would like to be refunded for the food

I never received what I ordered. I ordered a meal deal but half of my order was wrong. Firstly I ordered a Pepsi Max but I got a Coke Zero and secondly instead of pigs in blankets I was given chicken dippers. I will say though that I did enjoy my bacon and cheese melt!

I placed my order at 12:24 and it has only just arrived at 2:09, this has been a very long waiting time and the delivery time kept getting pushed longer and longer on the app. I am disappointed with this today as I have never waited this length of time for a subway any other time I have ordered.

After previous issues with deliveries I now always add a note in order stating drivers are looking for the house with the yellow door. It's a fairly distinctive feature but sometimes mistakes can still be made. It could be forgiven for going to the wrong house as the Google maps sometimes sends people to the wrong place (hence the yellow door comment) What can't be forgiven is a 20 minute phone call attempting to explain to the driver repeatedly that he had to come back down the road that he had gone too far up. A fairly simple instruction. Just as I was ready to give up on the order that I've at this stage wasted my money on, the driver comes into view on foot with my stone cold delivery. The concept of fast food is lost a little when the process from ordering to actually receiving takes almost 2 hours.

I ordered two create ur own footlong sub meal deals and 2 dips one of the subs were toasted other wasnt ment to be they toasted the 2 meal deals we received our cookies 1 pack of cheese and onion crisps another packet of doritos which was missing and we received nachos and cheese when that wasn't ordered aswell these had to be binned as we don't eat them

Toasted both sandwiches when selected not toasted, clearly can’t read!!
