Food is absolutely shocking, food is undercooked food poisoning galore fi this place

We popped in on Saturday 28th December. Lady behind the desk was lovely, great service. Open kitchen as well so you can see all your food being made. We came up from Glasgow for the night, ordered a chicken curry and rice and a salt and chilli munchie box and can honestly say that it's the best Chinese we have ever tried! Everything was delicious and we'll be back in next time we're staying in Falkirk. Superb.

Ordered king prawn fried rice and a happy meal. The fried rice with sauce came without sauce. Overall the meal wasn't very nice, the bbq spare ribs tasted musky and the chicken was spongy.

Got to say I do like the food from here .. it's my usual haunt when up visiting grandkids .. I'm a fussy person when it comes to curry sauce .. this is nice. The salt and chilli chips are also some of the best (if not the best) I have tasted

It’s great well made, it’s extremely hot that it burns my tongue it’s amazing and I love it I’ve been ordering there for quite some time now and it’s one of my favourite places to eat from, I don’t see no issues with the place it’s great ! Even got my orders quicker, the people who given the one star just don’t have taste

Food was very tasteless and the chicken was clearly very processed and served in weird globular cubes.

Had a takeaway Thursday night. Me and my partner both very ill after it. It’s now Saturday and I’m still running to the toilet. Will never order again

9 times out of 10 when I order on scoffable, the order is cancelled, which screws u up because the money has already been taken out your bank! Last time when it was actually delivered the chicken was rubbery, still with skin hanging off it!

Just ordered beef fried rice tonight don't know what kind of beef they are using but didn't taste like any beef ave had,didn't even look like beef ,am sorry the soup was fine and prawn toast but main was not nice plus never had fried rice made with peas and sweetcorn in it put me right off.

Could not believe the food that arrived last night not sure what it was I got pink chicken ordered schezwan it was horrible

First and last time we will order from here! Rice was dark at the bottom and brick hard like it had sat for ages and then reheated,the sweet and sour chicken tasted horrible the sauce was a pink colour and didn't taste like sweet and sour,the peppers,carrots and onion in the sauce looked like they had been sitting for days, also ordered chicken in sweet chilly sauce I don't even know where to start with this it was worse than the sweet and sour the batter was slimy and there was also a hair in it!! Absolute waste of money as it all went in the bin!!

Spoke to the woman on the phone, placed my order, told me it would be there as soon as she can and gave me the price. I said okay thanks and ended the call. 1 hour later I phoned to see if it’s on it’s way yet and she tells me she didn’t place it because I ended the call?!? The indication the order was placed was when I was told she would get it to me as soon as possible. Time wasted, do not recommend.

Had 2 wait an hour for food and it was cold so had 2 heat it up myself, which wasn't a problem, the problem was 2 big long hairs in my food which put me right off. Not what you want 2 find in your food after waiting a while and having 2 reheat t. Always loved this place cos there food is good, but that just put me right off

Food Amazing. prawn toast is best I have had! Phoned order then collected later. Food was ready for time I asked and really friendly staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Never been that's why one star. No idea why i keep getting asked this Q.

I really didn't like the meal. I ordered sweet and sour with the chicken in batter. The batter was still really soft and under cooked and the chicken in the middle was too processed - probably purified chicken that was moulded into a cube. The sweet and sour sauce was pretty minging too. I would've liked a token peice of veg in it like pepper but it was just sauce - not even onions. Also, the sauce, when mixed with the rice, turned a pale baby pink colour so that was really off putting. I also ordered small spring onions and i thought they were alright at first but they leave a weird aftertaste after eating a few. When ordering i kept getting a pop up that said "spend X amount more and you'll get free delivery" but when I got to the checkout (after adding a small dish to qualify for the free delivery) the delivery wasn't taken off of the bill but by this point I was really hungry so just checked out anyway. Oh, and they added a 50p charge for the liberty of ordering from them. So after not liking the chicken or the sauce or the spring onions, I ended up just eating the free prawn crackers. I won't be ordering from them again.

Curious the local guides rate this place high, I call them out on integrity. My order tonight was shocking, Usually I order elsewhere but they were closed, Wish I did not order from here, Curry sauce was so so watery and tasteless, Worst chinese food I have ever had and will never order from here again. DISGUISTING FOOD.

Over Charged, Short Changed, Not listened to. Food was average, piping hot but all cramped together and went soggy. Got 2 of the exact same items but charged 80p dearer for one. Need to calm down get off the offensive and re ask an order if in doubt. The first impressions (giving order) definitely counts. *Scratch average. Never left so much of something before.

I was in here Sunday night asked for chicken breast of curry..I honestly have to say it was certainly not what I asked for,the chicken was in cubes chewy and disgusting..more like cheap frozen chicken from farmfoods.I didn't feel well for a couple of days after this.Certainly will not go back here and waste my money or pay to be ill.

Forgot my juice that i ordered , phoned up and was told driver would be a hour had 4 local deliverys, come 10 to 11 phone back and they ignore the phone! Use this chinese quite regularly but wont be using again due to bad customer service & blatant lies from the woman answering the phone. Still not recieved it but fly guys quick enough to charge me...

Typical Chinese takeaway. Good food. Reasonable price.

Absolute dogshite. Special fried rice, meats had quite clearly been microwaved, further to that i have never seen in any other chinese takeaway in britain, the use of large quantities of lettuce in a rice dish. On the plus side, the gravy was quite nice. As for the salt and pepper chicken, it tasted ok. Flavours were good. Sadly the chicken was of a really low quality popcorn chicken type, properly processed rubbish. Certainly not worth over a fiver on its own for a 1/3 full tray. Definitely in the top 5 worst chinese takeaways in britain for me. Poor show. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered on just eat. They confirmed the order putting the delivery time back 10 minutes (which is fine) an hour and a half after the confirmed delivery time, I called them to be told that they hadn't put the order through and it would be another hour, all of this despite them updating justeat to say the food had been delivered which means the payments gone through. I've ordered here before for collection and the order is never ready when they say it will be. If you fancy waiting longer than you need to for food then go here. If you're hungry, go somewhere else.

Great food, big portions,very clean open plan kitchen

Ordered in Just Eat at 5:10pm on Tuesday night.. got told delivery time would be 6:10pm then it got pushed back to 6:25pm. At 6:22pm the take away phoned me to tell me they wouldn’t be delivering my order. Left me waiting till 3 minutes before the estimated delivery time to phone me to tell me that. Had already waited over an hour since ordering. Woman apologises and tells me that I live VERY VERY far away and that the delivery driver isn’t back yet anyway and there is traffic. I’m sorry, but if I live SO far away(3miles), why do you even deliver to where I stay? And of course there is traffic, but you had over an hour to deliver my food.. that traffic isn’t that bad. Also, phoning me 3 minutes before I’m expecong the delivery and you think that’s ok?? Is it heck, will never be ordering from here again. Leave me waiting that long on our dinner only to phone and tell me it’s not gonna happen, joke. Do yourself a favour and order somewhere else. Save you wasting your evening.
