had a voucher to use at this bar for a meal £20 wowcher say you must email and state voucher code and date and time of booking ,they then cancel saying chef is ill and cash in the voucher to woucher so i cant claim a refund ,the owners are crooked dont go is my advice stay clear ps they dont answer their phone feel free to try

Arrived after booking more than 2 weeks in advance to use a voucher we had been given as a gift. Waiter came to ask if we were having afternoon tea, but our voucher was for 3 course meal and drink each for 4. He said that the manager said they were only doing afternoon teas, we advised that we had given all details over the phone including what the voucher was for. He went to speak to the manager, after sitting and no-one approaching us, we went to find out what was happening to be told that the chef had left earlier and just not returned ( this must be a common occurance as other reviews had this reason at least 3 other times). After a great deal of discussion and not accepting responsibility that they had failed to contact us or were in breach of the voucher conditions, we left. This place clearly has no chef working throughout the day, and instead of advising this at time of booking thought they would wait until we turned up and give us lower voucher experience. These vouchers are still live on Wowcher, do not buy.

3 of my friends and myself were in this venue for a drink. We received an extremely warm welcome. Service excellent and extremely comfortable seating. Would definitely recommend. Will definitely be back next time in area.

Had a few soft drinks with friends and was served by Kyle who was very friendly. Next time I go I will definitely have something to eat. Loved the decor and atmosphere.

Great food and sadly soft drinks but will definitely be back when the restrictions have been lifted.
