Food was terrible been in twice now won’t go back garlic mayo tased like plain mayonnaise

Pizza cold 2 hours late no cheese on the chips cheese and Donner honestly worst delivery I can remember getting

Absolutely has gone down hill, what a joke of a place, not sure who's running it now but waited 2 hours for a delivery to be told 3 times will be there soon as driver has left which did not happen, then received food stone cold. Phoned up and the man said oh, can you not reheat it 🤢 unbelievable

absolutely joke honestly. got hame with the food seen the state of it and wasn’t sure if i was even eat it. but i did took a few bites and it aw came back up. ended up getting food poisoning. also to add i was going through it to see if anything was put in it and i seen mould. genuinely wanted to greet. even had to go to the doctors bc i was throwing up blood never get anything from here doesn’t matter if ur homeless and starving you u will just get violently ill. absolutely disgusting behaviour

Absolute joke of a place, got my order wrong and expected me to just be happy with free chips on my next order, eventually agreed to replace my food that I could not eat. Waited over an hour to be told that I will need to wait at least another half an hour for replacement food. It’s now almost 11 at night and no food. Won’t be back after using the place for years. Used to be such a good takeaway

I've been a customer since I was 17 ,I'm now 40

The food was good. It was the delivery driver & the personal questions he was asking me I did not appreciate eg was I in alone,did I have any kids & were my kids there. I dont see why he felt the need to ask any of these things as he was there to deliver food only!

Paid with card on phone, driver came and told me I haven’t paid, I said I have (even showed him the money has came out my bank). After 10 mins of him trying to phone Noors he said I have paid. Food was cold, after 5 mins of eating some I was violently sick. Never again will be ordering from Noors again !

1st time using them. Got a menu through the letter box today & thought I'd give them a try. Being a little further away I wasn't sure if they'd deliver but it was no problem. Phone call was answered & my order was taken & checked / confirmed very politely. Delivery was very quick & was delivered by a very friendly guy & arrived earlier than expected. Food was hot & was very tasty. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Very fairly priced. I can't comment on the atmosphere as I had my order delivered but I'm pretty sure that a good guess would be that it is fine

I went there last night to get two donner kebabs which I really have never had any problems with before but I was standing outside waiting on my order I turned round and I seen the boy take something out the microwave it was my order a said to myself surely not they have done this before to me and God AV paid for it today not going into detail but AV been to the toilet about 7 times and my stomach has been killing me all day am so disappointed in your antics and you doing this £15.60 down the pan right enough.

Food is great but ffs they really need additional phone lines its always effin engaged!!!!! Come on to f@@k it's 2023

Noor chicken kebab with salad & garlic sauce. Basically a pile of cabbage swimming in sauce poured over half raw chicken. Disgusting

Went in and asked for chips,cheese and donner! Cheeky wee meal to walk hame with and when I got it and walked out the dinner meat was almost stone cold and there was no cheese! Too busy talking to each other through the back! Won’t be ordering from here again.

Honestly; quite possibly the rudest guy I've ever come(fat guy in orange cap) across as a front man.. the food is average but the service makes it absolutely awful.... tell ya man to get an attitude transplant and you's would do well.

I have been using noors for over 20 years for their chicken pakora. Their almost 40 miles round trip from where I stay.. But ohhh so worth it.

The staff are very polite and friendly and helpful and good service nice food kebab shop is nice and clean and it take away shop or home delivery in or pick up it got parking places near by to it I would recommend noors

Joke of a place ordered a simple cheese pizza and can of cola over 2hr ago and still waiting everytime i phone they couldn’t care less

Ordered chicken tikka kebab & it was vile ! It was defo not chicken tikka, infact I even doubt it was chicken, grey in colour with handful of salad & teaspoon of sauce. Went straight in bin ! Please don’t waste your money or risk your health ordering from here

Absolute disgrace , waited 2 hours for pakoras a chicken kebab and doner kebab for it to arrive cold , soggy , and and not edible to eat . The salad was stuck to the paper . Binned and a complete waste of 30 pound

This place is an absolute joke phoned my delivery at 12.15 the driver phoned asked for my addresses phoned them 15 mins later the guy said the driver was still in the shop it's now 01.10 and he still isn't here and if it comes I can guarantee it's going to be cold 100%

Had the 12inch box.....chicken pakora was dry and overcooked, the salad was just cabbage. Wife had cauliflower pakora which was burnt and her curry was swimming in oil. Had food from here everytime I come home but based on this one I am afraid not again.

Got mixed vegetables bhoona and 3 chappatti food is rubbish was feeling sick after my dinner won't even feed it toy dogs

Absolute joke of a place. Placed an order on Just Eat as we were staying at a hotel after a gig, phoned up to ask when order would be delivered so we could be ready for it and got a totally rude person who told us if we called again he would cancel our order, didn’t even give us a chance to speak! Chips were awful and pizza had uncooked veg on it, definitely won’t order again.

Ordered a jumbo mixed kebab and all the ingredients came separate, I've never had this in my life from any other kebab takeaway, this is not a way to present food to anyone never mind customers no one wants there kebab turning up like this.. usually either all wrapped up or sitting in a tub looking appealing.. Not oy how the food came the nan was very small cold and dry, small bag of lettuce which was all soggy and warm, and the garlic and chilli sauce was like water.. The donner meat was very dry and hard around edges and the chicken was undercooked bottom of the doggy bag had a puddle of yellow oil Very disappointed total waste of money!! I won't be ordering from here again.. 👎

used to love the chicken fried rice and curry sauce from here so decided to order tonight. big mistake. the chicken is hard round the edges and dry and the curry sauce is watery and greasy, disgusting.

Noors was always excellent got dinner from there tonight the chicken tikka was disgusting tasted of mint will never buy from them again. Phoned the shop and they are total ignorant won't ever buy of them again

Used to be our go to takeaway, before we found a far nicer one nearer home. Decided, we'd give Noors a go again. My kebab was as dry as a bone. If i hadn't got extra sauce it would have been inedible. Chicken and lamb were like rubber. My partner's pizza was awful. Big thick doughy greasy tasteless lump of deep pan. He couldn't taste the chicken tikka topping. Chips were soggy and greasy, and looked as if they'd been re-heat. Really poor takeaway.

For the second time delivery was over an hour late and when you call to complain, all you get is hung up on or told he’ll be there in a few mins (hadn’t even left the shop at that point). Plenty of takeaways locally, this is definitely one to avoid!…

Just ordered a delivery from Noors still to arrive, ordered at 19:10 with a delivery time of 19:50, text to say running late will be there at 20:20. At 20:30 I phoned Noors and was spoken to without a care in the world from the person on the other end of the phone. No sorry it’s late, just what’s your address, it’s on it’s way. Well honestly it is great it’s on it’s way but whatever happened to being polite and courteous, I’m paying for a service. Anyway, 20:34 maybe the food will turn up soon

Ordered a mix grill which was delivered over hour and half. Had to phone for a update. When food arrived it was cold.

Rang for order waited an hr only ordered kebab and baked potato no sign after rang back asked about order. To be replied only just making it terrible phone manner I always defended with mrs cause of mixed kebab but never again.

Absolute shambles ! Sent my order out wrong, I knew the minute I ordered it that they would get it wrong. Wee tip here - get someone on the end of your phone who has a basic understanding of the English language. Delivery driver was not impressed when i told him my order was wrong & sent him back with it, civility costs nothing. Sadly the Noors is lacking both civility & decent food these days.

We had a munchy box last night, it was cold, kebab meat was rotten and hard/chewy and chips were soggy af! Huge disappointment. Used to be a great place 🤮🤮🤮

Kebab was cold and the size of the large kebab is a joke. I have had a smaller one from other places that is bigger. The staff aren't friendly at all its like you shouldn't be there. Hello and thank you with a smile doesn't cost anything. I will not be back disappointed in food and service :(

Recent reviews speak volumes, unlike their kebab. I've been a customer of theirs for 25 years. It was the best kebab shop in the region. Not any more.their large kebab is the same size as there small was. It was swimming in fat, very little veg and the meat was bogging. Have bought twice recently thinking it was a one off. I was wrong. They place is now gash.

Prob the worst kebab I’ve had. No sauce and a big dirty hair in with the donar meat. I called to complain and the staff weren’t interested. Had they been a bit more apologetic then i would have been a bit more sympathetic. But my order was disgusting and the after service was diabolical.

At a handy location with friendly staff. Cash and card payments are both accepted. They do deliveries, too and are open as usual.

Over an hour and a half for delivery, phoned and driver had just left shop but still another 20 min later and no sign, think they need more drivers, plus a bigger premises if to busy, also usually get extra things you did not order or they forget

Had to wait 1h and 30 min for order and they have mess up the order and when I phoned them they have basically said to bagger off because they are busy.

Pizza was quite good. Chicken on the kebab was very good. The salad for kebab was very dry and tasteless, surley they have to season it. The garlic dip tasted awful, very watery and smelt and tasted out of date. Garlic naan seemed to have no garlic on it.

Ordered a take away in plenty of time and asked for it to arrive at 5:15. Didn’t come on time. Called the restaurant to ask where it was. Staff were rude and hung up the phone I never even got my pakora sauce :/.

Sent wrong order and would not replace. Said "will sort it next time" but is too late as my 18 quid dinner was ruined. Will not be back. Man on phone very cheeky

Used to be great. Going down the drain!! Ordered a chicken kebab with extra tub of chilli sauce and 2 drinks. AN HOUR A 40 MINUTES LATER, delivery appears at the door, with a donner pizza and garlic sauce. No juice no chilli sauce and no chicken kebab!! my partner quickly asks about the juice assuming I ordered a pizza and I told him no I ordered a kebab so he asks about the order and what the reciept says. He reads the reciept, says oh that's a pizza not a kebab. Then he says it's in the car I will go get it.. goes to the car comes back with nothing then says I will need to go back to the shop they have gave me the wrong thing. What's difficult about reading a reciept and putting a kebab in a box and getting it delivered. Already annoyed coz it took so long when my partner is starving after work and now 2 hours after ordering and we are still left waiting for food to come because they apparently can't send a delivery guy out with the right meal! And this isn't the first time they have tried to pass me off with no juice aswell. I paid for it, it's on the reciept so there is NO reason I should not be receiving my juice. Pure laziness in this shop. No one should wait this long for a delivery and then have the wrong stuff delivered. A joke and I will not be ordering from here again!!!

I got a delivery tonight for three of us. I have to say, I have had many deliveries from different shops but this was the best by far. Delivery was quick, food was absolutely first class and piping hot. I could not fault these guys. First time I have had anything from here but will definitely be a future customer now.
