Forgot my rice, ordered half rice half curry but got no rice

Curry didn't taste good, some of chicken was tough trying to chew it. And my daughter kebab was covered in sauce after stated in notes no salad and send sauce separate. And I was still charged for it.

Tried for the first time at the weekend and already ordered again. south Indian garlic chilli chicken curry is amazing so fresh tasting and quality chicken. great value for money would definitely recommend.

Absolute worst customer service ever in this place! Young boy spouting off cheek to all the customers! I would take your business elsewhere. The only good thing about this place is the delivery driver! Always pleasant!

I ordered a pizza via just eat to be delivered for iftar time! I didn't expect it to arrive till later as I had left it too late! But this establishment went above and beyond and got my pizza out in good time. I would have phoned the takeaway to thank you but I didn't want to make your phone line busy. So I'm doing it on here instead. Thanks

turned out delivered to wrong address then the driver brought it to me which was cold which I refused to take it. shop sent another one which was atleast hot this time although it didn't taste aswell after the disaster of a driver. think I will Try another shop next time. or use a sat nav

Ordered from here fairly regularly but yesterday ordered from Just Eat and they accepted the order and just never turned up. Phone was taken off the hook and could not get through. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The chips were burnt and I ordered the same thing last time and they gave me something different.

0 stars but no option for that. Food didn’t arrive. No communication from the restaurant atall to explain why or even let us know this would happen. Ordered at 530pm and it’s now 8.53pm and it’s still saying the order will arrive by 7.25pm. No option for a refund. Just seriously bad customer service.

Still waiting for it to arrive. Phone after 2 hours told it would be 20minutes… still waiting for it to arrive.

Couldn’t fault the food absolutely spot on, was delivered in about 15 mins and the food was piping hot, spot on never fault this place❤️

The chips were overcooked and too crispy. The pizza wasn't much better,, it was burnt on the base, everything looked as if it had been thrown on top of base. Definitely went downhill from the last time i ordered. I won't be ordering anytime soon.

The pizza box had been squashed and the cheese was pressed into the box on the top so ruined the pizza we ordered . It’s a shame as it’s usually always good from here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal as always, good sized pieces of chicken in the curries and sauces really tasty.

Charged £17.50 for a small doner & a small chicken tikka kebabs which should have been £11.50, but I was charged £6 extra to have the small bags of salad & small tub of sauce separate. The female I spoke to last night & today seriously needs customer service training & I'm unsure if a manager will actually call me back. Been a customer here for years but won't be back! ! 🤬

Place is a joke. Ordered a hoagy with salad and sauce and a chicken tikka main course with chips. No salad and sauce and no chips. Went back down to get them and they give me the hoagy but again forgot the chips. 3rd time that something like this has happened

food was really good lost a star as felt there wasn't enough meat inside the calzon but I've have tries every takeaway in falkirk and will say this is one of the best

Fast efficient service. Food piping hot. One small criticism, salad was requested but one small piece of lettuce, half a slice of cucumber and about a quarter of an onion sliced, does not make a salad.

There was no donner meat in our silver munchy box. Just pakora and chips.

Shouldn't get any. Selling off food. Left half my curry in the microwave for like 4 hours and it stunk my kitchen out, opened the microwave and a bunch if flies flew at me. Save yer money. Make stovies or something 😕

Absolutely pathetic service . Went in to order and waited for around 50 min before we got our order . Even people who came after us got order and we were made to wait while the order was not even being made . After 40 min one guy comes and says we didn’t know you were ahead in que . Well after all that we got the order after 50 mins of wait and when we reached home the wrap mean I had ordered did not even have any meal . They took the money for the meal and did not serve me a meal . This is the worst experience I have ever had in Falkirk . Never going in there again ever . Just a personal experience.

Asked for no onion and there was still onion

Used to love this place, not been for ages but clearly standards have slipped. Ordered a king chicken tikka kebab, mixed pakora and chips. All food was dry as a bone, no sauce, chicken had suspicious texture in the pakora, rest of pakora was potato, no mushroom. King kebab came equipped with a pitta... no naan. Sauce from the kebab had poured out of the packaging and was held together by the blue plastic bag like a big stinky water balloon. Really the only commendable part of the whole experience was the strength of this plastic bag. No chance of it biodegrading anytime soon. All in all a waste of £20 and an evening meal. Would have taken it back but did not have time.

Ordered a tandoori mixed grill and there was no lamb tikka or Shish kebab! Just loaded up with donner meat instead! Not the first time this has happened with this restaurant but was willing to give them another chance! Won’t be ordering from hear again as it is completely unacceptable to not deliver what you say you will.

Pizza and chips are superb, never had a bad meal yet!

Vegetable paroka tasted different. Changed the recipe. Wasn't nice. Put it in the bin. Salad etc in the nuggets after I did request for it not to be.

delivery time was well over the excess time food was bland, chips soggy, donner meat wasn't great either so most of our meal has gone to waste dissapointing. first time in a long time ive ordered from here. but don't think il be returning again.

Ordered a few times now and food is always excellent. First time trying the curries and both sauces were brill. Lamb very tender too. Delivery a bit slow but Saturday night and happy to wait a bit longer for great quality food.

Order pizza often from here and made an ar** of it and ordered for next day instead of late at night ....order was through just eat, but these guys did everything to help and get it fixed and on the way....top tier pizza.... 😀 and top customer service for the staff..much appreciated

pizzas were brilliant as usual, however sadly the chips were soggy and the tub had water in it due to condensation but this happens so not much of an issue just annoying!

This is a joke a have had few well alot takeaways and this one just seems to think it's ok for to be late and be smart on a phone didn't like it food in bin this been a few places that's been shocking this Falkirk for food is out of order never been so angry in my life last complaint a made even got pictures before noone got back to me about it because it's starting to know how shocking the delivery is and the food noone has got back to me or nothing

food was very nice . was supposed to have a can of pepsi with munchie box , was sent can if urn bru which I don't like . said to delivery driver who was very abrupt, no apology he said you can't choose a can you just get what your given . not very good for customer relations

placed an order threw just eat paid by debitcard and when food arrived half my order was missing so telephoned store to tell them and ask about missing order as i had paid for it only to be told all they could do was offer me a free pakora or something next time i orderd no offer to send missing items or refund the items i did not recieve did not even have pakora in my order so why offer me this next time is beyond me 🤣

Place seems to improved dramatically. Pleasant over the phone interaction. Was told 15minutes for my order and surprisingly it was actually ready within the 15minutes and tasted great!

chicken tikka was nice but didn't enjoy the chapati s as they fell apart as soon as I took them out of the bag.

gave a good ETA and then pushed it back by 45mins when it was nearly due. After the 45 mins I waited another 10mins before texting them.and they said another 15 mins. 20 mins later..... still waiting. Called them and they said the driver left 5 mins ago. 2 hours 10min wait in total. Only warm when arrived. Pizza was merely ok

Really good Indian takeaway. Just moved to the area and wasn’t sure where to try but I think we made the right choice! Will be our go to for Indian take away now. Couldn’t fault a thing. Generous portions and everything was fresh. Pakora crispy, not soggy and chewy like many others I have experienced. Grill box was great too, lots of meat and tons of chips. Thank you :)

I found on visiting Falkirk that all the eateries I passed appeared to close at 10pm or before so was welcome finding this place still serving, some original pizzas with various Indian curries available as a topping. Pleasant and chatty staff

The food was great. Only complaint was I ordered a can of Pepsi, but got delivered a can of lemon Fanta, which I can’t drink because it has aspartame in it.

Asked for cheese. No cheese. Basically £9 for chips

food is great however was delivered to wrong door and had to wait longer but the lady on the phone was so lovely along with the delivery guy who was very apologetic about it

everything was delicious except for the 10" Pepperoni pizza that I pd extra £2.06 for X2 chicken & £1.03 for ham. when it arrived it was burnt 2 a crisp & was probably a usual 1 portion of chicken on it - that was all.. no Pepperoni, ham & definitely no X2 chicken. I must admit though their mixed biriani , Garlic Naan & Mixed veg Pakora were delicious.. esp the mushroom & Veg pakoras Yum.. Last I have to mention the lamb in the biriani WOW! DELISH.Not enough tho as mostly chicken. maybe X2? 🤣
