A great spot for a convivial meal at great prices. Service from Dimitar was great and the food superb. Try the fish & chips! Awesome.

Even when busy the atmosphere is great here, quiet and relaxed at the 2 times we have visited which was between 7 and 9pm and 5-7pm. Food was really good on both occasions with a good selection and freshly cooked, Drinks also a good selection. Our server Lauren was brilliant, especially given how busy it was and how she made it look effortless, checking everyone's food was okay and attending to everyone's needs with ease and a smile.

Such a great location but let down by terrible food, sloppy service w noisy buzzers and takeaway packaging even when sitting on the terrace. Pancakes were tough as nails after 5 mins ( shop bought? Reheated). Buzzers summoning u to collect order ruined atmosphere. Don't bother u less they get new management

24 of us booked in on a busy Sunday for food and drinks for a family birthday. Service and staff were excellent. Food delicious and very reasonble cost.

Afternoon tea was superb. Food lovely, great friendly service from Taylor. A real Scottish style afternoon tea with quality baked goods. First rate.

Fui a la tienda para que lo corrigieran. ¡Fue rechazado! ¡No estaba interesado en mirar mi número de pedido, solo estaba interesado en no darme lo que ya había pagado! Palillos acaba de robar mi dinero y no me dio productos o servicio! ¡Nunca volveré a usar esta tienda!

Estaba en el Mercado de Navidad con mi hija y entró a tomar café y un sándwich. Ambos eligieron tostadas de queso y cebolla. Llegaron debidamente. El relleno era principalmente algún tipo de chutney, cebolla roja que me informaron más tarde, y no había evidencia de queso en la primera mitad del sándwich. Había en la otra mitad que no comí. Todo fue realmente horrible. Hablamos con el personal que dijo que aunque no era una práctica normal, podíamos elegir otra cosa. Elegimos 1 sándwich de pavo y ensalada que compartimos. Una vez más, principalmente algún tipo de conserva, hojas de ensalada viscosas y un par de pequeños trozos de pavo viscoso fino de oblea. Nos enteramos de que las tostadas eran aparentemente veganas - al comprobar vimos un Vgn en letra pequeña. Si el chutney de cebolla roja hubiera estado en la etiqueta y escrito vegano en su totalidad, no habríamos hecho esta elección. Mi hija tenía un poco de "queso" en su sandwich. Dijo que era realmente vil. Lamento escribir esta opinión. Este lugar está en una zona céntrica de la ciudad y es un ambiente muy agradable con buen personal. Sin embargo, no regresaremos.
