Subway in Dundee City

My cheese I’ve added is gone and my chipotle sauce is not there but the food is yummy but it took a hour to get my food. How unbelievable 😡

Very dull environment, staff were not happy to be there, food was mediocre at best, not my favourite subway I’ve had

Store is completely fine. It's the signage they have on the pavement that blocks your view when leaving by car that's the issue for me.

Ordered 4 Subs and they screwed up on one of them. They couldn't even get the bread type correct and no lettuce or peppers anywhere to be seen. Do the workers actually read the order that comes in or just make it up as they go along? It's not that difficult, just read the order. No wonder there are so many poor reviews for this subway. Never again.

Service is always fairly fast, without any issues. Food is always tasty, they usually have everything we ask for. Premises are clean but could do with a makeover x

Thought meal deal was too expensive for what I got...6" roll / coffee and crisps.£8.49....not value for money ☹

Prompt everything you would expect

I used to go alot to get the plain chicken salad box but about 2 years ago subway stopped doing my favourite sauce which was ranch and will no longer do it but I was told there is a sauce similar like it which was the garlic aioli now going in today they said they have even stopped that but again there is a similar sauce which is garlic and herb which isnt very good to me the only 2 sauce was the ranch and garlic aioli now they are gone so now I am no longer going to subway as this was the only thing i enjoyed and liked so you have lost one customer. Also prices have went from over £3 odd to over £5 odd per salad box but not surprising as it seems everyone is following suit with the high prices nowadays

Snack place especially for children. Can fill you up if get full meal

Have never been to this Subway and will not be back any time soon. Staff were really nice and chatty when i popped in back of 6 tnight ordered my usual but unfortunatley the bread was so hard it was like it was stale. i did notice that the first 6 inch oat and barley she was going to give me looked a little bit charred but fortunatley she noticed this and proceeded to get another one after she had thrown the charred one in the bin below where the oven was. Filling was not as fresh as i would of hoped either. I dont normally write reviews but after working a 12 hr shift I was Very dissapointed!!!

Asked for nachos with chicken. Got home to see there was no chicken and it looks like there's a cheese and salsa shortage in Dundee? Or it might not even exist. Cheers kids crying now.

people were nice everyone’s food was good except from mine i got cheesy nachos where was the cheese seriously?

sometimes you get what you ask for and sometimes you dont, you can pay for extra toppings but dont get them

Meatballs were not hot. Friendly staff changed them twice but still not properly heated so they were refunded. Shame because I love Subway but this was disappointing. The sub purchased at the same time was faultless.

Well subway is what it is... Friendly staff, food that's made up of all sorts of chemicals, friendly staff, genetically modified vegetables, did I say friendly staff.....

Typical Subway, but in a good way. Nice staff, clean and tidy. Food was hot and served quickly and we'd certainly go back Plenty of parking too

It was a quick tasty lunch with my teenage grandaughter. Service good, distancing set out well and tables being cleaned after each use. Will go back

Good value for money and easy parking

Compare to other Subway in Dundee that is so difficult to describe. Messy, everything mixed with everything. So you can get a cheese with ham even you don't want ham 😑 Staff ia paying their phones rather service the customers. The customer has to ask for an attention to be served. They look like they work as a punishment

Subway is subway, but If you have any expectations of customer service I would avoid this branch. Treading on egg shells whilst trying to place an order, it's like the staff hate their jobs and their customers 😂 absolutely painful on multiple occasions.

Location is not great but it isn't too bad inside and my food was okay.

A visit to subway happy hillock road. I’m glad there’s a happy in their address as after getting my salad box it certainly wasn’t in my vocabulary. The first thing that sprung to mind was half a portion not much salad and the chicken Terriakki was mostly sauce some photos in which it looks lots more than it is but only half a carton full I know inflation goes up but£4-19 for a bit of lettuce and sauce seems a bit much and as for the guy serving he never even let me finish asking for any more vegetables in the salad. Seemed like he couldn’t be bothered being there. 2 out of 10 for customer care

Clean premise very professional and friendly staff food ingredients were fresh and spot on. Recommend upgrading toilets as toilet facilities aren't up to scratch with the rest of the premises. It was clean and tidy as it should be it just let's the establishment down for its look my only issue. Still 5 stars for everything else

Very poor service. No manners what so ever. Asked for no sweet corn on both but it was added to both. Place was clean but won't be returning.

Subway does subway. The sandwiches are tasty. The staff could be a bit more enthusiastic.

When I was there it was very busy and staff where struggling a bit to cope, I have used this one a few times as my daughter likes it, it's convenient and if it's not busy you can usually get parked.

Me encanta la frescura de la comida Subway y las nuevas incorporaciones a su menú. Mi hija probó un pie de largo por primera vez, lo que hizo que mi sub de 6 pulgadas se viera pequeña. Sin embargo, ambos sabían muy bien y también estaban llenos de ensalada. El personal es siempre amable y servicial. Buena comida y buena relación calidad-precio.

This is probably my favourite fast food place. The service is great. You can see the fresh food and your order being prepared. In terms of healthy eating it can be a good option - particularly for kids who get to build their own sandwich. Great food, service and prices.
