Missing dish in the order, when asked about it to the resturent. Customer service was very rude. They don't own up to there mistake, instead was rude.

The garlic nan bread was not good at all it never had garlic on it,waste of money

The nachos are inedible as the plastic box has melted to all the cheese, lumps of plastic peeling off with the cheese. Horrible. You should put these in a tin container! I got ketchup as the “sauce” for the nachos!? I assumed it’d be some sort of salsa. Chicken was nice though.

Once again notes not implemented, not even an option for plain sauce so I pay extra for with chips yet they gave me the sauce but the wrong sauce without chips , that’s twice now , not good enough

Food was lovely but waited nearly 2.5 hours for delivery.

ordered the chicken Tikka garlic, the tub was swimming with oil, it was cold, the marinade was thick and wet like it was undercooked. the chicken samosas were fine.

I ordered few days ago and everything was okay. My first impression made me ordered again. But I must say, my second wasn’t great enough…There was a whole bunch of doner in the burger, too much onions, no cheese and just little sauce on it, that I couldn’t even get to enjoy the main burger, I had to throw some of in the bin as it was too much unnecessary doner in a beef burger. As well as the bbq pizza, it was not made well. Probably won’t order again.

food was good but they did not send the drink I ordered

Very disappointed. Missing items. Expected sauce to be separate from chips but was all mixed together. Soggy, mushy, inedible mess. Chicken goujons and pizza were nice but definitely not much to say about the rest.

Fantastic service from start to finish

First half of order arrived 1.5 hours after initial order time to be told from delivery driver that the other half of the order was missing…told this would take 20 mins to resolve….another hour later the rest of the order arrived and the driver again tried to charge me even though I had paid first delivery driver…after a conversation with the restaurant it was decided I would not be re-charged and I was given the rest of the order….both pizzas by this point were cold ….extremely disappointed

Chips cheese stuck to box , kebab good naan good but wrong order on sauce , sent it back out which was nice but took an hour , pity normally spot on here

nachos obviously had been left in microwave way to long , therefore extremely chewy and inedible, I swear someone must have sat on the bag of chips, they where so squashed

disgusting pizza with a spicy curry like base sauce. not sliced properly so filling fault off as attempted to take a slice. strict order instructions about no sweetcorn were completely ignored. chips and cheese was stone cold with barely a hint of cheese. stay clear folks and save your money. totally appalling .

Wasn’t the best tonight usually pretty good but chicken tikka and pakoras were very dry and overcooked also alittle burnt chicken tikka had been microwaved a couple times can definitely tell

£70+ order, all correct, on time and all happy with the food. Can't ask for more

Ordered a pizza and it was hardly a pizza! The pizza had puffed pieces that had only dough would have been better off getting a pizza with only the dough. Delivery was on time and we also got a donner wrap and it was alright just extremely dry.

The food was tasty apart from the tikka sauce, it was quite bland.

No tin of juice with order, but first issue I've had. They are a great takeaway

Usually love food from here! Walked to collect the order to be told when go there would be another 30 mins! Pizza was freezing cold and my 3 year old could cut it better! Chips were lukewarm warm and soggy! And the kebab meat was hot at some bits and freezing in others! So disappointed

Disappointed that they provide rice instead of chips which was requested for one of the meals but other than that it was excellent

The calzone & chips & cheese were fine. The pizzas were both over cooked. The donner pizza was solid & only able to eat a couple of slices. Not the usual quality.
