Had breakfast here a couple of times last week whilst visiting and also had tea one night. Food is great, prices are competitive, portion sizes wonderful and the helpful staff outstanding.
Thankyou.
Used to love this place for lunch . Decided to go again about a month ago was very disappointed gone downhill badly.
One you now have to order at the counter instead of your order being taken at the table
Two The quality of food has gone down hill my husband had the breakfast stack it looked absolutely awful the sausages were barely cooked and as for the bacon we'll it was going a grey colour nearly turning bad my husband couldn't eat it he did point it out to the server but didn't seem interested just said I'll have a word with kitchen but to be honest it should never have been served like that and with that everything gone up in price which is understandable if the quality had been as good as before but definitely not. Definitely will not be back again
Got SHOVED and told to “F OFF all because I questioned whether a male bouncer should be in female toilets shouting at girls by himself. Bouncer did not to take that well and this is what I got for questioning it. Bouncers are meant to make you feel safe not intimidated and certainly not shoved as you walk out of a place. DO NOT go to this place. Get ready to feel on edge and uncomfortable from the get go
Me and my partner went for dinner in Coast. The restaurant was really dark inside with only some tables having lights directed to them. We had to order at the bar and pay at the point of ordering, which has never been the case previously. Our food came out very quickly, however only 1 dish was correct. I had to get up to flag down a waiter to inform them that they had given us one incorrect main, side and dip. This left my partner eating his meal before I was served mine. The waiter said sorry but as we had paid before there was nothing else really to be done. I got the peppered chicken pasta and the slices of chicken were like that from a packet you would buy for sandwiches but just heated up in a sauce. Overall it was really poor and disappointing.
I am posting this on behalf of my wife. She visited The Sandwich Crew, Castle Court, Belfast on Thursday 29th May at 10:45am. The female staff member was on her phone constantly and told me that none of the pancake options were available except the 'syrup and sizzle', she then sighed when I informed her that’d be great and I’ll take that. She grabbed a handful of bacon from the deli section and heat it up somehow and served it. The pancakes were black around the edges and burned and inedible, the same goes for the bacon. A waste of my money which I don’t get to spend on myself often.

Visit today I have very good experience with this Burger King store fresh and quick food welcoming staff specially manager Chloe and Dylan, tony they provide good services.
highly recommended.
Been eating here for years, but it has gone downhill. I got chips, peas, gravy, and sausages; they came and were lukewarm. No real taste from the food, and the gravy was black. I wouldn't recommend it at the moment.

Cold coffee and unfriendly staff. This place has the potential to be so good because of the location but won't be back. Lacks atmosphere and good customer service.
Went in today sat down a older lady with blonde hair approached us and said if we weren’t ordering ‘he’ wouldn’t allow us there, I asked her to give me a minute and she walked away, so unprofessional!!! I was expecting a menu, so bad customer service from a local cafe that’s been in our town so many years, I will be posting this all around social media I was so embarrassed in front of my son and the other customers
This cafe used to be dog friendly but not anymore unless they’re happy to lie on a dirty, hard, cold floor. My little dog (which is non casting!) likes to sleep either on my lap or on a blanket which TOTALLY covers the seat which I always wipe before leaving!) that’s no longer allowed despite having been ok for the last 3 years! I saw a disabled lady with a tiny dog on her lap, inside her coat being told to put it on the floor - just ridiculous! We’ve been in cafe Nero across NI, Scotland, England and Wales and 99% of time there is no issue with regard to our dog. Either this cafe’s policy is dog friendly or it isn’t - there are numerous other cafes for those who will just complain about anything to go, get a life!
