Arrived at 7pm for food drive through closed got out of car to go inside and the door is locked too what sort of service is it when it says open to 8pm and they are closed at 7pm!!

Very nice coffee and treat with my friend in jamm Richmond centre yesterday. Loretta is a standout staff member. Very welcoming and made us feel like nothing was any bother. The blonde girl on the till was also very welcoming to us. The staff definitely make the difference in this cafe. Makes a pleasant change to see people happy in their work.

Meal for three was ok but the prices have gone up dramatically since I was last there. £23 for chilli beef pitta plus £5 for garlic fries makes it quite an expensive option and competing against some good restaurants in this area. My son did not enjoy his burger at all. Small, tough and not very tasty as well as being overpriced. Service was good and the atmosphere was good.

Got SHOVED and told to “F OFF all because I questioned whether a male bouncer should be in female toilets shouting at girls by himself. Bouncer did not to take that well and this is what I got for questioning it. Bouncers are meant to make you feel safe not intimidated and certainly not shoved as you walk out of a place. DO NOT go to this place. Get ready to feel on edge and uncomfortable from the get go

Worst takeaway and service ever experienced would rather eat seasoned cardboard

Is this place still open? Drove round last night and last weekend but closed both times.

My sons favourite place to eat out off at the minute, it's expensive, but top class food, good fillings on the lovely bread, friendly staff, we go has a treat my son would go every day if he got the chance.

Only one problem was not all of our order was delivered so the driver had to come back out. Apart from that it was good.

Lovely place for day out with children, fantastic park and great wee spot for splashing about in the water.

Lots of girls in that 5 year formal on the 8th deserves an apology from the staff and owner rudeness to them. And they know who this is about themselfs. Disgusting

Awful food got mixed kebab out of 99% Donar 2 pieces of chicken house sauce watered down. Staff rude and unhelpful wouldn't recommend it waste of money.
