Good food at reasonable prices, friendly staff. Comfortable seating and all shops nearby what more would you want??

Called in today 20th Feb 24. Food was excellent and staff very friendly and efficient. Good atmosphere too. Always return here for lunch any time we are in Derry City.

Its been a while since I was in the Richmond Centre, have to say I was pleased to see it quite busy, definitely a lot more life in the shops than I remember. As for Jamm, what can I say, it's a very fresh looking clean restaurant, the staff I met were very helpful and the variety of foods, both hot and cold that were on offer was amazing, esp as it was late on Friday afternoon. Definitely on the return list. Thanks.....

Friendly spot to call into after uni today, staff very pleasant, had toasted panini, soup, crisps and drink. Reasonably priced and great service for such a busy spot. Will definitely visit again now I'm in Derry city more .

I would expect a toastie to be closed with cheese melted and able to eat it without it falling apart. I had to use a knife and fork

I really fancied some apple pie to take away and popped in as Jamm was getting ready to close. The staff were really friendly and there was no rush to get me out. The restaurant was spotless and all staff very polite.

Great little cafe with plenty of choices for hot and cold food. Reasonably priced and polite friendly staff. Always a go to place for us when we visit Derry.

Went here with my dad, whilst on holiday.. Lovely food, good price and value for money. Plenty to choose from. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend for an afternoon lunch.

Visited Jamm with my Dad and daughter. All had freshly made wraps and had tea or soda. FAST service which they bring to your table. Friendly staff. Oh and CLEAN! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED when in Derry City Centre doing some shopping.

Reasonably priced but the food just reminds me of school canteen food. Lots of seating and selection though, with ice cream also available.

Cracking carvery with lovely staff. Got there just as they were stopping serving and they were kind enough to squeeze me in.

Philip's customer service ia excellent His attitude towards his work and customer satisfaction goes above and beyond. The service my daughter and I received today was outstanding. Philip is an assett to Jamms and I cannot speak.highly enough at the attention and lengths he went today.

Simply fabulous place to eat and drink, I can't find a single thing to fault this wonderful place, highly recommended with First class food and first class staff, Thak you all at jamm for making our holiday to Derry extra special 👍

We just stopped to get a quick bite for the kids. Very convenient having so many options at one single place. We got some cakes and coffee and took short break while dining in. For a tourist like us, there was a massive map on one of the walls showing all the important tourist locations which was kind of handy. The hot chocolate we got was the largest quantity that I've ever seen..

Walked from newtownbreda to gt Victoria st station (4 miles) then train to Derry/ l Derry just to get the jamm carvery. Lucky we both have our bus passes.Staff were extremely friendly & helped us get a table. The food was amazing as always. Turkey ham roast beef potatoes & peas smothered in the most delicious gravy & nearly forgot the stuffing. Returned home by the same method. A round trip of 9 hours & worth every minute. Hopefully back soon. Thank you jamm

Lovely food. Lovely staff. We had an issue with a sausage roll, (it was brick hard), and this was replaced straight away. You always know a good place by the way the staff deal with a complaint. Definitely recommend.

Great food, Great Service....exactly what it says on the tin, lol.

On entering there was hand sanitizer and the queue kept moving at a steady pace. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The lady behind the counter told my husband to go and get a seat as some people were taking them before they were served. After l placed my order she told me to pay and go and sit down and she would bring it over for me. I thought this was great as my husband has had a stroke and l have trouble walking. The staff were more than helpful. The food was reasonably priced and the place was very clean. Would definitely recommend it .

Excellent service, absolutely smashing staff (especially Denise who always remembers I'm a coeliac and has gluten free gravy for me, or gluten free toast if I'm having a brekkie. They always have an amazing selection of food, brekkie, cake, ice cream, salad, sandwiches and baked potato. It's super reasonably priced, the coffee is lush too! Did I mention they sometimes have gluten free cake in?? They remember their returning customers, bring your food to you and make every visit feel special. Definitely feel like a valued customer and highly recommend for any time of the day!

I was in jamm on Friday night I got chip sausage and egg it was the worse plate of chips I ever got few nice chip's at the top then it was all hard end's underneath put me off ever going in there again

Best thing about jamm is the friendly reception from the staff. I'm often in with small children for a wee break from shopping. The staff always have a chat with the kids and are always at hand to assist with carrying trays or getting seated.

I visited Jamm today and had coffee and a bun in a cafe for the first time in over a year. It did not dissappoint. The coffee was excellent, even the Danish was beautifully presented and the staff were friendly, professional and so helpful. A great experience. Thank you.

To be honest , food was coldish, and a wee bit unimaginative (peas and gravy over Turkey and Ham dinner ). Although thick cut Turkey and ham was nice.

Very good place for food and good healthy servings and plenty of choice, would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone

The food was good but the bed and breakfast aspect of this business is sorely wanting. Their "beds" consist of what appears to be just cafe furniture and all the guests have to sleep in the one large room which opens directly into the Richmond Centre main thoroughfare. B&B management kept waking me up during my stay, even though I had requested no wake up calls. No mint on pillows unsurprisingly.
