Great food and customer service.

Very tempting array of salad components, soup, sandwiches, cooked breakfasts, savoury pastries and sweet things. I like being able to choose healthy dishes and also indulgent ones at the same outlet, so will be seeking them out again in future.

Good food but bit overpriced. £10.85 for a sausage roll, couscous, coleslaw and an americano

The blonde Ukranian woman who served me was incredibly nice and polite and the food was sensational!

Angela and Sam were so friendly and helpful and the coffees they made were amazing! Food is great too would defo recommend

Poor experience. Staff unfriendly, couldn’t understand what they were saying, food was okay. Overpriced for what it was and was cooked to the point it burnt my mouth. Female member of staff at the till was extremely rude, spoke to her friends instead of serving me, let them cut the queue in front of me too. She got frustrated when I couldn’t make out what she was saying to me. Iced coffee was poor tasting too. For what looks like a classy established coffee bar, it lacks proper service. Won’t be back and will choose other cafes in the area like Starbucks or Cafe Nero who provide friendlier, professional and quicker service

Older woman who works here is extremely rude. Let her friends cut in front of me, barely spoke a lick of English, was rude to me when i had to keep asking her to repeat herself as I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Needs to learn her manners and how to have proper customer service. Food came so hot it burnt my mouth, iced coffee tasted poor. Won’t be back

Awful just AWFUL Service !!! (Saturday afternoon)Young ish small girl with hair tied back is the most rudest person!!!. All staff just standing talking to each other. Worst shop in Castle Court. Went to Costa and service and coffees for 6 people so much better. Sorry will never be back ever !!!

Food looked lovely but very disappointed with taste and quality.

I had a Pulled pork wrap.... More cheese than meat even though it was a "pulled pork wrap" 🤔. Also allergic to mushroom which was in the wrap and not noted anywhere. This and a diet coke cost over 11 quid. Rip off!!

Always come here with son when in town get sourdough sandwiches but girl was way too snappy and rude today,too exspensive to not b dealt with any manners,won,t b back!

This place looks enticing but the food is rather bland, with processed chicken. Price is slightly high given the quality of the food. However, it’s a good place for coffee and a snack.

I got coffee here today asked for a bkack American. Had the coffee a couple of minutes as I was waiting for food from another outlet .when I took the first drink I absolutely burned my mouth snd throat when I say it was scolding I mean scalding hot . I have now got blisters on the back of my throat snd gums . I am 54 and drinking coffee with no milk since i was 15 . I went back and said to the guy who served me the water was scolding hot . His reply was nothing I can do about it its a boiler . He had made the coffee and topped it up from the boiler as I was not taking milk . I am left with a very sore throat . So dangerous how hot this was i obviously could not drink the coffee 20 mind later it was still v hot . Very very dangerous .

Staff were absolutely lovely and the food was stunning! First time I have ate there and I will 100% be back!

Yummy caesar salad and good service

My partner and I were having food here and my partner found a large gravel stone in his food!!! I went to tell them and they basically didn’t believe us. I mean I would be wondering how that’s possible but it happened. Very dangerous if it had have been a child eating that food.

Are there no O'briens in Belfast anymore? Them & Delilites were the only decent sandwich shop in Belfast

You can choose what to have in your sandwich,no aul ready made up ones here and plenty of seats to eat it x

I like to go here for a wee cup of hot chocolate but I seem to think that it is more expensive.

I always looked forward to my Saturday mornings meeting up with friends and having tea and sandwiches at o'Briens. Sadly we are disappointed to find they are now serving tea in cardboard cups sandwich's on paper plates and cutlery is plastic .Sorry but we won't be back .

I am a regular customer with yourselves especially the one in Rushmere. I ate at your castle court service today and was very disappointed. The food which should have been warm was cold and the service from a female member of staff was very poor. Won't be back .

Food is ok but sitting in a huge dirty noisy food court isn't a great way to start the day. Some lovely reasonably priced local cafes nearby that are far nicer.

food was up to O'Briends usual great standard. unfortunately Castle court dinning area wasn't. Trying to find a clean table was a bit of a task. I wouldnt recommend eating there...

Nice coffee and food, busy shopping center location with parking and wc facilities on site. Convenient to city Hall.
