Very nice coffee and pleasant staff

Sadly they don't offer what's on their menu anymore, only premade sandwiches, can't even get a toasted bagel. Disappointing.

Ordered a delivery and the delivery has constantly keep updating the delivery time longer and longer shouldn't be accepting orders through just eat if you can't get the drivers or whatever the issue is very disappointing had to cancel the order as I wasn't waiting any longer and of course took the money for the order

Great service and friendly staff. The coffee shop is in a great, central location and is nicely decorated. The coffee itself is decent and there is a decent amount of food options such as soup, bakes and baps.

Very friendly staff, warmly welcomed on entry . Hot chocolate is out of this world easily the best in Belfast. Chinaware is exquisite and crisps selection is superb. Cappuccino isn't bad but would definitely recommend HC. Felt obliged to leave a tip!

A lovely little cafe for coffee and cake. The staff were friendly the cafe was empty when we arrived. The seats were comfortable.

Nipped in just to grab some baked treats to take over to a friends. The cinnamon swirls needed to be left a review. They were fantastic! The ladies working were friendly and boxed up our goods. Will definitely be back!

Great coffee and nice atmosphere, but please, for the love of God, vegetarian or vegan options are absolutely lacking, even if it's just one. It's 2023, man.

I ordered a toastie and an uncooked ciabatta arrived, the cheese wasn’t even melted on it. The coffee was lovely though!

Coffee was lovely, ordered a couple of things, it included the sausage and I could see that the girl did not listen to my order well, and I had to ask her again, when she gave me my order I could see that there was another table, they had served the plate with salad and additional potatoes and on my plate there was only the sausage... my question is why they put more things on the other person than on my plate??? Bad ….:: they have to serve the same to everyone equally. The 2 girls wore glasses but I couldn't see their names, because they weren't wearing them..

Lovely friendly staff serving decent coffee (as well as teas, chocolate, smoothies and shakes) and some excellent pastries. Both indoor and outdoor seating available with easy access to Belfast's Victoria Shopping Centre. The ample seating inside is generously spaced with plenty of room between tables. Seating was comfortable enough to stay a while. When there, whenever a queue formed it was short and moved quickly.

Website said open at 8. Lady eventually came out and said open at half past 8. Still not open at 8:40 despite people queued up outside

Coffee is fine and pastries are OK. Price is reasonable enough.

Just found this place right before i left the country and wish I had of sooner! It is so much better than Costa and Cafe Nero - You get a good sized cup for what you pay for. I got hot chocolate and it came in a big mug how it should be, not in a glass unlike Costa/Cafe Nero. Plus it's cheaper than both of these places I think. Prices are decent, tray bakes are fresh, staff are friendly and atmosphere is pleasant.

Love this place! My boyfriend & I always come here when we visit Belfast (we’re from Dublin). The ham & cheese croissants are delicious and their brownies are gorgeous 🤤😍 The staff are the nicest ever - visited here on 21/12 & 22/12 & the girl with the cute space buns deserves a raise, she’s lovely 🥰

Nice coffee shop - service very quick and the coffee and croissant were excellent.

Food & drink are fine, but the staff are a wonder to behold. I sat for half an hour watching the 4 staff and not once did any of them smile. Their faces were blank. Even when I handed dirty dishes back to them there was no smile & certainly no ‘Thank you’. I have never seen such lifeless staff. Are Ground employing robots?
