Wait times are sometimes 4×longer why lie?? Does each witherspoon get bonuses for fastest wait times? Because everytime i go here it's at least double wait time.

Decent spoons with some good beer, tables could do with cleaning more often.

Worst food I have encountered in any off the spoons I have visited Tables dirty / floor unclean - bar service sporadic and no order of service- but the worst thing was the food and its presentation it’s was awful

Nice Spoons, great selection of beer, usual menu and good price for city centre drinks. I did Complain about the dirty brown build up on the tables, sticky and horrible. I tried to clean it myself by scraping it off, was told it was a reaction between the polish and varnish!! As I was waiting near the bar I overhead the duty manager slagging me off for complaining. Rude! Strangely the next day the tables were clean!

Having travelled the length and breadth of the UK and enjoyed many a meal and drink in Wetherspoons this Wetherspoon is absolutely dreadful- the food (which I tried 2 days in a row) was disgusting on both occasions the first meal was chicken melt x 2 ( myself and wife) both cold with 10 chips and dry hard chicken then that evening a pizza with chips and onion rings which was cold and soggy- today we had a ultimate beef BQ burger with chips which was again poor and my partner order chicken bites basket and got boneless basket with spicy rice and 6 dried up onion rings - pointless saying anything to the bar staff or waiters because they could not understand our accent and the place was busy with some unsavoury characters ! It won’t stop me using the Wetherspoon were we live because it’s a world apart from this hobble

Wasn't a fan unfortunately, a lot of the items on the menu were not available. Found staff unhelpful and didn't seem to know much about the menu and whether we could make amendments to things for our son who is a fussy eater.

Ordered breakfast at 1026 on Saturday morning only for it to arrive at 1210hrs. No excuse.

Seriously disappointed. We came into town for the spring beer festival. None of the advertised drinks were available. We asked about the beer festival and were given a generic beer list, we were told the festival beers were available on the app, they weren't. False advertising at its mist basic. No doubt our opinion is valued but not enough to warrant an accurate menu

OK food, staff nice enough, fast service, relatively busy thurs afternoon

Service and atmosphere was good, but the food was not. Ordered a pasta alfredo and it just looks like they reheated a day old pasta and served.

Went for a steak offer, which I'd had in Logie Bairds in Helensburgh recently. Didnt think this was as good, but reasonable value

It was easy to order, but it took more than an hour for food to be served. Quite inconvenient for a traveller like myself. Perhaps a good hangout location for the locals.

Waited over 75 minutes for breakfast and asked twice when we would get it. When it arrived it was dried up. We were advised it had been waiting to be brought out. The staff apologised for the wait but this didn't help as the food was so bad. When we ordered, at the bar, we weren't advised how long we would have to wait. Had we been advised we would have just had a drink and gone elsewhere for a decent breakfast and not waste so much time waiting. Absolutely avoid having food in here even if the wait is short.

My partner and I arrived in Wetherspoons and ordered food at 5:37 on a Saturday, very aware of how busy it was. We ordered two baskets of chicken bites and a plate of chips, as well as two pitchers. The pitchers arrived within ten minutes. After waiting 40 minutes for our food, we asked a member of staff who said it was an hour wait for food. That’s fine, so we wait some more. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting, I go to the bar to ask about our food. They don’t have our order, it’s not on their system, we’re told it could’ve been delivered to the wrong table. We’re offered a refund or to have our food remade and ask for it to be remade as we want the food we paid for. She said it was now a 15 minute wait for food. 25 minutes later our food arrived and I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and explained that it took over two hours for us to get our food. The manager that comes to our table proceeds to argue with us about how busy they’ve been despite explaining that it had been over a two hour wait for some chicken and chips, that they had delivered our order to the wrong table and we had to ask for it to be remade. He continued to argue with us saying that they had been busy all day and more people were still coming in- I said that there were empty tables now because it was no longer as busy as when we had arrived two hours earlier and that they had lost our order. He shrugged and said all he could do was apologise. They rest of the staff we spoke to were lovely and understanding, even customers beside us were angry on our behalf- the manager we spoke to was dismissive, argumentative and rude. We were offered no compensation, not even a free drink. The food and drinks were nice despite everything else.

Called in on Monday morning for a cooked breakfast. Food was cold and soda bread and potato bread was hard. I ate the toast as i was starving. Absolutely horrific not only was it the worst weatherspoons i have ever had i would go as far as to say it was the worst cooked breakfast i have ever had and i'm now mid forties. Service was slow as i had to wait 8 minutes to get my order taken.

It's a spoons, so cheap and cheerful. Service was fast and served with a smile. I had scrambled eggs, it's said three eggs, only two , I think. Liz had the vegan breakfast, which was ok, could have been warmer. Unlimited tea, which was lovely. Great value for the money

Classic spoons. Busy busy busy. Good service considering. Husband had the Korean bowl with chips, I had the chicken strips, mash and peppercorn sauce, with a few drinks of course, because you know its spoons. Be rude not to.

Love a good Wetherspoons but tonight was a disappointment. Our two meals comprised an American burger with cheese and a Chicken Tikka Masala. Unfortunately received burger and bun cremated beyond anything close to satisfactory. Curry was fine but missing the poppadom and chutney. Worst was it took going through 4 pairs of cutlery before we found any even approaching clean. Pretty poor compared to other Wetherspoons around the UK.

We went here for breakfast after spending a night in a hotel. Breakfast was a long wait even though they weren't busy. We waited around half an hour, the coffee machine was playing up and we asked for children's cutlery but they don't provide this which is unusual for Wetherspoons. The food itself was good value and we did enjoy the meal.

Well I'm shocked. The absolute worse breakfast i have ever eaten. I waited an hour for a fry breakfast that I could have gotten in a petrol station.

if you want hand pump case beer for £2 a pint, this is the only place in Belfast

Very large, you choose the table, decide what to eat and go to the counter to order.. quick and efficient 😊 excellent prices

He tenido un par de desayunos aquí recientemente, personal desinteresado y en su mayoría grosero y me sorprendió lo rápido que la comida apareció en la mesa, así que todo prefabricado y dejado en un Bain Marie. Salchichas duras, medio tocino crudo, papa empapada y pan de soda. Los viernes fue el último, acabo de pasar las últimas 24 horas en la cama con el peor caso de intoxicación alimentaria que he experimentado. Creo que deberías haber revisado la higiene.

Fancy a Wetherspoons while in Belfast? Well, you'll have to come here then, because this is famously the only Spoons in Belfast! We decided to come here for our first night in Belfast as we wanted a cheap, reliable meal. The service was incredibly quick. I took advantage of Curry Club Thursday, enjoying a very tasty korma. Great atmosphere too with the football playing - a few Liverpool fans in the building!

Disgusting spot, rats and rat poop all over the toilets. Management are aware and don’t care. Alice and Shannon were particularly belligerent in any dealings with them. Absolutely appalling for somewhere that serves food and drink. Poor show and poor management, whole place needs a complete clean out from the floors to management. Complete disgrace, avoid at all costs!!

Avoid this place if you're in a hurry. There was a long queue to order food, so we used their online app—only to find out the minimum wait time was 30 minutes. Even then, we didn’t receive the correct order. The food was disappointing; egg shells were all over the eggs, and the yolk had fallen out of the white. It was poorly presented and not impressive at all.

It's a Weatherspoons you get what you get, nothing more to say. Cheap food and beer

The Bridge House was a great Wetherspoon pub my twin brother and I dropped into on three occasions over our four day break in this vibrant city. A quite impressive looking Wetherspoon pub ,interior is superb, typical Wetherspoon decor and furnishings, photo's and old Belfast adorning the walls and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub, its just a really good Wetherspoon pub to unwind in. On our visits this pub was always busy with a great atmosphere, staff were on top of their game ,meals served were typical Wetherspoon favourites, burger meals and pizza meals which where delicious,ales and beers spot on and tea and coffee options really good, loved all our visits here, can't wait to go again next time we're in Belfast, hopefully very soon. The Bridge House is easy to locate along Bedford Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 8am till midnight. Friday & Saturday, 8am till 1am. Sunday, 8am till midnight. Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a holiday to Belfast.

It's like Disneyland but instead of Mickey mouse and rollercoasters ,you get cheap alcohol and good food , best spot

I have pizza in loads of different Wetherspoons. All very good. But Belfast definitely wins the crown for best pizza. This was epic!! Thank you Bridge House Belfast

Worst wetherspoon I've been to. Burger with chicken - old dried chicken breast, so hard at one end that it was translucent. Possibly left for a day or two and microwaved. Chips opaque and tasting of old oil. Haloumi fries, black, dried, possibly cooked twice or even more. Avoid.

My first JDW outside the UK main land. Really spacious, nice and cozy place. The Vegan January saved us not because we are vegan but because we are vegetarian. Nice vegetarian options and as usual nice drink selections. The cost compared to London was nothing! Service was good so were the staff. Surely recommend if you in Belfast.

Popped in for breakfast with my partner and the daughter the food took over an hour to arrive and was stone cold with no interest from the server about complaints. Will not be back.

Ordered pasta and taken over 90 mins to come. Pub is not busy at all. Could of gone in the kitchen and done it myself, it’s only going in the microwave. Absolutely starving and no food in sight, wasting away and will probably starve to death in here. Will not be coming back 👎🏻

Tell me why some microwaved pasta takes nearly 2 hours to come. It doesn’t take a genius to navigate their way round a kitchen and when pasta was ordered at 11:31am, I didn’t expect to be still sat here at 1:25 without any sight of the pasta. Will not be coming back, would not recommend to anyone. Good riddance.

came just for what we wanted to be a quick breakfast, food took an hour and a half to come just for small breakfast, which then most of it was cold, bacon was burnt, staff had an attitude when asking where our food was. Wasn’t given a fork for my food and then waited an extra 20 mins to get a fork. Don’t recommend.

Very good food, good priced beer and a great atmosphere!

Ordered breakfast but there was no vegetarian option available, so we ordered 2 Ulster fries. We waited for the food to be delivered but the staff member had written down the wrong table number so the food was not warm when it finally arrived. The soda bread was so overcooked that you could have used it to build a house. The egg was solid and overcooked. The staff member who served us did not smile and looked as if she did not want to be there. I will never eat there again. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Ordered drinks to table via app, inputted number of vacant table beside us, after 30 minutes without drinks we asked a member of staff, who refused to bring us our non-alcoholic drinks, despite already having paid. We're unavailable when I later contacted for a refund. Shocking Service

Busy great price efficient friendly staff

Exactly what you'd expect of a Wetherspoons. The drink is cheap, so it attracts all sorts; and standing outside for a smoke is a risk on how someone will treat you when they're that drunk. It's incredibly loud when it gets busy so if you're just looking for a place to have a few drinks and a conversation, there are better options but this has the benefit of being among the cheapest there is.

It was quite busy in the early evening when I visited and the bar staff did seem to be struggling to keep up, but service of the food was fast and portion sizes good. There is some more seating upstairs, along with the toilets, which was much quieter so it’s worth checking that out if you’re not wanting to stand with a drink. A decent enough example of the chain and no doubt I’ll be returning soon.

The food was good and value for money, the service was slow, in fairness the place was full, staff were good.

I went to spoons for a nice drink with friends and discovered dirt within my drink, I requested a new one and was gladly granted it. When I discovered dirt in my second drink I went up and asked to swap to a different drink only to be met with attitude from the manager, I had other staff back me up which shouldn’t have been necessary as the drinks weren’t touched. I just find the manager was really rude and could’ve handled it better instead of delivering attitude without even investigating herself. Other staff was amazing and even tried showing me the drink was brand new. We discovered that the lemonade tap was in fact not cleaned correctly as it was only my drink that included lemonade that had gotten dirty.

Only 2 of us at the bar, barman spoke to me, I gestured to an old man. They served him first and then served another guy before me! When he did serve me, I asked why he didn't serve me before the other guy? "I didn't see you", I spoke to you I said. Asked to speak to the supervisor/ manager. They came over, told him what happened. Said bar staff go up and down bar. I replied there were only 2 of us at the time and I spoke to him. 'Manager' said you shouldn't shout at my staff, I told him i didn't. To be fair, the barman agreed I didn't shout at him. Mentioned in general staff here are terrible at serving people in order. His reply is that you do not have to drink here. At this point, my pint was in front of me... Do Wetherspoons spend any time training their staff in good customer service??

While in Belfast in November I visited this bar for food. Staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. The menu had something for everyone and was reasonably priced. Food itself was alright.

went with friends on friday, intended to order christmas dinner but, not working but did not say until we had inputted the order and tried to pay. had to que to put food order in and were told it would be 1/2 hour, no problem with this . after 1 1/2 hours we still had received food, manager set us up a pint and assured us food would be asap. food arrivedfreezing cold. I ordered. burger Nd chips , stone cold, i sent mime back and got refund. don’t expect much from wetherspoons but place was packed, no excuse for not having enough staff or providing a poor food services. very disappointed

Possibly worst food ever! Eaten in many Wetherspoons in the past this was not the best definitely the worst! Food was stone cold had to return it to be heated up. Staff apologetic and came back to check it was hot enough! However everything was rock hard and unappetising. As far as staff and service no complaints but you can get far better elsewhere

Our go to bar for food and drinks if we have tickets for the nearby Limelight. Getting a table can sometimes be a wait, but if you can brave the elements, there's an outdoor area at the rear. Cheap(er) and cheerful with an ever-changing array of patrons make for an enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere.

Very good service. Usual weatherspoons. App is fantastic. Pints were as good as anywhere else.

Great place to go for a drink and some food if ever around Belfast. Can't beat the prices, wirh pleanty of options for food and drinks to chose from.

I am vegetarian they have a good selection for me .it's cheap and cheerful.

Staff let it down. Kitchen equipment had broken down so limited menu, that wasn't the issue. Was given a limited paper menu, then told no Panini's even though on the limited menu given. Staff member said he didn't know anything. Decided on 8" pizza which said came with free drinks for £6.04. Ordered two but was charged over £14. I said that's not correct as should be £12.08? He said drinks are discounted not the pizza, did I not understand!! No I didn't. Menu said £6.04 with drink!! He then said "we'll do you want it or not?". Not. Just left. Dire service.

Las comidas navideñas comenzaron hoy 13 de noviembre hasta Navidad. Fuimos esta noche que ambos pedimos la oferta de cena de Navidad de pavo que era tan decepcionante procesado de verduras asadas de pavo estaban fríos, salsa era acuoso muy mala relación calidad-precio. Definitivamente no sería recomendable.

Great place havent been in years

Dropping score from 4 stars to 2 stars, lately there have been cask pumps off, only 1 cask ale on today - however it was in great condition. Food quality has deteriorated, meat feast pizza had no chilli, rocket, thick doughy base and an all day brunch a few weeks ago was inedible with hard fried eggs. Maybe it's just too busy and the NI pubs are neglected by head office management.

Absolutely awful place. No one at bar but still takes 15mins to get served. Ask for their special offer and the bar person has no idea on what it is. Then says they have run out. Liars

We sat upstairs on hallowe’ens eve and we sat down and ordered food and drinks. We waited 30 mins for our order and they never came so we went down stairs and asked what was going and they said that the upstairs bar was closed so no orders were going up there. We were not told this nor aware of this so we then were treated as if we were making it up and it wasn’t solved for another 40 mins and then the food came cold. The man who gave us our drinks (eventually) was lovely but the 2 girls who was dealing with our food were snidey and weren’t helpful at all. The place wasn’t even busy at this point so no excuse for this poor service.

Sat upstairs for 30 minutes after ordering waiting for drinks and food and nobody had told us it was closed, even the waitress just stood there at the bar on her phone letting us sit and wait. Came downstairs the server said our food and drinks will be ready shortly. Came 15 minutes later with our drinks, another 15 minutes had passed and still no sign of our food so we asked a waitress who had no clue about anything and said ‘you’ll be fine’. Face on her like a smacked arse. Finally asked for the manager and the food came after a total waiting time of 1hr 10minutes for a portion of chips and chicken. COLD! Not even a sorry or a smile - anything! Waste of time coming here, It was so dead as well so no excuse for the bad service
