Long wait time to be served, service is very slow and those who are last in the queue are served first which doesn’t make much sense

Went to the perch today. Thoroughly disappointing experience. The service was the slowest I have seen in years. We waited over 40min for 3 cocktails and the Guinness. The person serving cocktails didn't know how to make them and had to look at the cocktail manual. Also most ingredients such as grey goose vodka or flavour vodka was out of stock. The Guinness was un drinkable had to be returned where had to then wait ages just for bottled beer. Won't be back and won't recommend.

Awful, came for bottomless brunch, staff didn't even know we had booked this and tried charging for our first drink. Food was cold, missing a dish, and tasteless. Had to queue at the bar for every drink, not ideal when you have a time limit and it takes 20+ minutes to get a drink. Witnessed a washing basket being used to transport ice, and it was FILTHY. No wine glasses at 4.30pm when you open at 4? Weird. Will not be back.

Avoid this place!! Effort has went into decor but that’s it. Service is terrible, attitude of staff stinks and most of them don’t even know what they have to offer. Disappointed.

Went to the perch for bottomless brunch the smell of sewage in this place is absolutely disgusting, the waitress was so so rude the food was disgusting and the drinks were just terrible. I most definitely will never go back!

The wait at the bar is an absolute joke, maybe with the prices that you charge you could get the correct amount of staff to deal with the customers promptly. I get it’s a rooftop bar but you literally can’t see anything other than brick walls, I may as well be in my granny’s house in the middle of a renovation having a few cocktails.

Cute decorated bar, with close and open rooftop. We were given a table at the bar and the counter was quite dirty/sticky, even after we ordered our drinks they were served on the dirty counter.. and unfortunately the music was so loud that I barely could understand the barkeeper although he was very nice. Wouldn't come back again but it's just my personal taste.

Horrendous not only was it extremely slow service by a bar tender who didn't appear to know what they were doing at one point confused measuring tonic water in a measure. When eventually seved whilst sitting at the bar we watch the bar tender washing all the dirty glasses under a cold water tap no detergent then putting them back out for use . We all left our drinks at this point and left. 🤢🤢

THEY DONT WASH THEIR GLASSES. Came in for 1 pint and sat at the bar. Proceeded to watch as they ran the glasses under a cold tap and left then to drip dry then serve new drinks in them. Gross. Save to say I didn't finish my drink and left

30 minutes later and still not served at the bar......I appreciate that the staff are making cocktails but I definitely wouldn't return. Unacceptable service,who wants to wait 30+ minutes for a drink on a night out? It's a no from me. Better service to be had elsewhere in Belfast

Waited at the bar for 30 minutes, takes them forever to make cocktails. The bartenders don’t even acknowledge you’re there and actively avoid eye contact. Have no concept of who’s been waiting. The place is nice and has good energy but have to come here with a lot of patience

Really disappointed, service was slow, staff were not that accommodating. Poor signage to the toilets, some confusion over which was male and female. Lift was terrible and actually broke down which was not that beneficial to anyone with disability. We won’t be back.

Reservamos esto hace meses para mi despedida de soltera. En la mesa de llegada no estaba listo a las 5 pm y estábamos sentados a las 5 . 30 . Nos dijeron que podía atender a grupos grandes (25 ). Sentado en mesas separadas con salida al balcón en el medio. Notificado un día antes de que la comida cambiara de pizza a tapas. Comida fría y porciones pequeñas. Mesero encantador y muy agradable aunque la comunicación de la dirección muy pobre. Trató de reorganizar las mesas y básicamente dijo que eso era todo lo que tenían. Bebidas y pertenencias levantadas de la mesa sin comunicación a los clientes, ya que finalmente se les dijo que tenían otra reserva a las 7 en todas las mesas en las que estábamos sentados. Ni siquiera salimos 2 horas completas en el brunch sin fondo. Nos dijeron que podíamos quedarnos en el momento de la reserva, este no era el caso, ya que no había asientos y fuera no había una opción estaba mojado y sucio. Dj fue bueno, aunque nos fuimos, ya que realmente no teníamos otra opción. Perdimos muchos ingresos de nuestro grupo. Muy decepcionado con quien experimenta,

Nice setting, really affordable price but slow service and nothing was available... They had a flyer for a special St Patrick's cocktail but didn't have what they needed to make it😅 margarita same fight anyway we settled on spritzes but it took forever. Damage

At the start it took a while to get started but understandably as they just opened and since then they were so accommodating, Benji making the best cocktails and drinks and gave us a discount because they were late and the pizza is beautiful and just overall beautifully lovely staff couldn't recommend more. Definitely coming back ❤️

I have never felt so more at home and so welcome with are server Archie! He is an absolute angel sent from above and this man deserves everything coming his way! Hope he has a wonderful and happy life and meets the man of his dreams!!! Love you Archie xxxx

Would give a minus rating if it was possible. 8.30pm on a Saturday, wasn't overly busy. Sat at the bar waiting to be served for nearly half an hour before we gave up and left. Bartender was so slow making a cocktail tree then took an order for a round of drinks from a group of girls who had just arrived (while multiple couples were sitting waiting for over 15 mins). Staff were just chatting and having fun behind the bar, ignoring customers waiting to be served. We saw 2 other couples similarly give up and leave. We went to Rita's downstairs which was busier but we were served (in order) within 5 mins and drinks were great there.

The service was an absolute joke. We sat at the bar for 25 mins waiting to order, the barman made one round of drinks in that time, then took an order from a girl that skipped everyone else but was flirting with him. The rest of the staff were joking around and chatting with each other. We left without getting a drink and weren't even nearly the first couple to do so. Awful service. Much better cocktail places within 50 meters of here.

I booked a table here last week via The Perch’s Instagram account. I asked to book a table for about 5-6 people for NYE and was told my booking was confirmed and someone would be in touch. It got to last night about 5pm and no one had gotten in touch about a deposit. I phoned them and the guy on the phone told me there was issues with their booking system but we still had a table. Not even 5 minutes later I received an email to be told our table was cancelled. I obviously phoned them straight away and was told by them that the guy I spoke to beforehand didn’t know what he was talking about and told me the wrong information. They told me a guy called Ryan would phone me but he never did. I phoned them back about 10mins later for the phone to be put down on me and had to ring again. They ended up getting us a table in Rita’s below the perch which was enjoyable. However I am appalled at the service of this place considering I booked a week in advance to just be told that our table was cancelled. Absolute disgrace and such a let down as we’ve been once before and it’s ruined a really nice place but clearly management isn’t great as I read a lot of bad reviews with table issues. This would also be very disappointing for someone who had booked this for a birthday etc just to be let down like that only for me phoning, we would’ve gone all the way there to not even have a table.

Was here last night for the bottomless brunch for a birthday and it was woeful. There was 13 of us and we where all squeezed against the wall, 4 ppl at a small table, (they clearly don’t have the space to host that many people together at 1 time) they claim there is 6 drinks included but after about the 3rd drink it took them forever to bring any other drinks we’d ordered. I ordered the cocktails and they tasted like flavoured water, was barely any alcohol in them if there even was any. A friend ordered a beer and it took over half an hr. From half 6 the waitress kept telling us we’d 5 minutes before she needed the table and we hadn’t even got the rest of our drinks yet. Would make more sense to have drinks sitting out pre-made and an ice bucket with beer and Prosecco already poured that way everyone gets the drinks they’ve actually paid for, complete rip off, we’d paid a deposit of £15 and they tried to over charge us, the only decent thing was the music and the pizza was nice. Wouldn’t say the bottomless brunch was worth £35.

The manager working last night I think his name was glen was unbelievable good to us. He made sure we were happy and that there was no issues the whole night. Also had great music. 10/10

A lovely little hidden away bar, we went in the evening and wasn’t too busy. The drinks were decently priced for a city bar, and the bouncers were really friendly! May be back to try there bottomless brunches.

Cocktails were very very poor, lack of experience were shown by the drinks. Defo won’t be back again so avoid at all cost.

Booked a table here as we were a group of over 10 and when we arrived there wasn't a table big enough for us. Then we had to wait 50 minutes to get an order for drinks in & then they took another half hour to be made. They were ok but not worth the wait. Didn't get the price of our deposit off the bar tab & when we complained on the night they gave us prosecco, which they ended up charging us for!! The toilets were also broken & there were no other working toilets in the building so we had to go to a hotel around the corner. Used to love this spot but would avoid like the plague now.

The most under staffed bar I have ever been in, prepare to spend 40-60mins at the bar. Theres was two people serving and about 4 people clearing tables. The manager or the host , whenever he was, was more interested in serving himself and his “friend” then helping the staff. We were there for a hens, we had booked a table which was not reserved/available when we arrived on time. We had to find / sort a table for ourselves all while the host danced around the place and took selfies. When we asked again if the table was ready he said “oh you seem fine where you are!” (we had 1 small table and high stools). To top things off - The toilets were located 1 level down and stinked of urine. I do not recommend! Go any where else and you will have a better time

Booked for a large group of 20 and honestly it was so dissappointing. The only thing that kept us there was the music! If we were not a large group that had pre paid for food and drinks we would have left. I can see in the past reviews that your lift has not been working for a while when taking bookings you should notify people of this. We had older group members who really struggled with what felt like 20 flights of stairs. When a group pre books tables should be set up ready for arrival or at least cleaned down. We pre ordered pizzas to share and asked for plates to be told use dont have plates. What??? We were offered cocktail napkins! We ordered bottled drinks for the table and the lids were left on and yea no bottle openers given. I understand it was a saturday but 2 people behind the bar was a joke! We waited for almost 30mins to be served and when we spoke to the bar tender and explained we had been waiting longer than others hes served he said he only serves people in front of him and doesnt work to the next person. Lastly you should have people monitoring the stairs and people should not be allowed there drinks on it. Spilled drink on the stairs and a member of our group slipped when leaving and hurt her knee.

*DISGRACED DOOR STAFF* Me and my friend were joining other friends that were already upstairs in the perch rooftop bar. As we had walked past the bouncers into the downstairs entrance we walked into 2 double doors behind a couple who had also just walked in infront of us, all 4 of us not knowing it was the wrong entrance. However as we came out to walk in the correct door along with the other couple the door staff had told me and my friend we had to leave as we were too drunk to know where we were going. However nothing was said to the other couple (that we were just following) and they went on ahead upstairs without a word said while I myself was being pushed in the back out the exit extremely confused as to why we had to leave and as I had told the door men to stop pushing me as I was walking out anyway as was my friend I was put in a headlock and trailed to the entrance like a dog. The door staff are an absolute disgrace like many but this is the first time I’ve been thrown out of any bar and what a way to have it done! I have requested CCTV and once I have it I will post on all social media. AVOID THIS PLACE

This place is terrible. We arrived on time and were kept waiting whilst the bar staff basically stared right through us. We were told that if we were over 10 mins late our booking would be cancelled yet it was absolutely fine for us to be late because of incompetent staff. The table was not ready, they took a party of 7 over to a table of 4 and had to make it up for us whilst we were waiting (after already waiting 15 mins at reception). No apologies of any sort. Do not go here. Much better places to go and much friendlier people to be around. Also the lift never works, kind of a sign to just skip this place.

Don't bother unless you want to wait an hour for a drink. Visited this place a few Saturday nights ago and was less than impressed with the service. Not enough people working on the bar and the staff that were couldn't get out of their own way. It's a shame because the setting is nice and the atmosphere is good!

First time here on last Friday evening. Lift was broken. Had to clear table of glasses and plates ourselves. Lots of tables needed cleared. Not sure if staffing issue. Had to move tables as the smell of damp coming from the cushions was overpowering.

Dead plants and plastic flowers. Bird poo everywhere outside from the pigeons. Customers smoking in confined outdoor space. Very disappointed from what could have been an amazing place. But my main takeaway was the poor customer experience from staff who could not care less.

I booked the perch 2 and a half months ago (2nd June) for Saturday 17th August as myself and 8 other girl friends were flying to Belfast from Birmingham for a 30th birthday. We paid a £15 deposit per person. We were running late so I called the perch to let them know and was told it was no problem. Upon arrival the ‘Manager’ said we were late to which I replied “I know, sorry, we did call to let you know and a member of staff said it was no problem” she responded with “I have no record” and walked off to speak to bar staff she then came back to say “your table is outside and it’s raining so we can’t accommodate you”. I was furious, I had booked the venue 2 months ago and because of the weather they couldn’t accommodate us!? Surely they should take the weather into consideration!? I asked about an empty table and she said “it’s reserved” to which I replied “we booked 2 months ago, shouldn’t our booking be put on an available table and you deal with bookings as and when in time order?” She walked off and sent a waitress back to take us somewhere else 😐😐 they took us to a bar next door which was quiet, dark and not very modern which for a 30th birthday wasn’t cutting it. I got a refund for our deposit but the point is the manager is awful, no managerial skills what so ever and to send a young waitress to deal with us is disgusting. I am a general manager in hospitality and quite frankly, if that was my bar she would be sacked. Instead, we had to walk in the rain to try to find somewhere to accommodate us, I felt awful for my friend whose birthday it was and it completely ruined our trip. Would never recommend the Perch to anybody

Not really what I expected for a 'rooftop' bar. Menu was extremely limited, generally felt unwelcome.

First time at this place for a boozy brunch and it was great. They don't open until 3pm and our booking was for 3pm. We didn't get seated till 3.10pm but the girl Paula adjusted the time at the end. Paula was so attentive, constantly over refilling our drinks. Food was Pizzas and they were lovely, tho a full pizza per person was hard to get thru. Great experience, highly recommend and I wud go back.

Had a fabulous experience this evening as a regular customer this is first time I have been served by Spencer . He was friendly and professional whilst dealing with a hygiene incident in the men’s toilets which my husband highlighted to him . He was a breathe of fresh air and explained every cocktail to me - a star !!

We were recommended this place by the folks in our hotel and it certainly delivered. Eden and Fiona looked after us all night, top class girls keep up the good work!

Actually left this place without buying a drink because to buy a drink you actually need someone to serve you. Worst "bar staff" I have encountered by a country mile. Only interested in serving people drinking frozen cocktails out of a machine. Just dreadful.

Staff members were all incredibly rude and I’m not sure they knew they were even working or existed. Waited 15 minutes to be sat (we had a reservation) and 15 minutes at the bar to order food just to be told the kitchen closed 1 minute ago ?? Contrary to the fact we had been told to order food 15 minutes prior at the bar and were not informed kitchen closed in 15 minutes by the unfathomably unenthusiastic waiters. All staff practically ignored us while trying to get any drinks and manager rolled her eyes at us multiple times to which I’m assuming was from me and my party simply existing. The lack of people skills from bar staff resembled drying paint. Would not recommend or return. I wish the bar staff a safe return to whatever planet they must have came from

Lovely place, very helpful and friendly staff, great atmosphere, delicious food and all areas very clean! Definitely one to visit during your tour of Belfast pubs!

First time in this venue and have to say we were very impressed with not only the variety of cocktails on the menu but also the fact that the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Considering that it was December and it is always a very busy time of year that did not affect the quality of the service we received. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Cool warehouse vibe bar in city centre - don’t be put off by the entrance - industrial and dark - the roof top bar accessed by lift or stairs will not disappoint. Staff very friendly, lively atmosphere. However the toilets had no toilet paper dispensers nor toilet roll - diy!! Also please clean the floor of bar!

Seems to have unfortunately gone downhill in recent times into an unruly mess when we visited, place wasn't cleaned, speakers failed to play the birdsong on the stairs which just summed up it's lack of character that once made it a nice spot.

Read the other reviews of this standard. It’s filthy. You’ll get a dirty glass. I watched bar staff take glasses from the dirty tray to load in the dishwasher and rinse them and use for cocktails. If short staffed it should not affect hygiene. Especially with the cost in the bar. If you’ve any sense you’ll avoid. I’ll never be back to any bar within the complex. They’re clearly all dirty. They may well have a good “5 stars” but it’s the consumer who really sees what happens!

Give this one a miss. Called in to have a drink before dinner and thought a rooftop bar would be a nice location. Sadly the Perch didn't hit the spot. Tacky decor & lighting, extremely loud music at 4/5pm, tables and menus were sticky and the place overall felt like it needed a deep clean. I didn't brave the toilets. The bar was also missing the ingredients for half the cocktails on the menu, so ordering was also a challenge. Stayed for one drink, out of politeness rather than desire, and got out of there. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Really nice drinks but terrible service! Male bartender was particularly unpleasant to us on all occasions, speaking to us like we were dirt there to specifically inconvenience him. Very disappointing as the decorations and atmosphere is good but very expensive for such poor service.

Don't know what's going on at this pub, or who is running it. I'm reluctant to have a go at the staff as working a Friday night before Xmas is probably hectic, but they were really really poor. Aggressive, rude, slow, perhaps they were understaffed for the level of service that was required, but being there for the first time, I definitely wouldn't recommend or go back

Visited for a drink on Friday 8 December. Yes, a busy night before Christmas. Bar staff levels were too low for the level of service needed. Bar staff were slow, dour, underlying aggressive in response to reasonable requests . Would not recommend to anyone and would not go back. Who is managing this place? Why can Google not allow a zero star review?

Don't often write negative reviews..but .....the lack of manners, professionalism and hospitality was embarrassing at this establishment. Baf staff were rude and disinterested. Definitely your party night out would be ruined if your objective was to purchase a drink. Management need to think about futurd employment of no bearded staff with attitude

Oh god… where do I begin? Arrived at 12.55 for a 1pm bottomless scrunch booking for my friends 30th. Waited at the lift for over 10 minutes. I went and spoke to a staff member who told me to “use the stairs”. (Anyone’s that’s been at The Perch knows it’s a bit of nightmare walking up so many flights of stairs to get to the top floor). We waited another minute at the lift for it to open and have staff members and a huge food heater in it, they also said “use the stairs”. Don’t know why you would move equipment around when the bar is open but anyway. We went to walk up the stairs, only to get half way up and find that there was stock blocking the way up, and for the staff member to tell us to use the lift. Absolute shambles. Arrived at our table at 13:20, after being in the building for 25 minutes. Had to step over boxes of Christmas decorations to get to our table. Waited a further 20 minutes to get our first drink, again shambles. Staff hadn’t a clue what was going, someone taking your order then not coming back with drinks, having to ask another staff member, who refused because “we’d already ordered”. Had to go to the bar to try and get served which was impossible, others were there complaining they couldn’t get served either. Staff walking past and blanking you was the norm. We were then told that we shoul stop asking for refills so often as “bottomless is NOT bottomless”…. Despite this not being said anywhere. Pizza was OK, frozen bases and dips were alright. Staff were really awful, which judging by the others reviews, is a common occurrence. Sad as this place used to be a favourite of mine!

Dreadful experience arrived late as traffic was mayhem Xmas light switch on in Belfast . We have a picture in the perch at 4.28 at the front desk waiting to be seated to have some stuck up Hostess speak to us like something she stepped on in the way into work.. Then carried on tell me I'm a liar we arrived later and 4.30 was r cut of this was at 4.34 and r table had been giving away already an no deposit would be giving bk. Do not recommend 😔😔now bk home In Bangor after a wasted journey not to mention the money wasted

‘Bottomless’ brunch. Limited to 6 drinks and took them that long to bring the drinks we only got 5. Waste of money. Even if you get 6 drinks x £5 + the £10 pizza, you only save £5.

Cold and an absolute nightmare to get up to.... ground floor bars with ceilings and heat are more my cup of tea

Customer service in this place is absolutely shocking, we had a reservation from 7:30-9:15 and didn’t get our first drink until after 8:20. I was waiting at the bar for over half and hour in total. I asked 2 of the bar men politely “can I get served when you have a chance please as I’ve been waiting here for over 20 minutes” and both of their responses were “what do you want me to do about it?” Both of them still continued to serve other people while ignoring me, another 10 minutes passed and I eventually had to go get someone else to go up and order the drinks because these lads would’ve ignored me all night. (One of them was ginger with glasses and the other had a buzz cut and a few tattoos).

Worst customer service ever. Staff don't even care about customers if they already have any bookings. We booked our table in advance and when we reached the service was pathetic. We booked for birthday celebration and it was just worst ever experience. We just walked away from the place without having anything from there. Wasted our booking amount. Terrible customer service, slow response, no accountability. Avoid to visit all costs. We booked the place , we thought it will be busy as it is showing open upto 12:00 , but it was closing 9:45, who close the bar at 9:45. It was my wife's birthday and I was so embarrsed Absolutel pathetic, In addition to the abysmal customer service, the bar closing timings were equally frustrating. They appeared to be arbitrarily set, often inconveniencing customers who needed assistance outside regular hours. This rigid approach left no room for flexibility, making it exceptionally challenging for those with busy schedules to get the help they required. The lack of extended support reflected a complete disregard for the convenience of their customers. In the end, it felt like their operating hours were designed for their convenience, not the customers'.

Really bad service, untrained bad staff.

W*nkers, I came to belfast for one night with my girlfriend and my 2 friends and we decided to book a table for food and drinks in the perch. We were met with comments on our outfits from the bouncers as our outfits were over the top ( we were wearing cargos and a top …) we then walked up the stairs to the lift and werent met by any staff and had to find our own table (we paid a £20 deposit) we then sat down and didn’t receive a food menu or drink menu until we asked and when we did ask for menus we were then told they werent serving food and the deposit will be taken off our first round of drinks (it was) but the service was terrible and the staff were very rude and impatient with customers. My friend then went to the bar to order a drink and a bartender with glasses and jewellery on (a guy) then told her that there was no service at the moment and then slammed a ‘no service’ sign on the table in front of her and proceeded to serve other customers. The bar/‘restaurant’ was a nice looking place but the staff clearly aren’t trained to speak to customers with respect or friendlyness i will not be returning here at all

online says open till 1am but on a sunday closes at 10pm, online time are not correct

First look online this place looks brillaint. The decor is beautiful and matches the photos online although when I was told via the website I had to book a table online I would be given my deposit money back (which I was not) It claimed at the end you would receive your money back off my bill so I was assuming it was a bar tab situation considering I had to set down the deposit. When we arrived no one was there to actually seat us we had to attend to the bar and ask after waiting a long while behind people at the bar and waiting at the “check in desk”. It was bar service and not a tab which personally confused me considering how my deposit was holding a “table” on the rooftop I never received, we had to wait indoors until a table was free outside and find it ourselves. The drinks were lovely made perfectly although outside the music from indoors was overpowering it was genuinely hard to hold a conversation with my peer after near enough every sentence we were asking each other what we said as it was too loud to hear each other. It’s nice you can smoke out on the rooftop and drink which in many places now it’s not aloud so it is great that you can although i wouldn’t return due to deposit not being returned for a table we didn’t receive and not being able to hear each other.

Amazing experience. Our waitress was Eden Morrow and she was a star! Couldn’t have done enough for us. Made us feel so special. Love her

Was here after picking my best friends wedding dress. Went for bottomless brunch very good quality for the price will come again

I found this place by accident...... and it was by far one of the best experiences I've had in All of Europe. The rooftop vibe is awesome, the drinks were amazing (bartender introduced me to a Guinness shot which was legit) and the smoking area is just epic. Friendly people (made some new friends there) and awesome music. Keep up the great work folks at Perch Rooftop Bar, I'll be back again real soon!

Had a couple of cocktails which were ok, nothing special, one of them wasnt very well blended. I can see that this rooftop bar was probably pretty on trend when it was first opened, but now it just appears a bit run down, shabby and mismatched - the eclectic furnishings etc now just look old and tired. The group owns this (and several other more upmarket venues) needs to do a super refurb and keep this place attractive to customers, it’s not insta-worthy any more! Service was average, and I really didn’t enjoy standing in the lift with my expensive footwear sticking to the disgusting carpet, don’t want to even think about why it was wet and sticky!! Come on Perch ……. you can do much better than this surel??!!

When you first step out of the lift you think it’s a really cool bar with an awesome vibe. Unfortunately it’s very difficult to get a drink, so I ended up not having one. I waited for 20mins at the bar. The bar man knew I’d been waiting and deliberately took someone else in front of me, he then preceded to serve everyone else around me. Even though I said to him I’d been there first. No idea what that was about but by that point I decided to take our table of 8s business elsewhere.

Booked here for 2pm today (Sunday) for bottomless brunch with 4 friends who came from England. Took a while to get seated and service was slow - then a staff member came over to the table and told us they weren’t doing bottomless brunch today. The bar was almost empty and the people beside us were having aperol spritz and pizza which was included within the bottomless brunch. I spoke to two different people on the phone who confirmed we were booked in for bottomless brunch. Asked for our deposit back and left. Awful.

Don’t understand why you have 2 people behind the bar on a busy Saturday and 6 glass collectors. Surely it would make more sense to just train them up to work on the bar when it’s busy instead of leaving people waiting for 15 minutes on a drink.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a Belfast bar. The bouncer for starters was so rude, I was wearing my hat and he said in a condescending voice. “NO HATS TODAY MATE IF I SAW U WALKING IN WITH THAT YOU WOULDNT HAVE GOT PAST ME” I just said right dead on and left without paying 🤣 also the server with the receeding hairline needs to let that shii go he was rushing us so much and gave us our bill after 1 DRINK!! Also his teeth are manky

Had an amazing first time experience here. Hannah made our visit unreal she was amazing absolutely lovely staff member. Went out of her way to make our experience the best ❤️ kept the drinks flowing and foot coming. D
