First impressions were good. Enjoyed the experience

Nice to go for a wee cuppa on your own and the staff are friendly and helpful to.

This was a novel experience of Canadian coffee and desserts. I can highly rate the coffee, they had a Guatemalan bean which was a lovely deep roast. My friend got the french vanilla with an espresso shot and I got the americano with a drop of soy milk. The french vanilla was not too sweet and brewed to perfection. We also got a selection of 10 Timbits which are small round donut type things. Very tasty.

6/6 Machines didn't give any receipts while I was there, at almost 09:30 on a weekend. The glass from the doughnuts display was dirty. The windows were so filthy that you could barely see outside or if they were foggy it was because the dirt made them fog quicker and maybe the extractor from your kitchen is not on or not working. The bathroom was deplorable, tap dripping, sink filthy and toilet seat soiled and toilet bowl filthy. Could use some bleach. The floor in the restaurant was full of food bits and dirt. The staff opened the door to release the humid ait out so as a client I had to stay in cold while trying to enjoy a coffee and a sandwich. Breakfast meal was decent, but the maple popcorn latte tastes just like a normal latte, no popcorn or maple flavour. You got 1 star because there is no other option.

Order was for a coffee and two donuts no chocolate for takeaway. Drove to Park and in the bag was a chocolate donut.

Whilst the shop floor wasn’t exactly clean (understatement!), the toilets were something you would expect in some back alley boozer at 3am! Donuts were tasty but wouldn’t return judging by the state of the store.

This place is disgusting, the toilets are a health risk. The main toolet was out of order and the disabled toilet was disgusting. I really feel sorry for anyone in a wheelchair having to use these facilities. Disgusting. Staff are rude and unhelpful.

I visited Tim Hortons with my friends and bought food, but to our dismay, an Indian man kicked us out for no reason. Despite being paying customers, we were treated poorly and faced terrible customer service. This experience was extremely disappointing, and we have no intention of returning.

This must be one of the dirtiest cafes in Belfast. Not a single table or chair was clean. There were crumbs, smears and spills. The floor under our table was covered in paper straw covers. My friend enjoys the food here and got a chicken meal he enjoys. Seemed quite a wait for the food 10+ mins. The food seems of a similar quality to McDonald's etc. I had a soft drink which was fine. I've tried the coffee and it's too bitter for me. The donuts are nice enough but nothing special. We sat at the back of the cafe where it seemed quieter. Pretty quickly we were surrounded by about 10+ teenagers who hadn't purchased anything but, as a group occupied the space beside us including the aisles. It was very uncomfortable. You need a code to use the toilets. Tbe toilets were dirty with overfilling bins, rubbish on the foor and a bad smell. I would not recommend here. Other fast food establishments are cleaner and quicker.

It was my first time visiting tim hortons. I ordered on the kiosk. My order was correct apart from my drink, i notified the staff and they quickly fixed the issue. The fries were a little cold but i still enjoyed them. I would absolutely recommend Tim Hortons :)

I'm a vegetarian, I asked for a veggie breakfast burger and they sent me pork and I didn't know until I took a bite. thanks for that. I ordered an egg muffin on the side and that didn't come either. keep it up

The food is very delicious. I strongly recommend trying it.. The burger is very delicious.. It is worth repeating the experience.. And the food is halal..

Great staff but below average coffee. A coffee chain selling coffee made using machines, what a shame.

The food was very good and there’s good veggie options. I am a vegetarian and I got a grilled cheese sandwich and it was very good. The food came quick. If you just want a nice light meal I would recommend going there. The one thing is the two times I’ve been there was no sauces with my food

Can’t really rate for service as you self order then wait for your number to be called. I found it really hard to find a clean table and the chairs had rather questionable stains which was very off putting. So we ordered the double cheeseburger meal - the fries, if that’s what you call them, were cold and tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. Also not being salted made them less than average. Now, on to the burger..I’m sorry Tim Hortons, but that was the nastiest burger I’ve ever had. The meat patties, grey and rubbery tasted like the cheapest low budget frozen kind you get from the convenience store. I’d like to say there was something I liked about the burger , but sadly I can’t. For the 16 pound I paid for both meals, I expected better.

I'm Canadian so I loved seeing a Timmies in Belfast!! Everything tastes exactly like at home!

Took advantage of the Sunday meal deal for £4.99. Fresh tasty food served by pleasant staff in a good location. Will try the donuts next time!

Rude, ignorant and disrespectful staff. I was waiting at the till for 15 minutes and the entire staff ignored me. There was this punjabi guy with a black turban he was taking orders at the till when i showed up he straight up ignored me and went back inside making me wait for 15 minutes then i had to leave as i was getting late to work. Horrific customer experience

Pretty busy, was dealt with efficiently and very good coffee. Food is good from what I tried - Timbits and chicken strips.

Great wee spot, friendly staff, very kind guy at door gave kids some tim bits to munch on while we waited on food.

Convenient location and great for a quick cup of fancy coffee.

The Indian gentleman who was hosting and standing at the door was kind and attentive and greeted us with compassion. Hot chocolates were tasty.

Ram was very useful in helping us out , customer service was great :)

always really good and quick service! manager was super nice. unsure of his name but he let me wait for the bus inside & gave me an extra sturdy bag so my paper bag wouldnt rip on the bus. super cool guy :)!

Very accommodating staff. Great service . No delay.

Coffee was fine, but if this is how their only available toilet to the public looks then I would hate to see behind the counters or general hygiene practise. Floor was soaked, sides of the toilet covered in god knows what, and the hand dryer was disgusting inside and out. I actually felt unclean and sick coming out of here. Big no.

Visited Tim Hortons today and it has to be said I was so impressed ❤️ The customer service was excellent, a young employee in particular, I caught her name 'Shantelle', she went above and beyond in delivering the best customer experience! 5 stars for efficiency, proffesionalism and service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Would 100% stop by again!

Visited today for a quick breakfast before work and one of the staff members said she would bring my food over to me instead of waiting. The food was yummy and was barely waiting even 5 minutes for my food.

The establishment itself is very comfurting , its the place you would want to go to relax and have some nice warm food , but some of the workers are just rude i understand that they deal with alot of rude kids coming in and out but what happened today was just not it . I usually go in to sit and have a coffee or burguer , me and my friend walked in and went to sit down and one of the female workers followed us to our table and started cleaning a table that was already clean , we then sat dowm and looked to scan a Qr and as we did so the worker started saying that it was just for custumers bare in mind im there basically everyday , long story short she was rude and didnt give us a chance to order anything which made us feel very uncomfurtable that we had to leave . ( Followed us around the whole shop not letting us have our space ) . Hopefully it wont happen again .

Lovely place to visit, the staff were very friendly and efficient and gave the impression that they really wanted you to enjoy your food. Great location, quick service and tasty food.

Don’t order the deluxe 6 ASSORTED box online or Timbits because they won’t give you whats advertised they give you whatever they have. Ordered online and they always mess up the order instead of updating their app to select what they do have, ended up with a box of double donuts not assorted and the timbits were mostly the same old traditional glazed. You won’t get what you paid for because they’re not up to date and never have a good selection of donuts!

A cozy place to have coffee at the Wellington Place right in the heart of Belfast.

Most exquisite dining experience of my life, I got scrummy burgur and scrummy chips and scrummy hot chocolate and scrummy experience. It's no kfc but the next best thing when I look for the pinnacle of Canadian cuisine. My stomach is happy I went here. +I didn't get food poisoning (I think, its only been 1 hour after so I will update if I die) so that's another positive! :) From your local critic Higgins John

As Canadians, we needed to try this while in Belfast. It was surprisingly full of locals! We found a seat and ordered quickly at the self serve kiosk. Not many donut options but we got our order fast enough. The donut didn’t taste anything like a Canadian Tim’s donut but the coffee was great. It was very busy though and quite expensive!! (Equivalent of $12 CAD for 2 medium coffees and a donut, which is over double what we’re used to paying)

Terrible. Fast foodization. Breakfast produces a lot of garbage. Everything disposable. Order on interactive display. People who don't want any interaction with other people, who don't care about trash, who want bad coffee in big 2go cups, this could be the right place for them.

Nice enough Tim hortons recently. Don't keep your expectations high but try some of the chicken and the cold drinks.

Got a take away cappuccino, man it had no coffee in it or negligibly low. It was just froth milk. Sadly I had to throw it away because I had walked away and had strength to head back and struggle. But it's sad how such big brands have poor tricks or staff, god knows.

It’s a standard Tim Hortons - I’ll only say if anything’s wrong and it’s not.

Did not prepare my food properly it was not properly heated inspite of me telling them to warm it in the oven

Quality and tasty breakfast and affordable.

I went there a couple of months ago. The place looked decent and the workers were great. There were not a lot of donuts, which is surprising considering that is what they are famous for. I didn't come here that late, it was about 12 pm. The one thing that took me aback was that they only accepted contactless payments which is extremely frustrating. Perhaps that is the city's norm but it can still get annoying. The burger was adequate but in general it was a bit pricey. In addition I adored the drink options that they had.

Could be cleaner. But we humans probably don't like things tidy 😉 Otherwise everything is fine. Ordering via terminal is of course very practical for tourists.

Being from Canada it was a wonderful shock to see a Tim Hortons as I didn’t realize they had them in Belfast. It definitely helped my feeling of being homesick and I will definitely be coming back! There is plenty of seating and a wide variety of menu items to choose from.

I visited Tims for lunch and I was very impressed by their coffee,burgers and wraps. The coffee was aromatic, and the burgers were juicy and satisfying. The restaurant was also very clean and spacious, with a nice rooftop seating area. The waiter was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Tim restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a delicious meal.

Good and friendly service. Comfortable place to rest after tour around Belfast city. The maple chicken tenders are tasty and flavourful, different from the usual tenders you get from other places. Saw many people taking out their frappe, might try on my next trip!

I have to share how wonderful the staff are, especially the manager. I'd lost my phone whilst on a trip to Belfast..I was so upset and I gave them a number to call if it happened to be handed in. Hours later, the manager called and said they had found the phone whilst cleaning up! I collected te next day and spoke to the manager who was so kind and all the staff were so lovely! We enjoyed the food and drinks and noted how speedy they were in service whilst ensuring perfection THANK YOU 😊

Our Canada-experienced daughter was thrilled to unexpectedly find this restaurant chain in Belfast. We were all satisfied with the quality of the food (lunch snack). The location in the center is ideal (for the operator and the customers). Only the tables could have been cleaner.

I used to stop frequently usually morning time at tim hortons. The big breakfast wrap is really tasty and today as a surprize I got their timbits as a gift. Lovely atmosphere at this place 🙌

The truth is that for being a fast food, it is of much better quality than McDonald's, KFC or Burger King.

Loved finding a timmies in Belfast, Ireland. Wish that timmies in Canada would serve burgers too.

The place is clean and atmospheric, the food is ok, standard burger taste, nothing extraordinary, the price is of burger king range. Potato chips were not great, strawberry milkshake was nice.
