Tim Hortons in Belfast

Absolutely shocking service zero customer service rude staff cold food... Ordered £35 worth of food from this restaurant was advised that it would arrive within 20-30 minutes. An hour later 3 drivers have been to the restaurant and left for no apparent reason bear in mind original order was made at 8.37 at 9.30 I was advised that it won't arrive until roughly 10.30... I said it better not be cold then decided to cancel the order to be told no you can't cancel the order as we have already began making it. Waiting over an hour demanded a refund and took my custom elsewhere..... If you enjoy having your time wasted and your money stolen this is the place for you.... Restaurant manager was also very rude when I called and was told what do you want me to do in an aggressive way before hanging up. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Place is a dirty hole smells always dirty touch screens seats badly stained just overall needs a good clean dirty windows inside turns me won't be back 🤮

The staff in this restaurant are courteous friendly and helpful. The restaurant is tidy and clean. My friends and I always enjoy our breakfast. Alan and Molly are always welcoming.

Lovely coffee shop reminds me of being in Canada

I use to enjoy their food with my 2kids and s with my sister and her kids. Whatever how many we came the staff were helpful, smiley and very gentle with the kids. It is our favourite destination.

No 1 manager Hannah makes a perfect coffee 👌

Great service today during my visit. As I chose to eat in I was approached by Alan who had mentioned he would bring my order to me, if I wished to take my seat. Not only that, I had knocked down my coffee which had then spilled, Alan was able to tidy my seating area but also kindly asked the staff behind the counter to provide me with another coffee free of charge.

Tasty food and very reasonable price ways will definitely be going back

put sauce on my chicken burger whenever I specifically said no sauce and no mayo, didn't give me dips even though I paid for them, food was cold but the doughnut was nice and so was the drink.

We had our order, and we were waiting for a friend until one of the staff came to us and said "if you don't have any order please leave ".

Amanpreet was very kind and helpful, and one of the male staff gave me a bit of extra beverage in my cup! Atmosphere is very nice, you can see the City hall from the windows and it’s very wonderful!

Good variety , fast service, various prices and some deals usually on the breakfast side of things. 🫶

This spot is great for some coffee and some great food it is a very pleasant spot and the staff are wonderful and very helpful

Saw a rat running around here, been offered spice here and staff are not friendly at all do not care about this place and make no effort still ate my food tho / adding to this a few weeks later i have relised they let rubish pile up on the tables through the day and clean it all up at the end of the day , also been approached by a few beggars in here

Very nice breakfast, fast service. Only issue we had was getting hot chocolate (wchih also was nice) instead of one of the coffees 😅 Generally recommended 😁

Order machine didn't give receipt. Ordered Ironbru drink. Picked up my order no ironbru, had to wait for staff to come back to service area, asked for my Ironbridge was told they don't sell it said I paid for it,she said yeah it a problem with the machine. BUT, she never told me that when I pick my order. Abysmal service. She could have cared less. Won't be going back.

Toilets are absolutely gross. Almost had to karate chop myself out as I didn’t want to touch the door. No soap in dispenser and urine all over the toilet and floor. Staff wondering around asking for reviews so hear you go. Also doing nothing, why can’t they clean the bathroom in spare time.

Cheap prices and nice breakfast

Been a couple of times to get the breakfast offer of Large coffee and a breakfast wrap all for under £5. Plenty of spaces to sit. Toilets are available but requires a code. At times the place feels a bit dirty and seen a couple of people sitting down but not actually ordering anything! But would definitely recommended it!

I visited this coffee shop today, August 7, 2024. I bought a coffee at 9:55 AM. I was the only person waiting for coffee. The staff looked at me for reasons I'm not sure of, but after drinking the coffee I ordered, I had a stomachache for the entire day. Manager, please help me check the camera to see what might have been put in my coffee. I went to the toilet 4-5 times today and didn't eat anything else. My order number is 4174 from 9:55 AM. Thank you.

Service always super fast and all staff are friendly.

Easy to order using the kiosks, and the staff were extra helpful when it came to providing assistance. We both had the £1 breakfast and some donuts and it was great value for money.
