Starbucks in Belfast

This is my favourite Starbucks in belfast!! Drinks are always perfect and staff are always friendly and it’s location to Glengall st where I regularly take the bus to Dublin is handy even when I’m not taking that bus I’ll pop in here if I’m walking by.

The standard fare for Starbucks which is pretty decent at the moment, the pumpkin spice latte is back 😋. The atmosphere in this branch literally depends on the people in the building at the time. It's a busy shop due to the proximity of the bus station.

I'm never the type to do this. Peach iced tea was lovely considering it was a hot summer day today. The drink was good, and the atmosphere was great but the service was SHOCKING. I would empathise seeing as he was the only one working there from what I could gather, but he dampened the mood by being so rude. I only asked to use the toilet, and he said with a snarl you have to get something, so okay, got something; then proceeds to tell me the code so quickly I couldn't quite catch it. My fault maybe. I try and fail to open the lock. He was so short with me; I hope you are not treating paying customers like this. I am not the type to do this, but it was embarrassing, and I feel like (I work at retail) that no matter how hard your day was, no need to embarrass or make anyone feel stupid. Never going again, would not recommend it to anyone else because consider me traumatised for LIFE.

Standards of ordering in shop to getting a delivery is awful , hot choclate like dishwater and the food destroyed . Probably because your not actually in the shop you cannot question the quality of the food , never again disgusting service

Great coffee, helpful staff, a great place for a business meeting or as an office for the day!

Good location just across from Europa Hotel and bus station. Staff very good.coffee/food fine. Comfy armchairs. Just think it needs a bit if a facelift. Feels a bit drab.

Avoid the restroom, really bad and filthy.

The coded toilet in this place is a dangerous and unsafe! God only knows what could have happened to me on Saturday morning 30th March 2024 if I had been a vulnerable person, after getting the code and waiting in the locked area for the one and only toilet to become vacant I was horrified when I discovered that the toilet was a communal unisex toilet. Never mind that I was approached in this area by a young man who sells adaptors for a telephone company he asked my name and told me he was an Egyptian brought up in London but here working. I thought he's looking a sale here for me to buy an adapter, that plugs into your phone and you can call anywhere in the world at UK prices. Next thing he asked me if I would go out with him if I thought he was good looking and did I not fancied him!!! Shocked to say the least I told this young man whose hairstyle looked like a pineapple 🍍 ((((what !!! Son!!! I have grandkids older than you)))). I was worried when it was my turn to get into the loo that he could have pushed his way in before I got to lock the toilet cubicle door!!!!! When I came out of the toilet the young man standing and smiling said I'm sorry for being cheeky but would you not go out with me! After this incident he then walked in and Out of the cafe watching me thought the cafe widow and still smiling at my friends and I who were heading across the street for a bus. The young staff in Starbucks all seemed quite busy so I continued my journey but felt very uncomfortable I feel it's dangerous having a communal/unisex toilet and literally being locked in this area I don't think anyone could have got in to aid me in a hurry if need be. May I suggest a change to the facilities policy with immediate effect. PS I'm a disabled 63 year old grandmother

I love this Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and It’s dark, cosy and clean.

Staff are very friendly. I always order a matcha tea latte and it taste amazing every time!

The big thing that lets this down is that the toilet 99.9% of the time is out of action which isn't good.

Great place to go in town. Near bus and train stations. Quiet place to reflect over a coffee.

With staff here is really nice and the atmosphere is great. I need to take a look at their alternative milks. Coordinated oat milk latte and it was pretty bad. They need to use a higher quality oat milk that goes with their coffee better.

It was late in the evening when three of us rolled up just for coffee having been ripped off in the Red Panda just down the street. The likely miserably paid servers here were a friendly bunch. The floors were dirty/sticky and the tables were cleanish. My flat white was awful but this is unusual as Newry and Banbridge are both excellent. We got paper cups despite sitting in so zero green stars. Despite being an Uber wealthy global mega chain the cheapskates here don’t provide sugar sachets for individual use so with covid still around share the sugar. Oh and there are no spoons just guess as you pour and use a wooden stick to stir so again no green stars. The staff tried to argue that their toilet facilities were ‘now closed’. I begged to differ. They didn’t argue. Fact is that they had washed the floor and likely didn’t want to do it again by customers with inconvenient bladders. They should note that for as long as there are customers in house, toilets remain open. The time to clean is once the front doors close and customers are on the outside. If management won’t pay wages once the front door closes then leave cleaning for them.

One of my favourite Starbucks to visit as I feel like it has the best, chill vibes and more cosy seating. Staff are always very welcoming and I have never had a bad order from here.

Terrible burnt tasting coffee!! Disgusting!!!! They forgot my caramel as well!!! Caused so much stress to my day! Extremely unpleased. Gurr raaar

The wrong food was delivered and Just eat refused to refund despite having picture of the receipt and the food. I am disgusted.

Ordered a caramel macchiato I had a few mins before my bus had to rush too the station then was nothing in the coffee was not like Starbucks staff to not add the syrups or the drizzle

Wrong order... How hard is it to read ?

On a bus day out from Omagh this cafe was the main part of the tour for the 4 and 8 year old. After a 90 minute journey an oasis for the two children and myself. Just opposite the bus depot it is very handy and a large latte, tea, sausage bap,strawberry refresher, and small smoothie well prepared for the shopping mall at Castle Court.

We arrived fairly late in the day, exhausted after visiting Titanic Belfast. We were given a very warm welcome and the staff reopened the back section so that we could all sit down indoors. Highly recommended.

Disgusting how this store handles out of stock incidents when ordering on uber eats. The store chose to ignore the item being out of stock without communicating. I need to report it on uber to get a refund, although I need a breakfast more than my refund at this moment. When I tried to place another order, I found that my Missing item was showing a status of out of stock. The store failed to update product status in a timely manner, requiring customers to be guinea pigs for the experiment.

Toilets were nasty, the drinks were as always at Starbucks and the service was okay. Atmosphere was a bit vast.

Un Starbucks más. Lo mejor es que está en un sitio desde el que salen los autobuses que hacen las excursiones a Giants Causeway etc, así que es un buen sitio para desayunar o tomar algo antes. Nos han atendido bien y los baños estaban limpios.

Coffee was made perfectly I got a bewed coffee one with soya an another with cows milk both were filled up at the same level I say this because I have noticed with some Starbucks if u are getting different milk to cows milk u get less but this cup was filled and made nicely delivered on time an with care no damage to cups happy I got what I ordered will be ordering here from now on been having a lot of issuess with coffees from other Starbucks happy to say this one is good 😊

First time in. Lovely coffee atmosphere, & well decorated.

The atmosphere was nice as well as the service.

Last night I got a caramel frappicino. I ordered mine with whip cream and caramel syrup. It arrived without the cream and syrup as per the label on the drink. I request a refund

It was my first time at this Starbucks location. It is very well located, right in the heart oft city centre of Belfast. This Starbucks is very spacious, long and it has a second space to the left. The interior design is very neat, and is equipped with comfortable furniture. It has some cool rope art work hanging from wall. Staff was friendly, they let me borrow their usb charger to charge phone. To drink, I had the dragon fruit coconut refresha . It was nice, and refreshing. I will definitely go to this Starbucks location again when I visit Belfast again.

It spilled all over the place and I whould like a refund !!!!

Ordered arrived and half of my coffee was already gone it had split completely over the bag and over my pastry so it had to be binned! Waste of money!

The lady manager of this Starbucks was so helpful and went above and beyond helping us get taxis to the ferry terminal in Belfast , she should be rewarded because she thaught nothing of her self and helped when she didn’t need to , a credit to Starbucks and people like her gives us hope for the future thank you

Went two days in a row and just had such bad experiences. One girl was so nice, brown hair and glasses on tills, absolutely lovely. 2 north Americans? So rude! One didn't say a word and looked at me like id kicked their mother. The other made a mistake and didn't want to fix it. Just bad craic. Used to have really nice friendly experiences here.

Took forever to come as the driver clearly didnt know were he was going , also didnt get the right order.

They had no cinnamon swirl that I had ordered but phoned me to ask me did I want an alternative so I chose raspberry and white chocolate loaf. It was tiny!! It had obviously been sitting there for at least a week. It was rock hard!! I couldn't bite into it and when I cut it, it was dry, pure hard. I was grateful for the girl to phone but giving that to a customer was just wrong especially for the price of it!

Received 1 of 4 items delivery driver was rude upon being questioned where the rest of drinks were

No whipped cream or hardly any caramel drizzel despite asking for extra on frappachinos. Cinnamon swirl hard as a rock, got threw out. No chocolate brownie.

A lovely cosy Starbucks with plenty of space. A great place to grab a coffee before you board a coach for a day tour across the road.

2 coffees came spilt all over the bag delivered on the back of the motor bike. Driver just told me sorry and away he went. Shocking service

When it arrived the lid had not been on properly and it spilled all over driver's bag. Left with quarter cup of coffee.

Delivery driver went to another school, despite there being the correct postcode of where we actually were. Had to cycle from another school to get here where one of the drinks had combusted all over the bag. Leaving us with one drink short, and the rest watered down as most of the ice had melted by the time the delivery was made which was an hour wait. I would like a full refund on this and have multiple photos of how it arrived.

I asked for no whipped cream and instead got ALOT of whipped cream so it went to waste . The cookie was horriable and it’s usually nice . Dissatisfied as it does cost a good bit . Fast delivery though 🤷‍♀️

Ordered a cappuccino with white mocha sauce and caramel syrup - the order came with neither. Considering you pay extra for them, you'd think the least they could do would be to actually include it. Put in for a refund.

MISSING TWO ITEMS - HAD TO ORDER CINNAMON SWIRL AGAIN AND GO WITHOUT A DRINK - cost £6 with delivery for a £2,65 item and I won’t get refunded this in my refund request I just made

The drinks are great but i orderd a matcha frappe with white mocha and vanilla and there was no matcha in it

Food and drink was perfect. Didn’t have the food i wanted available and a lovely member of staff phoned me to offer me an alternative! Delivery driver was lovely aswell. Very happy :))

First order and it was great will order again

I'm 8 months pregnant and tried to get a decaf coffee here (when pregnant, you can only have a limited amount). They made me a full caff coffee and it was only when I asked that they realised. They didn't put in any milk and we had to walk back to get it fixed.

Love this place , love the coffee , but the toilet is always out of order! You cant expect people to buy hot drinks and not be able to use restrooms
