Place was very dirty....seats have stains so heavy it's clear they haven't been cleaned in months.. floor covered in dirt, and tables not clean at all..

Absolutely amazing French vanilla latte. I get one every morning from my favourite sever Scarlett who is absolutely fantastic. Always smiling and brightens up the day. Amazing food axing service.

Haven't experienced a coffee like it from last trip to Canada, authentic taste ! 😋 can highly recommend 👌.

Won’t let any customers in tonight around 20:30 because there was a few young people at the door, which I get but still the staff weren’t letting any other people in even me and my brother ages 50 which makes no sense, staff just stood behind the counter staring and ignoring us, they also just watched a man in the cafe try to get out (he couldn’t as the doors were locked) instead of going over to unlock the doors for the man to leave they just watched which I do not understand at all? There was so many staff in, even one of them could’ve stood at the door locking and unlocking it for actual customers instead of being lazy.

Food was cold but perhaps because the Just Eat driver took a ridiculously long route to my place, driving in the opposite direction at one stage. Likely doing two or three orders at once. If necessary to do this at least plan closer together. And then they have the cheek to prompt for a top. Kidding, right? Back to boiled eggs and toast or going to the cafe myself...

Staff are absolutely amazing! Good team friendly & are passionate about they do... only downside is the kids coming in wrecking the place throwing food chairs climbing on tables going mad shouting and behaving badly up settling everyone your staff are getting abused bullied a lot of racist abuse as well... I use Tim's every day sometime twice a day but sadly because of all trouble the kids are causing me and my friends have had to make a decision Not to come back over the weeks yous have lost so many customers... you need to look after not just the customer but your staff to this should be the first thing yous look into is there safely tim hortons connswater need security badly!! Paying for security to keep them safe should be 1st thing that's done! Would usually give 5 stars but the atmosphere isn't nice bad vibes over the kids please get security and keep your valued staff safe....

Bit disappointed really. No onions or pickles in the burger, too much mustard in the cheese & mustard grilled sandwich. Have to say the donut was 👌🏼

Staff are always friendly, service is excellent, I visit 3 times a week on average. I really enjoy their cappuccino, and their range of donuts is awesome.

Conswater Tim Horton, what an experience of how not to run a coffee outlet. Put staff in that tells customers not to come back for asking for milk in their coffee which they placed in their order. 3 times this happened to me so I decided to go back and guess what they never put cream in again and when I challenged the staff member I was told in front of other customers, basically shouted at don't come back. LoL what a horrible experience for anyone.

Food cold, burger missing extra bacon i had paid for, chicken tenders were to spicy to eat, tenders are not advertised as spicy, chilli chease fries consisted off 6 latice fries coverd in sweet chilli sauce

Coffee was great, but I got food poisoning and haven’t left the bathroom for 3 days hence the 4 stars

I come here each Saturday morning my kids go kickboxing at Prokick, there's always plenty of parking, the restaurant is always clean and tidy, the ordering machines all work but sometimes are out of paper and the staff are always well presented, polite and friendly. The bathrooms are also very kept, clean and tidy with plenty of towels

Nice Tim Hortons based in connswater. Good food, nice atmosphere and great air conditioning.

The delivery was great but big disappointment as they gave me a breakfast wrap or similar instead of their delicious bacon roll. I'm also allergic to eggs and this is dangerous. luckily both items look very different.

Plenty of things missing from my order, no sauces, no fries with 3 meals, no honey crawler I have paid 32.50 and didn’t get my full order, no contact number for me to call as well.

They gave me a little tub of timbits and that was really nice

Best food ordered from just eat

My cousin and I were visiting from Canada and stopped in to have a visit and order a hot drink. We wanted to see the difference between a Canadian Timmy's and an Ireland Timmy's. We had a fantastic experience! The two staff members were super kind and as friendly as they come. We were each given a Tim's mug as our souvenir! So great and would recommend this Tim's to anyone visiting Belfast, Connswater Shopping Plaza
