food was hot and fresh, donuts were super tasty and enjoyed by the whole family !! no complaints

Better than McDonald's and burger king. We had breakfast. Halal chicken. Omelette. Nice coffee and hash browns. Lovely environment

Estuve en Conns Water esta mañana para desayunar. Hemos pedido Rollo de Bacon. La calidad de la comida es muy mala donde mis hijos apenas tenían un bocado, pensé que su barriga está llena luego lo llevamos a casa y cuando abrí el rollo el tocino no estaba cocinado correctamente entonces tuve que ir a la papelera.

The efficient and friendly staff make this place a regular go to for us.

Used to put a cheese all around the top of the cheese melt. I ordered 2 and both had some cheese on top but mostly just crust. Disappointed as usually I haven't a bad word to say. Delivery guy was pleasant which was a bonus 😀

My driver was the most pleasant kindest gentleman. Give him a raise, he's a credit to your company x

Ordered 2 apple fritters and 2 fancy fritters…. Problem was the 2 sticky apple fritters were put into the bottom of a paper bag then the 2 box buns put in directly on top in the same bag. Where was the hygiene…. The boxes which are stacked in the shop stuck to the apple fritters, no napkin, no dividing papers or even a separate bag, filthy and destroyed!!

Connswater is the best Tim Hortons , I did visited a few of them all over Belfast. But this one is the best one. I am here every Saturday enjoying the quick and friendly service and girls who’s making my wrap they are just the best. Thank you to all the staff to making my Saturday morning’s even nicer . It’s always nice and tidy and all of you working so hard . Well done

1st time in this place........ Abit tired looking chairs ect. But very cheap coffee not bad

Qué agujero más grande. Asientos muy manchados, agujeros en las paredes, mesas sucias. Esta es mi última visita a Connswater Store. No me extraña que el complejo principal esté cerrando si este es el estándar que Tim Hortons quiere para sus clientes. El café estaba bien, pero las instalaciones sucias. Incluso las ventanas se empantanaban. Único lugar que he visitado donde me he limpiado los pies cuando me he ido.

Absolutely amazing. Cheese and mustard melts are soo good. Great delivery, only took about 30 mins at the most. Very happy returning customer 😀

they sent me a chicken & bacon melt instead of the 'stack' I ordered. £2.00 difference but it was nice to be fair...

The staff looked depressed as hell. Coffee and donuts were good, but a little too sweet and way overpriced. Not dog friendly either, but at least we tried it. Back to Cafe Nero...

Tim hortons is a good quality for food drinks and i love coffee double double coffee and the staff are always polite and friendly would recommend it to come back here with friends and family

My order was never deliver to my address. The restaurant weren’t very helpful when I phoned then and just said I had to take it up with justeat.

There's no wonder that Starbucks is more popular, the coffee was supposed to be a christmas white chocolate coffee and it just tastes like a below average normal coffee, not the first time with Tim Hortons coffees, also forgot to add lemonade with the meal

Never had a Tim Hortons before. Will definitely be going back. The drinks were wonderful and the breakfast food was lovely. A different atmosphere to McD's or BK. A bit more laid back, certainly felt less rushed, and seating was very comfortable

Place was very dirty....seats have stains so heavy it's clear they haven't been cleaned in months.. floor covered in dirt, and tables not clean at all..

Absolutely amazing French vanilla latte. I get one every morning from my favourite sever Scarlett who is absolutely fantastic. Always smiling and brightens up the day. Amazing food axing service.

Sending orange drink instead of lemon dose not work! there is a reason I ordered lemon. if you don't have what is ordered then either refund it or call the customer.

Won’t let any customers in tonight around 20:30 because there was a few young people at the door, which I get but still the staff weren’t letting any other people in even me and my brother ages 50 which makes no sense, staff just stood behind the counter staring and ignoring us, they also just watched a man in the cafe try to get out (he couldn’t as the doors were locked) instead of going over to unlock the doors for the man to leave they just watched which I do not understand at all? There was so many staff in, even one of them could’ve stood at the door locking and unlocking it for actual customers instead of being lazy.

Food was cold but perhaps because the Just Eat driver took a ridiculously long route to my place, driving in the opposite direction at one stage. Likely doing two or three orders at once. If necessary to do this at least plan closer together. And then they have the cheek to prompt for a top. Kidding, right? Back to boiled eggs and toast or going to the cafe myself...

Enjoyable experience, food was fantastic.

Staff are absolutely amazing! Good team friendly & are passionate about they do... only downside is the kids coming in wrecking the place throwing food chairs climbing on tables going mad shouting and behaving badly up settling everyone your staff are getting abused bullied a lot of racist abuse as well... I use Tim's every day sometime twice a day but sadly because of all trouble the kids are causing me and my friends have had to make a decision Not to come back over the weeks yous have lost so many customers... you need to look after not just the customer but your staff to this should be the first thing yous look into is there safely tim hortons connswater need security badly!! Paying for security to keep them safe should be 1st thing that's done! Would usually give 5 stars but the atmosphere isn't nice bad vibes over the kids please get security and keep your valued staff safe....

Un poco decepcionado. No hay cebollas ni encurtidos en la hamburguesa, demasiada mostaza en el sándwich a la parrilla de queso y mostaza. Tengo que decir que la rosquilla era 👌🏼

I made an error when entering delivery address but driver was very helpful and accommodating when I realised my mistake.

Conswater Tim Horton, what an experience of how not to run a coffee outlet. Put staff in that tells customers not to come back for asking for milk in their coffee which they placed in their order. 3 times this happened to me so I decided to go back and guess what they never put cream in again and when I challenged the staff member I was told in front of other customers, basically shouted at don't come back. LoL what a horrible experience for anyone.

Food cold, burger missing extra bacon i had paid for, chicken tenders were to spicy to eat, tenders are not advertised as spicy, chilli chease fries consisted off 6 latice fries coverd in sweet chilli sauce
