A decent drive through Burger King outlet. Everything was as it should be and the food was warm.

Although busy, food was served quick both my burger and fries were fresh and hot. I would visit again!

Im giving it 5 stars for service. I've ordered a Bacon Double Cheese XL on 15 jul 23 @ 15:49. What happened next is I realised that there is no ketchup and gherkins in it, as in regular cheeseburger. It tasted very dry, whoever "invented" it - he has a terrible taste, lol)) I've actually already took around 30% of that burger when I realised this. I went to the cashier desk and explained everything to the gentleman, his name is Ryan. He said that this is the original recipe and ketchup and gherkins are not uncluded, however, they can replace it and make a fresh one and include these ingredients. I've got a new burger, and you know what, I went on their website and checked the ingredients, and yes, that man was right, but he decided to walk and extra mile instead of arguing with "another" client. I want to give a shout out for the guy, Burger King must be proud that this kind of people are working for them! Thank you and all the best! 🔥

great experience and great food in a very busy summer

Huge burger..very filling. It's a bit more expensive at the airport but quick and easy before a flight. Only issue was the people who stood for 10 minutes at the ordering kiosks on their phones selecting things then canceling and starting again. Of the four kiosks, only one went through at a normal pace. Other than that the food was consistently good.

So very expensive for 2 drinks and burgers was nearly £20 nearly died

Its a Burger King like any other, most chain places are the same, be it fast food or coffee places. I quite like Burger King in general, however the only downside to this one is that with it being the only place currently open in the facility (except the M&S) it feels very melancholy to sit in as there are likely few other people going to be there and its oddly quiet.

Says on the website that they close at 8pm but went at 7.05pm and they were already closed!!!! Update your website!!!!!!!!!

Easy to use self ordering machine. Gives you receipt with order number. Food was fresh and tasty. Price was around £14 per meal which was bit too much for my taste, but considering that we are at the airport we could bare it.

Burger was cold and chips soggy (WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!)

As with all burger joints the self service was fairly easy to use and fast, didn't get a receipt from the machine I used so had trouble remembering order number. Very surprised it was ready so quick and found out it had been sitting on a warm rack that wasn't all that warm. Same with the chips, dissappointing as it was only after 5pm on a Monday.

I’m not normally one for leaveing a review but on Saturday 6th August I was flying out of the airport and decided to get food I suffer from autism and i find it hard to deal with people how ever when I went to Burger King to order my food this one member of staff took her time and helped me and didn’t rush me or make me panic helped me pick out my meal and helped me make sure I got it the way I liked it and been in the airport with such crowds my mind goes into over drive I’ll never forget the level of service this young woman her Name was Aysha helped me and made me feel calm and she was so helpful she was absolutely fantastic! I'll never forget her helpfulness and how professional she was by assisting my needs with autism.

Great help from aysha today was very helpful to me and my family and very polite with a heart of gold

Aysha was a very kind and very cheerful while taking my order the food was sub par but she would want me to eat there again to see her cheerfulness

I couldnt of been more how pleased at how I was treat in this burger king a couple of weeks ago I was greated and helped out massively by this young girl who survived me called aysha she was very helpful in helping me what to choose and and when I was paying she didn't rush me at all she took here time and was very happy and lovely to be survered by can not thank this young girl enough. This experience was definitely a 10/10 for me

Worst burger ever, it was tiny. Avoid at all cost

4pm on a busy Tuesday afternoon and this place has been shut for the last 2 hours, no reason given whatsoever, there’s staff on their phones and some cleaning! Can they not clean and be open at the same time! Farcical

What a rip off. £8 for a little bag of chicken fries (9 tiny strips of chicken) dirty tables and self service machines that don't work properly. Very very poor!

Service is slow. Have messed up my orders on multiple occasions. Today i ordered a meal and they forgot to put the chips in the bag

Poor customer service. Placed order and before I paid the staff wondered to the back of the kitchen. Came back 3 mins later and demanded payment. When order came it was incorrect. When asked he just pulled it up on screen and said that's what you ordered. I asked for chicken fries not chicken nugget. He then continued to argue I had messed up not him. Even though I said I pointed at the image of the fries. Disappointed children's here.

Expensive, Long queues and Ran out of Hamburger meat. Go to WHS And get a meal deal there far cheaper and more food.

Doesnt accept the app regardless the site having the app advertised. Sunday 11 august, place was filthy. Overpriced. They dont do milkshakes. DISAPPOINTED.

Staff are friendly and efficient, food is over rated and expensive.

I have just had to pay over £10 for two tiny cheeseburgers and a small diet coke. Absolutely outrageous pricing. When questioning staff they simply replied "airport prices!". I can understand a slight increase as you would expect at a service station etc but how can burger king justify nearly a 400% price rise on frankly a tiny dry cheese burger. I'm appalled and am never one to usually leave bad reviews. That is definitely a lesson learned and I'll never be visiting burger king again!

My dad got a large double cheeseburger and it was the size of a kids meal in McDonald’s. can be nice food but is definitely expensive for cheap quality food. The seats need redone, they are dirty and so are the tables, the tables seem like they are not cleaned. Hope my opinion helped you!😂💗🤩💫🤗

Drove to Burger King it was closed at 22.10 (advertised open to 2300) Then was ignored by staff.not a great way to operate a business

Nice food, but definitely needs new seats, as old ones are wearing away. All we bought was 4 small chips and a water, it came to £20. £20! Cheaper to go to WHSmith

Standard full menu Burger King - which is good!

I'm a long term fan of the King so it is with great regret that i have to leave a less than 5 star review for the Belfast international airport branch. The service was very fast but sadly the fries were almost cold and the whopper was very light on salad. Not the kings finest moment.
