Sitting here now awaiting a flight. Sausage sandwich. Two pale sausages cut in half served on two pieces of floppy brown bread...£7.95. Wife, bacon sandwich. Two average rashers of bacon on thin white bread. £7.95 Miserable staff. Poor quality I must be mad. What a bloody rip.off Avoid at all costs. Absolute disgrace.

Our food was taking a little longer than expected because of a maintenance issue. So the lovely staff offered us a bun and a brew for free. Great service and lovely food .

Ordered what sounded like tasty food and reasonably priced with a server who clearly wanted to be elsewhere. I ordered the margarita pizza for£10. Sadly had better oven pizzas. It was a frozen pizza cooked on top only. Raw underneath, and little effort to cook on top. Despite a promising menu, I wouldn’t recommend.

No amount of atmosphere or pleasant staff can outweigh the extortionate prices or the horror of an £8 bacon sandwich that isn’t even buttered. Coffee was adequate.

Good, but everything is so expensive. I get its an airport, but its more expensive than the pubs at LGW for a drink.

Nice relaxing for a pre flight coffee

Surly staff and charged £18 for a large glass of Malbec and a single Bushmill with water. Make sure that you get a receipt and check for "mistakes"

Cold food and very unpleasant taste but service was good. Friendly and helpful staff member.

Terrible service. Sat down at the bar, card reader was broken. Trying to get service for 10 minutes before a waitress came over and told me to move to the other side of the bar to get served despite me sitting in front of the taps and in front of the card reader. I asked her if she could pour me a pint and i would go to the other side to pay and she declined. Lazy service. Went to the Lagan bar instead where I was served with a smile instead of a grunt.

Very ignorant staff that couldn’t be bothered to serve or answer any questions. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Pizza was really bad, flavourless and too much weird tomato sauce. Staff were polite and friendly

At £10.90 for a glass of wine you would expect a more pleasant service. Staff don't even look at you never mind basic please, thank you or smile just told tap yer card there.

Had a fantastic weekend, lots to see and do very safe people so friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Awful staff, really couldn't be bothered, extremely overpriced

I arrived at Hawker at 7 pm on a Friday, only to be told they were closed. Despite their online hours indicating a closing time of 8 pm, the employee simply sat behind the closed sign, scrolling on her phone. It was quite frustrating and unprofessional.

ordered went to pay only to be told no cash .Had a quick look at signage and didn't see any card only ones .Was embarrassed and only had cash took my business elsewhere

Turned up at 18:15 to Hawker to be told they were closed yet website say open until 19:00. Had lots of steaming hot food so asked when do you open to be told tomorrow? This food especially rice will be wasted as can’t be served again. Please provide food service outlets that will open during peak times. Worst airport I have used in some time.

This has to be the worst place I’ve ever eaten in at an airport. Counter staff are rude and incompetent, some training in basic customer service skills would be beneficial. The food is mediocre and overpriced. The only member of staff that was remotely competent was the lady clearing the tables- she was polite and efficient. Can’t recommend this place at all and won’t use it again.

Extortionate! How can they justify their prices? A miniature cup of coffee for £4.20 and an ordinary fry at nearly £16! Avoid.

Cannot highlight any stars, the sandwich ordered was way overpriced, the cost would not have been so bad if it had tasted good. It was revolting. Was with my sister and was going to share a cuppa as we find the standard size a little too much when we're jumping onto a flight. Asked the member of staff for 2 small teas, to which the staff member replies, 'we only have the one size'. I get it, but offering an extra paper cup was the right answer, but unfortunately they are obviously only used to serving and not required to think outside the box. Almost like my local. Bar men have my drink started when they see me coming down the tiles. Friendly staff, always clean and tidy, but what is going on with the prices?? £6.99 for a pint is ridiculous in NI. As a result, there are dozens sitting but jot drinking.

Slow and unclean. Bar staff are incredibly slow given it is not overly busy. Not a clean table in the place.

Severely over priced. Paid £12 for beef burger which was so small and so tasteless. DIsappointed for the price paid Total bill £38 for 2 burgers and 2 drinks

Extremely rude service from staff who instructed me I was “told to wait “ when I went to collect my poorly made cappuccino from her. I was standing by the table I was about to sit down at and 2 mins earlier had witnessed her walk over and give a latte to a customer sitting further away from her than I was. I was also not “told to wait”. Go to Starbucks. They know what they are doing with their customers

Absolutely disgusting arguably the worst two plates of food ever served and the watery grey soggy cod and chips was £15.95 . Two cups of tea and two cod and chips £37.50. Scandalous Avoid at all costs

8 quid for two rounds of toast(no butter) with a bit of fatty bacon! Don't know how they get away with it!

Would that liek to say how nice our waitress was she was a lovely lady name of Alex. Very very helpful.. a true ambassador to the company values. She couldn't do enough for myself and my colleague. She deserves recognition in our opinion. She knew the menu of hand and was well basically just a really nice person Even so late in her shift

Very disappointed to have received our beverages in non-recyclable take away cups when sitting in. I specifically asked for them in ceramic mugs, was treated like a nutter and then subjected to a non-apologetic series of false claims by Manager Meagan about recyclable cups and a determined argument about the inconvenience for them of having to wash the mugs. Not good enough.

Great Panini & good coffee. Prices as expected are extortionate & the place was pretty cold, definitely requires you to keep your coat on. Tables need better cleaned as well .

It was shutting as I turned up at the bar. No notices. Nothing. Just staff left to inform potential customers and to ask everyone to drink up and clear the tables. Obviously a skeleton staff situation. But not really the best Irish hospitality that we are known for worldwide 🤔

Visited 09/01/2022 visited fed & watered which opened at midday. Bought a tuna crunch sandwich to share, very nice 👍🏽 also a flat white (only done in a small size only) & medium hot chocolate, did the job. Service was quick & friendly, and as had just opened plenty of places to sit and enjoy before flying ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Open 24 hrs is a lie. Went to order food today at 16.05 hrs and the guy said "we're closed, we closed 5 mins ago". Will never be back 😔

The Danish pastry was badly under baked and the guy put way too much milk in my tea. The coffee was just okay but at £10+ not value for money.

Waited on a fry for over 20 mins to find out they didn't even put it on the cooker . Got it 45 mins later with apologie .

Good food available with limited options. Adequate.

Nothing Gluten free to eat as a Coeliac, tea was nice though.

Visited it recently and it has lost that personal touch, no longer can you get a pot of tea, only a cup ( and a paper one at that!) for a rather inflated price. Why employ more staff when I there are mugs (I mean traveling public) who are willing to pay the extortionate prices. It all comes down to profit now, not customer satisfaction.

Just ordered Egg Arlington as advertised. No Eggs Arlington and then no muffins for anything. Counter staff less than helpful. However a well switch on manager who came to our table explained there was a problem with equipment. Fair enough. But please communicate to the premium paying customers precisely what is wrong instead of having a ‘don’t talk time like like that’ attitude. A big thank you to that Manager who was superb. And thank you for your kind gesture too.

Völlig verkochter Porridge...quasi eine Schleimmasse, die zwar nicht besonders gut schmeckt, dafür aber den Magen über Stunden wie ein Stein bereichert hat. ;) Das Personal ist schon früh morgens genervt und auch nicht besonders freundlich.

Very expensive for food which is always cold

Dreadful ! Bad service and when you do finally get served over a dirty bar the surrounding area is equally dirty. Staff should go on customer service course ! This place survives on a captured audience. If it were possible to give no stars I would .

New experience, eating a fry out of a cereal bowl. Couldn't get an extra egg with mini fry. Disappointing and expensive to say the least.

Coffee good, hence the one star. The crispy chicken on the chicken burger should have been used on a barbecue it was that burnt it had turned to charcoal. If it had arrived in a reasonable time it would have gone back to the kitchen but that would have made me late for my flight... the chips were ok and that's all I ate off the plate!!!

£28 for 2 bacon sandwiches and 2 beers! Bacon was so overdone and cold I near broke my teeth! And couldn't even get it with toast coz the toaster was broken - maybe the extortionate price was including the engineer fee to fix it.....

Terrible experience. Frequently fly from this airport and frequent this bar but tonight as ai sat down to order, a member of the bar staff just yelled at me that they were closed despite a number of customers still drinking there. When I appeared confused & asked if it was ok to sit there, he said that he should say no but go ahead.... in a gery aggressive manner. Bizarre

Disgusting food at horrendous prices. Don't expect salad on your overpriced burger or fresh fries- despite the great marketing photos on display. Talk about miss selling and I paid £30 for two bottles of water and two burgers. Trading standards should be checking up on these cowboys.
