Totally awful order a cheese steak burger and compare photos ....speaks for itself do they look like the last photo... I think not

Love mcdonalds in general but the customer service in Antrim is terrible, the supervisor basically was shouting at me cause there was a misunderstanding with my app order and them poor kids working in this place couldn't make out how to get things sorted. Hope this young guy in white uniform , supervisor I presume will be disciplined or sacked etc , cause Antrim mcdonalds is getting a bad reputation, if u hate ur job just leave ,we attended on 29th of August at 19:05

Food missing & what we got was cold & tastles

Shambles, place was empty, took 15 mins for 1 mcmuffin, they also forgot coffee, no napkins and had to return for sauces ordered, mcmuffin was thrown together and half ripped apart.

We only go here when theres no alternative. Absolutely awful.

Waited 45 minutes for a drink order that never came, after being up to counter to speak to someone and was told they had no hot chocolate, very disappointed.

18 minutes to get the food. Really really slow service. The only fast bit is how quickly you eat it!

We ordered a McDelivery and did not get 4 curry sauce which we payed for. We called McDonalds and they said they couldn’t do anything!!!! This is not the first time this happened. Never again am I ordering from here

Can't really say much other than it was ok. The fries were a funny taste...well tasteless actually. Everything else was the normal standard...oh but no ice for drinks (happens a lot).

I was really hungry today whilst out shopping so thought i would grab a quick burger, I thought i would give McDonalds, J1 Antrim a go, never really like "Manky D's" but it couldn't have been worse than the Burger King effort a few weeks ago, surely!! ...could it... well it was ...... absolutely disgusting. Wet soggy bun half raw, cold patty and clearly constructed and wrapped by someone in the mid throws of an epileptic fit and it was tiny, more of a slider than a burger. I would be embarrassed to serve food like that if i owned a restaurant!!!

This is probably the best organised McDonald's I have been in. Very efficient in getting orders to customers quickly. The food was actually good compared to a few I have visited in past.

Quite busy, I placed my order no receipt in the self service, No.88 my son ordered his ,No.91, waited son got his meals , I still waited, and waited, seen my order sitting on the bench 10 mins passed so I asked was thst mine , it was and they where just gonna hand me it after it was sitting so long, had to ask for it to be replaced another 5 mins waiting just for 3 kids meals, so asked to see a manager and he basically asked what I wanted him to do, only it was for my grandkids I'd off asked for refund, so unimpressed, and still wasn't hot

4th time in a row McDonald's can't understand what a burger with ONIONS ONLY is.... Ballymena got it wrong 3 times so decided to travel to Antrim... wrong again... Full of cheese.... After waiting over 10 minutes for a replacement the till guy was bringing it to the table when I seen him LIFTING OUT THE BURGER WITH HIS BARE HANDS CHECKING It then folding it in the bag... DIRTY BUGGER... taking dirty money then sticking his filthy hands on my food.... DISGUSTING..... Makes you wonder the interview and health & safety training McDonald's staff get...won't be rushing back

You know what you're getting and it doesn't matter who you are.... groups of teens and seniors with grandkids. They do what they do really well.

This is the worst mcdonalds experience. The workers were lounging about and talking while the queue was around the corner so they gave us a number to wait in the car park for our food. Must have waited 20 minutes before realising the food wasn’t coming and we had to go inside for it. After we drove off we realised an entire chicken nugget meal was missing and one of the milkshakes were half filled with purely foam. This place seriously needs a revaluation.

Ronald McDonald tried to put me in the back of his van 😭 he said yeah chicken nuggies

Wrong order and cold, asked staff to fix my order and she looked at me like I had 10 heads.... Said I wanted the order remade, beendtanding minutes waiting on a mc spicey meal.... Staff do not care and aren't helpful at all

Food is not nice compared to other McDonald's in different areas. Chips are thrown into the bag upside down. Orders are never correct always something missing. Food is freezing. They give the drinks out first then get told to move to a bay to wait on food. Even the milkshakes are like slop by the time the Food arrives to the bay. The drinks should be presented with the meal. The staff are rude and the manager is no better. Need to kick it up a notch in the standard department. Baps on the burgers are like soggy flip flops. The lack of pickles also like two pickles to a big Mac lol what the hell is that all about lol 😆 get it sorted you clowns

Simple way to put it was the chips could only be described as warm as was the Big Mac

After so many years, I still can't believe how many eejits working there under the same roof, in the same building 🤦🤦🤦🤦 They just lower the IQ every time I am there 🤦 Every time order is wrong, how the f....k you can make the order wrong every time???!!!!! Then two different eejits don't want to swap cheeseburger for the chickenburger in a happy meal 🤦🤦🤦🤦 Come on use your brain, if you have one and think outside the f.....g box🤦🤦🤦🤦 Some children don't like your beef burgers 🤦 Is that so difficult to understand???!!!! Antrim McDonald's is a place one in a million, with so many eejits not using common sense, the have a world Guinness record of the lowest IQ in one building🤦🤦🤦 So many people coming back the door, because they all have their orders wrong, I can't believe 🤦 Someone of the franchise owner should actually make recruitment more strict and more select the eejits out🤦 Another time in McDonald's Antrim today and another disappointment and pissed off by eejits. McDonald's in Belfast, Dungannon, even in Ballymena is always all good, employees nice and kind. In Antrim you get the eejits and grumpy balloons around.

Worst McDonald's experience we ever had 😞 we were told to pull up at the 2nd window and wait, a girl came with half our order and asked us if we ordered it, we told her what was missing from our order and she walked off never to return. After 20 minutes my partner had to get out of the car and shout in the window to get someone's attention. Someone finally came over and low and behold, it was the wrong order and was stone cold and we got no apology. So disappointed

Stinking food hard grilled chicken wrap was going threw the drive threw rude staff threw the order on my lap quickly shut the window went in to complain how him. How do these people get there jobs.

Waited 20 mins in bay for drive thru food and when we got it was freezing and we had no chips.. worst McDonalds ever!!!

I won’t lie - this is possibly one of the most hit or miss McDonald’s restaurants I have been to… EVER… WORLDWIDE… IN MY LIFE. I’ve never had an issue with the staff, and often times they can be pleasant, but the food?… always incorrect. Without fail. Always something missing. Always something taking far longer than it should. Even when the ticket says a specific instruction, it still comes out wrong. I honestly don’t understand what the issue is. I’ve worked at another McDonald’s location before, and sure, people can make mistakes. But every time without fail?… gosh I don’t know… I think I give up going here in all honesty

I don’t like to complain about McDonalds because I appreciate it very much. That said, today two cars in front of us were asked to pull in and wait. We were too and are waiting at least ten minutes and two cars behind us have also been asked to pull in and wait. We can see a staff member wandering slowly around the car park with an order obviously looking for a car. Our order was regular with no requests for plain meals or anything that should make our order more difficult or take longer to make. This is frustrating with children in the car. We ended up waiting for fifteen minutes with absolutely no apology from the staff member who delivered it. Don’t stop here if you are in a hurry.

Ok we all know Mc’Donalds food is usually great and today it was as expected. However the service which we usually expect to be spot on from Mc’Donalds was NOT today. I wouldn’t be writing this review if this wasn’t at least the third time I have experienced this. Even in other McDonald’s I’ve recently had the same experience. We order something basic like a chicken select and still we are asked to go and wait for it in the car park with a number. Not a SINGLE car got their food in the drive thru. Everyone was waiting. We waited 10 MINUTES! Not acceptable considering the 3 minutes it should take. McDonald’s better do something because their standards are dropping rapidly! They didn’t even apologise…

Service is great here. Probably one of the best McDonalds in the area. Rarely get something wrong and real fast at fixing it. Play ground for the kids and tablets inside for them to play games on

Called in to Junction One on the way back from the airport. Will not buy any food here in the future. Service at the drive through was terrible girl closed the window regardless that we were speaking to her. Chips were cold and soggy. Inedible.. Seems after reading other reviews they dnt really care anyways.

Had to go back to the counter for a forgotten wrap. Then realised they'd given us 16 nuggets in the 20 nugget box not great for 4 hungry kids. Then after all that partners plain burger was fully dressed... Fairly worked off the wrap of the day meal all that up and downing to the the counter hahah. But aye, bit more attention to detail needed wasn't even absolutely jam packed in the store so not really any excuse for it barr not enough attention being given..

Wish I could give zero stars worst McDonald’s in the country workers always sound like they are annoyed I’m ordering and NEVER GET MY ORDER CORRECT I am so sick of this every single time there are items missing, just got home and 4 sour cream dips are missing for which I paid an extra £2. Every single time I lose out on so much money make the order screen bigger if they can’t read it clearly because this is a joke does not happen anywhere else

Burgers were cold and disabled toilet and sink had either dried blood or chocolate on them. The sink could be used but the toilet couldn't be used at all

The food is the same as most restaurants the staff can be unfriendly and not very helpful and Rude. Some look dirty and unkempt with dog hairs on their clothing and hair and beards not covered

Ordered stuff, 3rd time of 4 I didn't get Mc'Crispy bun with chicken. Order around 40 pounds, wth is going on in Antrim McDonalds? They even missed it when I was in the restaurant. Somebody not able to read in there, I guess..

Soooo nice 😋 yummy 😋 yummy 😋 it's just a pity when you go through the drive through and pick up your order there's never any salt pepper sauce or napkins. Even when you order tea or coffee they don't put the milk in so you either have to go back around the drive through again or go into the shop, which defeats the objects of a drive through. 🙁 Even after leaving a review on the mythoughts app, they reply with a apology and yet it still continues to happen. 😠 😡.

Got to the drive through kiosk and sat in line while at 3 cars had orders taken in front of me, didn't say anything when I got to the window as it's kids that work there, got to the window and was handed a hot chocolate and two apple pies, it was meant to be chocolate milkshake. So I was over charged for my order and look at as if it was my mistake. Girl did rectify my order with correct drink. It's not the first time these things have happened at this particular MDs

We got a drive through. Had to drive to the waiting space until the food was ready. Bag was delivered and we were missing items. Had to park up again and run in. Kinda standard now from mcds, duno why we bother going back. Always takes ages and stuff missing

I was served milk in cracked bacteria infested milk "jug" when I complained to the woman that claimed to be the store manager "in charge." she told me to "get over it" the crack was not serious??

Absolute joke, 30 people on one shift and my food tales 10 minutes still!!! Your shop is rotten from the brand new drinks tower to the bottom off franky. You speak to crew like they are just a number, causing chaos for the fun of it!! Learn how to do your job properly.

Poor service shoddy work - order a quarter pound meal no cheese got to the window to collect asked if it was correct no cheese and the girl laughter and said yes and looked at me as if I was stupid. I checked the label on the box (again the server looked at me and was laughing)and it said no cheese but I was stupid as I didn’t check the burger itself until home opened it and it off course had cheese. Took it back asked for manager explained what happen and to be fair he offered a replacement I asked for my money back. He said it’s awful when this happens. Yes it is but from your comment it seems to be what you accept. This is a frequent occurrence no pride in the job no manager ensuring a good standard. Food frequently cold will not vibe back. This is a no star outfit certainly not a flagship for the McDonald brand

Drive thru breakfast disappointment! I stopped for 3 McMuffin breakfast meals at approx 6.30am, got them home and totally inedible. Muffins might have been toasted last week but they were definitely not fresh… £20 wasted!

Only order one cheeseburger and one cappuccino,they tell me go to bay 1 ,then wait for 15mins

A very fine McDonald's. Very clean, very busy and yet very well organised. The food was hot and fresh, the staff friendly and upbeat. I'm not really a McDonalds fan as such but today this one even had a lovely atmosphere. "RECOMMENDED

So I have left this place in horror and disgust so what happened here sounds made up but i assure you I’m not lying I ordered a happy meal for my 8 year old son he has leaning disability’s and he sticks his tongue out at people sometimes so we went in and he stuck his toung out at a worker there she had brown and blond highlights and glasses she gave him a death stare and showed him the middle finger I was so disgusted angry at this display of horrible behaviour to a child the he ran into the toilet a crying because of her action and he slipped and hit his head off the side of urinal because there was a massive puddle of urine on the ground this place is horrable NEVER COME HERE

Go here at least once a week on my work break treat..service is always slower than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to-food can be cold it’s hit and miss, Not only that but tonight was the worst I’ve seen it..30 min wait, looked like more than 10 staff members on..food slammed down at our table, food was cold and thrown together, had half of our cheesy bites-we were hungry so we asked for it to be reheated/remade, stood another 10 minutes (screens blinked off for a min) whole BOH seemed chaotic, multiple members of staff standing and were chatting away, I seen a load of orders sitting..blamed the wait on the system going down-however we were waiting anyway before that happened (and I’ve had to wait more than 10 mins off peak times) and multiple people were complaining..anywhere I’ve worked if an order is wrong it gets priority to be made first? Other orders were coming out..gave up waiting, went to Tim hortons 2 staff on and got our food in less than 2 minutes.

Very clean and spacious. Went there with grandchildren. Friendly staff, catered for all their requirements.

Food was grand but restaurant was very dirty, tables not clean and bins overflowing. Two employees standing in the floor with their two arms the one length.

Well placed maccies, food easy to order at the self service screens. Problem was the lads working there chatting to each other, leaving food on the server in the kitchen and not bringing the orders out, I had to ask one lad to go back and get mine for me, it was on the side for 5 minutes. There was a lady waiting for a large missing part of her order in all the time I was there, with the food she had been given going cold, someone needs to have a talk to the lads working at 9pm on 07/12/2023.

Usually end up here as the Ballymena one is a shambles and doesn't seem to know if it's open or not for sit in... This one has lots of room, very clean and friendly staff...

They always get my order wrong. Chilli grilled chicken wrap, they give me breaded which I'm intolerant to yeast, no mayo, they give me mayo, I gave up, not worth wasting money.

Sadly this place has gone bad. Went today as a treat and what we got wasn't good. My burger was cold, actually cold, we ordered coke and got something else which wasn't recognisable and to top it off, we found hairs in our chips. The young manager (extremely young) was very professional, the other manager seemed to want to chat with his fellow countrymen rather than deal with actual customers. After the hairs we couldn't eat anything. Too many children work in that place.

37 of us bailed into McDonald's, Antrim at 6pm this evening. We were seated in less than five minutes and had all our food 10 minutes later. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff - they did a fab job catering for us..... and the 39 people who arrived shortly after us. They couldn't be more helpful. Well done to all.

This is my 2nd rant about this place & lady as won't be back, waste of money. My burger was freezing, bun just feel apart out of date. My daughter had the vegan burger customised also freezing. Took both back up, young girl who doesn't want to be there got me 2 freshly made burgers, buns still weren't great. Few untidy tables lying about & bins needed emptied. Zer0 stars

Went in early Saturday morning so was pretty quiet. Ordered food for 2, due to it being so quiet I was only person waiting near the counter and because it took so long I occupied myself by watching staff working in the kitchen, decent view of the food assembly area, shocked to see a staff member put a flatbread on another's head an pat it down on their head and then lean over the assembly area to put it on another's head and play around with it. As I'd ordered the cheesy flatbread I was just a tad concerned I was gonna be served it .. during the 15 mins it took to finally get my food together I was served 2 coffees that had been waiting on the side since I had first put the order in, not particularly warm when I took a drink, pancakes an sausage ordered... No syrup given. Complained about the behaviour of staff and asked for reassurances that I hadn't received the one being played about with.... Staff member couldn't care less... Said they hadn't seen what was going on even though they were participating in the p*ssing about with food. Reminded them the public can see what's going on... Again... Couldn't care less.... After this experience... No interest in giving my hard earned money again

Call to grab there new Italian stack burgers waited at the drive through to order was waiting to order for about 10minutes could hear them having a conversation and laughing as the intercom was still on eventually ordered had to do it a few times as she was still having a laugh with her colleagues found this really ignorant, drove round to pay ignored again too busy laughing with a junior manager and work colleague. Picked up my order had ordered on Italian burger stack meal and one chicken Italian stack meal when we opened it the both burgers were the same maybe if McDonald's had seniors on shifts to manage staff would mess up so much very annoying and ignorant. To late to drive back to complain would off probably messed that up to
