The Lagan bar and restaurant in Belfast

Girls behind bar were lovley, friendly and quick to serve. Good place to chill before flight, thank you and keep up the great work

Creo que solo necesito añadir a todas las otras críticas muy negativas. El lugar es sucio, tiene música demasiado alta, al personal no le importa realmente - pero lo que es increíble es que la respuesta de la dirección durante los últimos 6 meses mínimo es ... ". Gracias por llamarnos la atención”, pero claramente no hacen absolutamente nada para rectificar la situación de la que cientos de viajeros se quejan. Escribo esta opinión sentado en el aeropuerto de Faro y no puedo creer la experiencia de diferencia aquí. Estoy sentado en el bar principal, Mulligans. Impecable limpio , mesas / suelo / área de servicio de alimentos - todo limpio . , Alimentos El personal y la cocina recién cocinados que realmente parecen estar contentos de estar aquí. Esperemos que Vinci - que son dueños de estos dos aeropuertos pueden involucrarse y ordenar la horrible experiencia gastronómica / de bebida que es el bar Lagan. Debería avergonzarnos a todos los ciudadanos de Irlanda del Norte de nuestro importante aeropuerto.

Viajó para uno de los primeros vuelos del día en el aeropuerto. El lugar estaba lo suficientemente ocupado en términos de capacidad para sentarse, pero había poco a modo de cola en el propio bar. Solo 3 personas en frente, sin embargo, todavía tomó un tiempo inusualmente largo (10 + minutos) solo para ser servido. Los precios que se esperan en un aeropuerto son High Street más un poco más, pero aparte de engañar a un mercado cautivo en el aeropuerto y esperar que los viajeros o van por negocios y por lo tanto subvencionados o de vacaciones así que pagarán por la nariz no hay nada que justifique los precios premium. Está bien sentarse y el ambiente está bien, siempre que no haya despedidas de soltero / soltera preparándose para una sesión completa antes de su escapada! En general, está bien, nada menos... pero tampoco nada más.

¡Si tienes hambre no comas aquí! Las alas fueron las más secas y peores que he experimentado por el privilegio de pagar 13 libras. ¡Los precios del aeropuerto los conozco pero al menos nos dan algo de valor! ¡Honestamente prefiero morir de hambre que comer esas alas de nuevo! Muy decepcionado

¡Al menos Dick Turpin llevaba máscara! En primer lugar, larga cola por la puerta solo para hacer un pedido. Los vasos vacíos y los platos sucios aún permanecían en las mesas desocupadas. Pedí un vaso de Merlot y dos pintas de Moretti. Bill llegó a £ 27. 67 ! Cuando le pedí a la camarera que revisara esto, me dijo que la pequeña copa de vino, vertida de una botella ya abierta, costaba 13 libras solo. Así que fui a revisar los precios de los bares que solían mostrarse justo dentro de la entrada solo para descubrir que esto había sido reemplazado por una pantalla de Vuelos Salidas. Así que le pedí a la camarera una copia de los precios de sus barras. Su respuesta fue que había un código QR impreso en la esquina inferior de los menús que, si se escaneaba, daba un enlace a los precios. Le pregunté qué debía hacer si no tenía un teléfono inteligente al que recibía encogiéndose de hombros y ella procedió a servir al siguiente cliente. Totalmente ridículo rip - de precios, bar con poco personal y mesas sucias. Leí donde el aeropuerto había duplicado sus ganancias en el último año. Con el bar Lagan, puedo entender por qué. Me han pillado una vez, pero nunca más. La gente debe evitar este lugar como la plaga.

If I could give 0 I would!! Stood waiting whilst 4 staff members talked next to a fridge for a good few minutes with no one else waiting at the bar. When I was finally noticed the lad behind the bar merely looked at me did not greet me at all. I ordered my drinks and he looked at the fridge unable to find a Pinot Grigio when I asked if they had any he simply said no. I went ahead and order a different wine, with no apology the staff member told me the price and that was it. No thank you or comment at all!! For £16+ for a wine and a beer at the very least a friendly member of staff would be nice. Shocking service!!

Being in here was like being in a 1970s disco. Music so loud it frazzles your brain. An adult needs to take control of the volume.

Sticky tables Advertising change bap to gluten free one and when you go to place order the burger isn’t gluten free no gluten free baps available and the fryer cooks potato bread for breakfast so chips can’t be gluten free I was told sorry no good for you to order here ! But they advertise it ? Very hard for a medical Diagnoses and flight delayed and children hungry Needs addressed

I wouldn’t even give this place a star but I needed to leave this review!! I have a video but surprisingly this doesn’t allow me to leave one. This place was actual filth!! Every single and I mean every single table had old glasses and plates on it, and 4 staff members standing about doing sweet F A!!! I paid £8,95 for a pint of cider. £8.95!!!! I can’t get over this place as someone who has worked in bars for years I’m honestly shook. There is another bar in the airport that I would highly ensure you go to! The only reason people are drawn here is cause they play music to get you in the mood for your holidays, don’t be fooled. Never ever again.

The place is filthy. Tables sticky and dirty, floor covered in rubbish and sticky with grime and grease. Completely over priced. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned even after that my glass still stuck to the table . Ketchup bottles filthy as was the cutlery. Avoid!

Disgusting place! Dust everywhere, even on the card machines! The ceiling tiles are filthy as are the light fittings. I had to ask for 3 new glasses as they kept serving me in dirty glasses with soap scum on them from the dishwashing machine. Staff weren’t listening at all to my order (of 2 drinks!), they had music pumping far too loud , probably why the couldn’t hear my order to be fair…. Just an awful place… go to Fed and Watered just across from it instead for far superior service and cleanliness!

Steer well clear of Lagan Bar when in airport, there are other places to eat & drink, if you pay by card make sure they haven’t charged you twice.

I was assured by the bar man that the Guinness was good. The Guinness was NOT Good! And 7 pound for the privilege. You'd get better Guinness out of a draught can. Awful

My view of this bar, like most of Aldergrove facilities is below average compared to other UK/Euro airports. But it is what it is and we just have to make do with what is available when want glass/bottle of wine to start holiday experience. However, were there last Tuesday (5 March) and 2 members of staff working… Natasha and Tiernan. So happy, friendly and brilliant service. A credit to the bar and look forward to hopefully seeing them both again!! 10/10 for all

Quick handy breakfast and pint before my flight, can’t beat it! Everywhere in airport was super busy but was able to come here order quickly from my phone and it arrive within 10Mins, no issues :)

The staff and the rest of the lagan isn't lacking in nothing apart from staff who are well manors kind helpfull always smiling working helping just fabulous but there was bartender who was more than polite and was very very kind and always active to wat you need s are her name was Katie w who served me gracefully fols 👍❤️🙏thank you Katie w

Extremely expensive which is expected at an airport. Please do not order the lunch food. It was so bad people next to us were laughing at us for buying it. Chips and cheese for over £6 = 10 oven chips with liquid cheese on them and a tea spoon of shavings. Chicken skewers over £15= micro stuck together rice portion with two small micro skewers slightly burnt at the end and a tiny plastic tub of coleslaw. Just don’t order food and feel stupid and robbed. And…….hungry. Ripped off

All good. Two ultimate frys ordered. Could not fault it at all. Airport was fairly quiet. Not that cheap, but fine given this is an airport. Service also good.

Well...went to this bar for a pre flight drink. My mistake was not asking how much the drinks are - there are no prices for drinks to see prior to ordering! I ordered 2 house red wines and one packet of crisps. To my horror, the price came to just short of £20. I advise never to visit this place as it's a complete rip off. Be aware!

Best service ive ever had bar none! The waitress was lovely ☺️ introduced herself as Hollie O and gave us the full run down of everything. Nothing was a problem for her, especially as my husband has a few food allergies, but she made us feel like it was no problem at all. We will definately be back!

Crowded, dirty and completely overpriced. Staff are trying their best and probably the only positive point about this place.

I flew out this morning on a business trip and decided to have breakfast while I waited. I was greeted by a lovely girl called Hollie O. She could not have been more attentive! After bringing me the menu, she advised me on my gluten free options (as I am coeliac) which was great and put my mind at rest. After my food arrived she made sure I had all I needed and brought me anything I asked for. I fly regularly and will most definately be back and hope to get Hollie O again.

Long queue for service but only 3 out of a possible 4 open! 3 electronic display boards visible; only 1 showing departures! The other 2 advertising drinks. No sauvignon blanc wine! Paid £10 for a glass of pinot grigio!

Brilliant service from start to finish from both Samantha and kendal x they both introduced themselves and were very friendly. The bar was mental, but both took the time to chat to us asking us how we were and where we were heading! En-route to Intercontinental in Edinburgh for a few days. Popped into the Lagan Bar in Belfast International Airport for Breakfast. Great start to the day. First class food. Bar staff.... absolutely super. My wife and I have to say....Kiah... was so courteous and efficient...10/10 Recommend...

Was in today and was served by Daniel & Natasha (Dark hair). Top service, very polite and helpful when it came to my order. Top atmosphere with even better beer! Would highly recommend.
