Guy who answers the phone is bizarrely aggressive for working in a chippy. Found it a bit sad tbh. I personally wouldn't be telling customers to come fight me at the shop but guess he has more passion for the job than I do. That or he's nothing better to be doing with his time. Food never turned up otherwise I'd comment on it.

Waited over 2 hours for the food which i ended up going to the shop myself to pick up as we couldnt wait any longer , i rang the store and they had transferred my order to a different store which said it was on its way and it hadn't left the shop

The chips were cold and the fish was okay. I’ve had better elsewhere. My order was 30 minutes late and it took forever for my order to be delivered. Won’t be ordering from Chip Co again.

Send half of the order then argue with you about it just say the driver is away home girl on phone has a attitude problem

Over an 2 hours wait to deliver food, food freezing on arrival unable to eat due to this, definitely won’t be ordering from here again

I put this order in with botanic chip company as I have done many times before only for them to transfer the order to andersontown the order was 2 and half hours late only to arrive freezing and missing the 2 large meals as they didn't transfer the full order over

Claim they delivered when they didn’t. Absolutely ridiculous service, will never be anywhere near them ever again

Took just over a hour for food to arrive with little to no updates on the app which was a bit disappointing, food was delivered cold but was easily heated and still tasty in the end😊

two hours to come becasue the driver couldn’t find the location even though it was clear. Resturant told us 3 times he was “a couple mins away” when he was not. 2 hours later.

over a hour later and not to warm i should get my money back and hope for the best for a delivery or just make my own from now on

Unfortunately received the wrong dip and the chicken goujons were tough and chewy. I appreciate these things sometimes happen, as it is generally decent food.

Don’t normally leave reviews but honestly disappointed. Normally really like this place but this time was waiting over an hour for my food and when I rang them the man on the phone was extremely ignorant and kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. When food finally came was stone cold and soggy. won’t be ordering from here again.

paid for an 8oz dip, got 2oz dip, food was cold

Awful, ask for bacon and cheese on my burger not given. Was late the burger was cold, the food was just left on the doorstep. Would never order from here again.

Usually our favourite take away, under the layer off cheese on the taco chip there is just a black burnt chunk, it's so hard and black I've actually no idea what it is, disappointing

Ordered a battered sausage meal my number was called I went to the front and they give it away to someone else then the cheek of the older women was disgusting blaming me even tho they give my food away without checking peoples order numbers. On top of that I paid a pound for cheese which was hardly any at all.

2 hours for delivery, food was freezing by then

left the food at the door without knocking/ringing doorbell and didn't ring me and it was 0°C outside food was ice cold

I messed up my delivery and they helped me fix it and it was fresh and lovely and so tasty!

The food never arrived. Restaurant would not answer phone. Eventually gave up at 3.30 am (30 mins after place closed) Awaiting refund

awful chippy and too expensive, the guy overcharged and didn't even give what i ordered, small portions for the price and curry tasted like peas. should've went to gucci chip instead.

Was overcharged, and even the amount i should have been charged was extortionate for the food quality. They also forgot parts of my order completely.

Services was the Best... size of food was massive and taste was the best. Highly recommended.

Staff was not very helpful I ask for curry on the fish never got it I asked for 2 dips in the Order because one came with the meal and the other one never got it

onion rings were cold left in message no sauce on hotdog...when opened there was sauce. Disappointed.

My order never showed up. rang the restaurant twice and they said it was on the way yet it never came. i tried to ring back and all i heard was music down the phone. i am appalled at the lack of communication and service this place offers and will not be ordering from it again!!

This place has gone to the dogs. They also reduced the quantity/size of goujons. Goujon meal tonight was over £10 which is insane. Staff still nice. Management decisions.

As always beautiful cod no bones I don’t order chips as they are never well done and brown no were cooks chips long enough but the few chips that came with the cod were brown well done, sweet beautiful if chips were always like this I would order with every meal

1st time ordering. beautiful. standard chippy grub. ordered at 1am, so thought I was taking a chance, may/may not come, may/may not be nice. Wasn't late, food was hot, & good seeing a white man delivering, (knowing where he's going) will order again!

delivery was late,restaurant said they were busy fair enough. the chicken goujans and curry sauce were really good although the chips were abysmal like eating cardboard probably due to how late they were.

Usually this chip shop is excellent ,, not today , ordered split fish which was ok , but chips that came with it were very bad , just reheated ,, pasty bap ,, bap was out of date , terrible , and pastie again was reheated , batter was tough and hard to chew ,, first time I have not been happy with this restaurant

the chips was cold hard and stale and tasted as if left over night the chicken tasted like rubber and the drinks were warm because of the amount of time they were left sitting they went still and the gravy had lump and didn’t taste up to standers i would like a refund

Food quality has really fell. The chips we got for a kids meal were cold and hard. Kids couldn’t eat them. Waste of money.

waited with my 7 year old for over an hour and a half for food only to be meet with two(one female,one male) cheeky useless workers on the phone. who lied about how long delivery would take. ended up ordering a Chinese for me and son. food never arrived and they wouldn't answer phone. I hope the manager gets rid of these two employees as they will run your chippy to the ground.

Best cod in Belfast never a bone or I would be gone now I eat CB here 1:2 times a week because the cod is so good all the food I have had had been fab

Order was placed at 11:48pm and did not arrive until 1:45AM. After calling the shop at 12:55AM I was told it was out with the delivery driver and left the shop 20mins ago. Called again at 1:30am and was told delivery driver was not contactable at the time. Food arrived at 1:45AM, soggy, cold and with items on it that I asked specifically not to have. Haven’t had chip co in a long time and decided to give another chance to be left starving and given bad quality food after waiting for 2hours.

Me and My mummy got a chippy last night and now she has food poisoning

I was in late on Tuesday night after a gig. The 2 lads who served me were absolutely fantastic. Great banter and the food was delicious. Both those lads and the delivery driver are an asset to your company.

Wouldn’t be ordering again, got a fish and can’t even eat it cause it soggy, chips are terrible and the delivery driver spent more time in his car than bringing the food to use

Best chip shop in Belfast. Food always hot not greasy cod is beautiful I’m a fuss with cod if I hit a bone I would be finished I have never had a bone with chip co the battered mushrooms are delicious I don’t know if it’s a thing but why are chips not brown like they used to be that’s why I don’t buy chips no matter were you buy them they are white under cooked. Anyway I cant say enough good about chip co 100% top

Acabo de comprarle un chip a la compañía de chips en Botanic Avenue Belfast. Las fichas que recibí solo eran aptas para el contenedor. A 4 libras. 60 por porción que se podría esperar una porción fresca de patatas fritas. No puedes seguir sirviendo comida como esta y esperar seguir en el negocio.

Chips were fine. Fish was nice but vay skinny. Batter was chewy and needs work.

Ordered at 9.30pm and received order after 11.05pm on a Monday night. I live 2 miles from the chip shop so no excuse for the delay. Sausage and chips were cold. The gravy chip was hot but very little gravy and the chips were soggy. Would not order again or recommend.

I gave delivery notes about adding salt and omitting onions and ketchup, these notes were ignored.

I ordered 3x sausages as it says on the receipt and a chicken burger with mayonaise and 2x. Battered sausages so why when my order arrived was there only 2x sausages and no mayonnaise on my chicken burger i am a regular enough customer not happy what so ever!!!
