paid for an 8oz dip, got 2oz dip, food was cold

Awful, ask for bacon and cheese on my burger not given. Was late the burger was cold, the food was just left on the doorstep. Would never order from here again.

Food was great but delivery took absolutely ages.

guy gave me a call to say he was running a little behind cause of traffic probably the first person to ever do that top job (y)

Usually our favourite take away, under the layer off cheese on the taco chip there is just a black burnt chunk, it's so hard and black I've actually no idea what it is, disappointing

Ordered a battered sausage meal my number was called I went to the front and they give it away to someone else then the cheek of the older women was disgusting blaming me even tho they give my food away without checking peoples order numbers. On top of that I paid a pound for cheese which was hardly any at all.

2 hours for delivery, food was freezing by then

I messed up my delivery and they helped me fix it and it was fresh and lovely and so tasty!

left the food at the door without knocking/ringing doorbell and didn't ring me and it was 0°C outside food was ice cold

The food never arrived. Restaurant would not answer phone. Eventually gave up at 3.30 am (30 mins after place closed) Awaiting refund

only problem I asked and paid for coke and got coke zero once again which I can't stand

Was overcharged, and even the amount i should have been charged was extortionate for the food quality. They also forgot parts of my order completely.

awful chippy and too expensive, the guy overcharged and didn't even give what i ordered, small portions for the price and curry tasted like peas. should've went to gucci chip instead.

Services was the Best... size of food was massive and taste was the best. Highly recommended.

Staff was not very helpful I ask for curry on the fish never got it I asked for 2 dips in the Order because one came with the meal and the other one never got it

onion rings were cold left in message no sauce on hotdog...when opened there was sauce. Disappointed.

My order never showed up. rang the restaurant twice and they said it was on the way yet it never came. i tried to ring back and all i heard was music down the phone. i am appalled at the lack of communication and service this place offers and will not be ordering from it again!!

This place has gone to the dogs. They also reduced the quantity/size of goujons. Goujon meal tonight was over £10 which is insane. Staff still nice. Management decisions.

As always beautiful cod no bones I don’t order chips as they are never well done and brown no were cooks chips long enough but the few chips that came with the cod were brown well done, sweet beautiful if chips were always like this I would order with every meal

1st time ordering. beautiful. standard chippy grub. ordered at 1am, so thought I was taking a chance, may/may not come, may/may not be nice. Wasn't late, food was hot, & good seeing a white man delivering, (knowing where he's going) will order again!

delivery was late,restaurant said they were busy fair enough. the chicken goujans and curry sauce were really good although the chips were abysmal like eating cardboard probably due to how late they were.

Usually this chip shop is excellent ,, not today , ordered split fish which was ok , but chips that came with it were very bad , just reheated ,, pasty bap ,, bap was out of date , terrible , and pastie again was reheated , batter was tough and hard to chew ,, first time I have not been happy with this restaurant

the chips was cold hard and stale and tasted as if left over night the chicken tasted like rubber and the drinks were warm because of the amount of time they were left sitting they went still and the gravy had lump and didn’t taste up to standers i would like a refund

Food quality has really fell. The chips we got for a kids meal were cold and hard. Kids couldn’t eat them. Waste of money.

waited with my 7 year old for over an hour and a half for food only to be meet with two(one female,one male) cheeky useless workers on the phone. who lied about how long delivery would take. ended up ordering a Chinese for me and son. food never arrived and they wouldn't answer phone. I hope the manager gets rid of these two employees as they will run your chippy to the ground.

Best cod in Belfast never a bone or I would be gone now I eat CB here 1:2 times a week because the cod is so good all the food I have had had been fab

Order was placed at 11:48pm and did not arrive until 1:45AM. After calling the shop at 12:55AM I was told it was out with the delivery driver and left the shop 20mins ago. Called again at 1:30am and was told delivery driver was not contactable at the time. Food arrived at 1:45AM, soggy, cold and with items on it that I asked specifically not to have. Haven’t had chip co in a long time and decided to give another chance to be left starving and given bad quality food after waiting for 2hours.

I was in late on Tuesday night after a gig. The 2 lads who served me were absolutely fantastic. Great banter and the food was delicious. Both those lads and the delivery driver are an asset to your company.

Wouldn’t be ordering again, got a fish and can’t even eat it cause it soggy, chips are terrible and the delivery driver spent more time in his car than bringing the food to use

Best chip shop in Belfast. Food always hot not greasy cod is beautiful I’m a fuss with cod if I hit a bone I would be finished I have never had a bone with chip co the battered mushrooms are delicious I don’t know if it’s a thing but why are chips not brown like they used to be that’s why I don’t buy chips no matter were you buy them they are white under cooked. Anyway I cant say enough good about chip co 100% top

Acabo de comprarle un chip a la compañía de chips en Botanic Avenue Belfast. Las fichas que recibí solo eran aptas para el contenedor. A 4 libras. 60 por porción que se podría esperar una porción fresca de patatas fritas. No puedes seguir sirviendo comida como esta y esperar seguir en el negocio.

Chips were fine. Fish was nice but vay skinny. Batter was chewy and needs work.

Ordered at 9.30pm and received order after 11.05pm on a Monday night. I live 2 miles from the chip shop so no excuse for the delay. Sausage and chips were cold. The gravy chip was hot but very little gravy and the chips were soggy. Would not order again or recommend.

I gave delivery notes about adding salt and omitting onions and ketchup, these notes were ignored.

Really hot food food was lovely driver was very polite and it did not come out the boot of the car. Only fault they forgot my gravy

I ordered 3x sausages as it says on the receipt and a chicken burger with mayonaise and 2x. Battered sausages so why when my order arrived was there only 2x sausages and no mayonnaise on my chicken burger i am a regular enough customer not happy what so ever!!!

A mi pareja no le gustan nada las salsas así que había llamado y pedido que me reemplazaran la comida. El tipo en el teléfono era agradable y yo había mencionado el sitio web horrible por lo que había dicho que voy a conseguir una nueva comida de hamburguesa. Todo mientras escuchaba a una trabajadora chillando sobre lo que estaba haciendo en el fondo. El repartidor había venido y había pedido la hamburguesa de vuelta que no se indicaba en la llamada telefónica. Vivo en una casa uni así que en lugar de tirar la comida se la ofrecí a alguien que la comiera. El repartidor básicamente me gritaba en mi propia puerta principal diciéndome “obviamente no hay nada malo con la hamburguesa entonces” y así sucesivamente hasta que se fue y me dijo que llamara a la comida para llevar yo mismo. Llamé y me encontré con un hombre muy hostil que no me dejaba hablar en términos de borde. De nuevo pude escuchar los gritos absolutos de la mujer de fondo. Le dije que no me dijeron que querrían la hamburguesa de vuelta. Luego me pasó con el chico original al que estaba llamando y el problema se resolvió ya que él mismo sabía que no lo dijo, por lo que el conductor tuvo que regresar por segunda vez. Entendería que querrían la comida de vuelta si dijeran que la hamburguesa estaba mal cocinada, así que probaría eso, pero sabían que la hamburguesa me fue enviada completamente vestida, ya que es como lo hacen, pero nuevamente no se indicó en el sitio web. Mala excusa de un sitio web y mala excusa para un chippy que claramente necesita personal mejor capacitado sobre cómo lidiar con estas situaciones. Punto de formación 1 : RELAX lol

Extremely vague website with no description of anything resulted in a “cheese burger meal” (in any other takeaway this is a plain burger unless you say otherwise) coming fully dressed with relish. My partner does not like sauces at all so I had rang and asked for my food to be replaced. The guy on the phone was pleasant and I had mentioned the awful website so he had said I will get a new burger meal delivered. All whilst I could hear a female worker screeching about what I was taking about in the background. The delivery driver had came and asked for the burger back which was not stated on the phone call. I live in a uni house so instead of dumping the food I offered it to someone who would eat it. The delivery driver was basically shouting at me at my own front door telling me “there’s obviously nothing wrong with the burger then” so on and so forth until he drove off and told me to ring the takeaway myself. I rang and was met with a very hostile man who would not let me get a word in edge wise. Again I could hear the absolute screams of the woman in the background. I told him I was not told they would want the burger back. He then passed me along to the original guy I was phoning and the issue was then resolved as he knew himself he didn’t say so the driver had to drive back for the second time. I’d understand they would want the food back if say the burger was undercooked so it would prove that but they knew the burger was sent to me fully dressed as it is how they do it but it was again not stated on the website. Poor excuse of a website and poor excuse for a chippy who clearly need staff better trained on how to deal with these situations. Training point 1: RELAX lol

the most disgusting food in the north of ireland the chips were soggy no wonder they give you loads the cod was wrapped in something they tell you its batter its not the chicken fillet is and should be removed from the menu i have eat in some bad places but this is the worst food 34 pounds worth deliverd i wouldnt even feed it to my dog this place should be shut down ASAP what are the food inspectors doing in this country not there job thats for sure iv never wrote online about any food but this i had to its gross and thats me being nice

Only stopped for a chip. The portion of the large chip is huge and the chips themselves are lovely but they are so stingey with the vinegar I’ve never had more watered down vinegar in my life

Avoid at all cost...drove from Newtownabbey...took ages to get served hardly any customers...burger and battered sausages must have been from yesterday re heated 6 times, you could have threw it at the peelers and done damage, no salt or vinegar on anything or tar tar sauce on the fish this was after I asked the fella who was serving 3 times because he looked like a simple cxxt andi wasproved correct....fuxxing raging!

Ordered £20 of food and was waiting for over an hour, I called chip co and the man on the phone laughed at me and said it had been delivered and hung up! The app then said it had been delivered when it hadn’t. Do not order here as they will scam you. Do not order from here unless you can afford £20 to disappear into thin air. Shocking.

Chips were flavourless, when I asked for salt and vinegar and got none, chicken goujons were ok, pastie was unfortunately dreadful, was like biting through rubber, couldn't even give it to the child, when it was actually the kids meal and the chicken gravy was just lumpy stuff which looked and smelt awful. First time getting from the place and was really looking forward to it, but only thing I could eat was the goujons.
