Don't waste your time or money. They have messed me about for 2 hours over 4 phone calls with their own staff catching them out in lies. I was hung up on and had my order cancelled when I have been waiting for so long and trying to communicate. The driver eventually arrived 2 hours later at 2:20 when he left Chip Co at 1:10 (I only live 5 minutes away). The staff are absolutely ridiculous.

No malgastes tu tiempo o dinero. Me han metido durante 2 horas en 4 llamadas telefónicas con su propio personal pillándolos en mentiras. Me colgaron y cancelaron mi pedido cuando he estado esperando durante tanto tiempo y tratando de comunicarme. El conductor finalmente llegó 2 horas después a las 2 : 20 cuando dejó Chip Co a la 1: 10 (Solo vivo a 5 minutos). El personal es absolutamente ridículo.

Prices are a joke. A chip is cheaper in the SSE arena which is seriously saying something about your pricing. Sort it out.

Visited this place with my girlfriend last month after a long day out, both of us were very hungry! Staff were not wearing gloves and eating sweets whilst preparing and packing our food. When ordering at the counter, a blonde middle aged woman took our orders and wasn't the friendliest of people, could have improved her attitude 😿 the Mexican burger was woeful, disheartening and disappointing. Chips were cold, we consumed them after getting home about two mins walk after receiving the food!

Fish was severely undercooked, and I mean undercooked. £11.95 for fish & chips too is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful pricing considering the quality of food you will receive. Avoid.

La aplicación de entrega no funcionó, porque cuando llamé me dijeron que no tenían tiempo para actualizarla, pero la comida debería estar allí pronto. ¡La comida estaba fría! ¡No haga pedidos a esta empresa! Llamé al gerente y esta fue su respuesta... puedo reemplazar la comida pero tienes que esperar. Ya había esperado 50 minutos. Cuando llegó la comida, debería haber sabido que el repartidor ni siquiera esperaría una propina, ya que sabía que la comida estaba fría. Cuando dije que no podía esperar en una orden de reemplazo, él dijo “¿qué quieres que haga? ? ” Era simplemente un caso de chuparlo. Este lugar es un último recurso nocturno cuando has estado fuera por la noche y simplemente no tienes otra opción. Comida de mierda, actitud de mierda, y NUNCA más! No voy a decepcionar con ninguna mierda de fotos. Realmente te dejaría fuera.

Tasty staff, friendly food, always to a high quality regardless of time of day. Open to 3am is a sensational, unique feature.

Chicken burger was absolutely murdered. Burnt and cut marks all through it

Guy who answers the phone is bizarrely aggressive for working in a chippy. Found it a bit sad tbh. I personally wouldn't be telling customers to come fight me at the shop but guess he has more passion for the job than I do. That or he's nothing better to be doing with his time. Food never turned up otherwise I'd comment on it.

Waited over 2 hours for the food which i ended up going to the shop myself to pick up as we couldnt wait any longer , i rang the store and they had transferred my order to a different store which said it was on its way and it hadn't left the shop

The chips were cold and the fish was okay. I’ve had better elsewhere. My order was 30 minutes late and it took forever for my order to be delivered. Won’t be ordering from Chip Co again.

Send half of the order then argue with you about it just say the driver is away home girl on phone has a attitude problem

Over an 2 hours wait to deliver food, food freezing on arrival unable to eat due to this, definitely won’t be ordering from here again

I put this order in with botanic chip company as I have done many times before only for them to transfer the order to andersontown the order was 2 and half hours late only to arrive freezing and missing the 2 large meals as they didn't transfer the full order over

Claim they delivered when they didn’t. Absolutely ridiculous service, will never be anywhere near them ever again

Took just over a hour for food to arrive with little to no updates on the app which was a bit disappointing, food was delivered cold but was easily heated and still tasty in the end😊

Unfortunately received the wrong dip and the chicken goujons were tough and chewy. I appreciate these things sometimes happen, as it is generally decent food.

Don’t normally leave reviews but honestly disappointed. Normally really like this place but this time was waiting over an hour for my food and when I rang them the man on the phone was extremely ignorant and kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. When food finally came was stone cold and soggy. won’t be ordering from here again.

Usually our favourite take away, under the layer off cheese on the taco chip there is just a black burnt chunk, it's so hard and black I've actually no idea what it is, disappointing

Ordered a battered sausage meal my number was called I went to the front and they give it away to someone else then the cheek of the older women was disgusting blaming me even tho they give my food away without checking peoples order numbers. On top of that I paid a pound for cheese which was hardly any at all.

I messed up my delivery and they helped me fix it and it was fresh and lovely and so tasty!

The food never arrived. Restaurant would not answer phone. Eventually gave up at 3.30 am (30 mins after place closed) Awaiting refund

Was overcharged, and even the amount i should have been charged was extortionate for the food quality. They also forgot parts of my order completely.

awful chippy and too expensive, the guy overcharged and didn't even give what i ordered, small portions for the price and curry tasted like peas. should've went to gucci chip instead.

Services was the Best... size of food was massive and taste was the best. Highly recommended.

This place has gone to the dogs. They also reduced the quantity/size of goujons. Goujon meal tonight was over £10 which is insane. Staff still nice. Management decisions.

it was just okay, some of the food arrived tepid and a lot of the chips were as hard as bullets

As always beautiful cod no bones I don’t order chips as they are never well done and brown no were cooks chips long enough but the few chips that came with the cod were brown well done, sweet beautiful if chips were always like this I would order with every meal

1st time ordering. beautiful. standard chippy grub. ordered at 1am, so thought I was taking a chance, may/may not come, may/may not be nice. Wasn't late, food was hot, & good seeing a white man delivering, (knowing where he's going) will order again!

delivery was late,restaurant said they were busy fair enough. the chicken goujans and curry sauce were really good although the chips were abysmal like eating cardboard probably due to how late they were.

Usually this chip shop is excellent ,, not today , ordered split fish which was ok , but chips that came with it were very bad , just reheated ,, pasty bap ,, bap was out of date , terrible , and pastie again was reheated , batter was tough and hard to chew ,, first time I have not been happy with this restaurant

the chips was cold hard and stale and tasted as if left over night the chicken tasted like rubber and the drinks were warm because of the amount of time they were left sitting they went still and the gravy had lump and didn’t taste up to standers i would like a refund

Food quality has really fell. The chips we got for a kids meal were cold and hard. Kids couldn’t eat them. Waste of money.

waited with my 7 year old for over an hour and a half for food only to be meet with two(one female,one male) cheeky useless workers on the phone. who lied about how long delivery would take. ended up ordering a Chinese for me and son. food never arrived and they wouldn't answer phone. I hope the manager gets rid of these two employees as they will run your chippy to the ground.
