The best restaurants in England

Incredible food and fast service. I highly recommend their sag aloo, sag panir and mixed vegetable curry. I highly recommend getting takeaway from here.

We've been to this restaurant a few times and always had great service , because of this we decided to order for hone delivery the food cost £45 and was only half what you get in the restaurant. It took 1hr 45 mins to arrive and was cold and a miniscule portion ... at best its £20 worth of food in today's market absolutely won't use these again and I'm gutted because the food in house is great n good value for money

The food and the customer service was very lovely. I would recommend you book before going because we had to wait a while Very pricey but worth it.

Beef shin was fatty but everything else was amazing. Got food poisoning. Don’t eat the beef shin.

Awful service can’t even give them one star they didn’t care at all left us wait order for 15min and only asked when we was about to walk out sad really look like a nice coffee shop

Took my mum for her 75th birthday for afternoon tea with the family. Having already phoned twice to check about having some of the sandwiches without mustard and sauce etc and asking if there could be a candle for mum in one of the cakes, none of my requests were known! Then the waiter accidentally knocked one of the glasses of champagne off the tray onto mum and I! Bit of a disaster from the get go! Having borrowed a hairdryer so we could actually have tea, it was ok. We all agreed we would have liked a couple more sandwiches as these were the best bits. The cakes were fine. The strawberry jam with the scones was dreadful and we had to ask for more cream as it was quite stingy. Beautiful building, nice decor but won't be rushing back.

The food is ok. Expensive for what it is. For such a restaurant it is disappointing. Moreover, The place is noisy and the staff Is not well trained. The service was a bit messy. They were disorganised.

Really quaint little village shop that's a bit like Mar Poppins handbag. Don't know how they can cram soooooo much stuff into such a little shop Really fairly priced and alot more on offer than just the expected famous 'sticky toffee pudding' which is to die for and us served hot to take away

Spa needs to be extended to match the growing accommodation. Didn't get chance to do much in the spa because it was so busy. They also stop serving food very early in the spa deli so be prepared to go all day without eating if you have treatments booked in the afternoon. Long waits at reception. Check your bill as they do try to charge for things you haven't had or received.

We stopped by for a meal en route to Scotland on a car rally. A great visit and enjoyed the range of food, the staff were helpful and friendly.
