Amazing food and brilliant service here. They were really busy but this did not affect the food or service. You have to try the fried feta as it was delicious 😋 Highly recommend this place 👌

The service was second to none!! And the food was absolutely amazing, a taste of authentic Greece in Derby. I had the sausage and halloumi souvlaki, and they had my favourite greek soft drink loux! Ευχαριστώ πολύ, τα λέμε!

I stayed in Derby for 4 days for work and I only wish I’d discovered this place at the beginning of the stay. I’m on a bit of a low carb kick and all I could find in Derby was pizza or fast food. The food here was absolutely delicious and fresh, the Greek salad was perfect with a large chunk of feta on top, the skewers were cooked to perfection. The chap who served me was friendly and very helpful and the restaurant itself was lovely, I opted for takeaway as I was in a rush but I’d definitely sit in there on any future trips

Ordered for collection and it was ready on time, with staff friendly at hand over. Food very nice and you can tell it's of a high quality. They also gave us an extra dip and pitta bread for free. Would highly recommend!

Excellent food and service, the only draw back all be it small was that we were seated on a table for two next to a noisy table of six ladies which spoiled the lovely Greek atmosphere. But wouldn't stop me going again.

We eat here regularly. Fantastic service, great food, reasonable price. The owners (who seem genuinely nice) cater to our halal needs Everytime we go in they bring small desserts on the house. I would recommend .

The table service was attentive and fast. However, the food was just average for the price. The cocktails were better quality. It was very hot inside and we were glad to leave as it was busy. I really don't like the table reservation fee, and would not go there again.

Food was incredible! We visited around 5pm on a Wednesday, it was quiet but soon got busier. Staff were great, food was brilliant and such good value for money. We have since had takeaway from there too and feel it's going to be a regular spot for us. 10/10 would recommend!

1st time I've ever been to a Greek Restaurant and it was the best experience. I'm guessing it was the owner who greeted myself and my partner to our table. As we were ordering our food the owner was explaining the contents and portion sizes. The food was amazing, the waiter explained what everything was, everything was seasoned perfectly, so tasty and juicy. The only issue I had was our mains were brought out before we had finished our starter but we just added what was left of our starters to our mains plate. When we asked for the bill we were asked if we would like to try some samples of desserts, free of charge. The orange cake was delicious, if I had room I would've ordered some. I asked what the optional service charge was for and it was kindly explained to me, I was very happy to pay it. I always leave a tip where it is deserved. There was 1 member of staff who looked completely lost and was just stood staring at people, she told me she was new and didn't seem to know what to do even though the restaurant was busy and bustling and all the other staff were obviously busy. But our experience was overall amazing, we would definitely recommend to everyone and we will definitely come back when we're in the area again.

Unfortunately couldn’t give 5* as missing the extra we paid for. But food amazing as always.

Visited last Saturday evening with my girlfriend. Absolutely amazing place. The service was impeccable. Extremely polite. Very good selection of food. Fried feta cheese is a must try. I highly recommend it to everyone. 10/10 experience

What a wonderful dinner for two booked on an early evening. Very attentive and courteous staff, a nice table with comfy seats. Falafel with houmous and fresh lemon to start, then generous mains - we had the tasty (beef & lamb) Moussaka & the charcoal-grilled Chicken Souvlaki. Well dressed salads, with (triple-cooked?) salt & oregano chips, and rice as well; a taste of Orange cake/Portokalopita & Baklava to finish. Really terrific team and great kitchen. Thanks very much and we'll be back. Highly recommended.

Just had the most amazing Christmas do courtesy of the team at Zorba the Greek. The food was so good, lots of different things to try. The service was outstanding, never been made to feel more welcome in a restaurant. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, will be returning in Jan!

I love greek food and all things Greek but oddly this is my first visit to Zorba but not the last. We had the Mezze with all its meats and cheeses and dips and kalimari. Delicious. Top it off with a couple of bottles of retsina. We didnt even have room for some baklava, but we graciously enjoyed the free ouzo shots

Staff were very friendly and hands on ( as we were the only customers they were almost watching us a lot ) Food came out super fast and was nice ( except the starter pita bread with oil- unedible) Got a dessert on the house which was lovely but we didn’t realise until we got home we were charged an ‘optional service charge’ without being giving the option.

On arrival you are greeted with smiles and a friendly atmosphere, the decor is pleasant and in keeping with the cuisine. Unfortunately they were busy... We were forgotten about but they gave us a round of drinks as an apology. The food was ok.. I love Greek and Cypriot food but everything was scattered with dried thyme and oregano after plating which wasn't the best. Overall it was okay, not my first choice but I may try again on a less busy evening if there is such a thing.

The food is nottoobad, I have musakka, you can tell the microwave cook. Middle side warm. Chips and salad were lovely. The atmosphere is good, clean and nice place 👌. Service is they asking you tips (Service charge) you don't have to pay but it's wrong.

Excellent restaurant, went with daughter, son in law and granddaughters on Sunday lunchtime, we have travelled extensively in Greece and I believe the mixed chicken and pork souvlaki at Zorbas in Derby is the best I have ever tasted, staff are very friendly and professional and brought out hummus and pitta whilst waiting for the meals, then sweet treats like baklava afterwards, five stars isn't enough for this restaurant, we will be back very soon.

We had a fantastic experience. The service was friendly, helpful and very generous. The food was delicious, and everyone was very full. The one constructive comment I have is that when I booked the restaurant the menu online offers a vegan main, but there wasn't a vegan main option available. The various vegan starters were delicious and I had a great meal. But adding a vegan main would be perfect. It was quite loud in the restaurant, mainly from people having a very lovely time. One to be aware of if that's an issue for you.

Lovely authentic food and lovely attentive and polite staff . Well worth a visit. Busiest place in town on the night . Well done .

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary so decided to go to Zorba we married in kos so always try and find a greek restaurant to celebrate. Zorba didn't disappoint, service , food was just amazing. Complimentary desert and shots reminded us of been in Greece with their lovely generosity. Highly recommend

Our party of 9 had a lovely birthday lunch, made to feel welcome from the go, nothing to much trouble for the staff, special requests catered for, food delicious would definitely recommend a visit.

What a lovely place! It was like going to your favourite relatives house for dinner but they have a chef in the family. Moderately expensive and worth every penny. All your favourite Greek dishes with delicious sauces and sides. The safest carpark in the world is just across the road and the building is wheelchair friendly. Can't rate this place enough, one tiny draw back it was very noisy but at least it was the sound of people having a great time !

Guy serving in the restaurant thought I was picking up a order for delivery I live across the road so I went to pick it up his attitude towards me was rude and should be more respectful to drivers as they are delivering food to customers

Brilliant restaurant! The food was really delicious, serving sizes are very generous, and the menu wasn’t too big - which I love because sometimes too many options can be a bit overwhelming! The service was fantastic, our waitress was super attentive and everything came quickly. Highly recommended!

We were offered dessert on the house and wow!! The portokalopita was the best thing I’ve ever had! We will definitely be coming back :)

Great place to eat , disappointed with the menu though, as it's more commercial Greek food than than traditional Greek style food . The service was incredible, as were the wait times for food . The meals were plentiful and good . The toilets definitely were in need of attention, a good clean and emptying of the bins would have been nice , especially as we ate soon after opening hours .

Their tyrokafteri dip is fantastic and their fried feta (with sesame and honey) is ridiculous good! Friendly staff also. It was a nice experience overall.

This was our first visit but definitely won't be our last! The food was amazing with quite a lot of choice for a gf vegetarian 👍 the decor and atmosphere definitely transported you to a Greek island that said our only disappointment was to walk out to no beautiful white houses or the sea but to the dark and cold with the only view being Park Safe 😂

Great service! Food was delicious- I ordered the mix grill for one.

As soon as you enter you are welcomed by the host and with beautiful wall decor on the left with pink blossoms and the right side with a beach and waves. You almost feel at Greece with almost natural music. The main restaurant is so great, the lights soft and the blue truly brings character. The food juicy and fresh, no hint of reheated. This was fresh food with touch of excellence. The staff were attentive enough to have a meal with minimal disturbance. I have to share that there is plenty of Gluten Free options with Gluten free pitta bread and Gluten free Mousakka, YES you read that correct. The tables are so cute! Very nice colour and chairs comfortable. The toilets clean and tidy. I think infrared heaters would be great addition to keep customers warm without breaking the bank. Parking seemed available but blocked. The price was suitable since we had three starters just to taste everything. All meat fresh and tasty, no concerns. Chips were fluffy and crispy. Drinks served without cans would add that touch of class. The experience here was great and the main host was full of knowledge and helpful attitude.

A wet Tuesday evening in Derby and we were so glad we chose to eat here, busy lively atmosphere with obviously regular customers ( which is always a good sign) and other newbies like us. The service was prompt but not to prompt, the staff were polite knowledgeable friendly, the food was fantastic, haven't eaten greek food for years, we wont wait that long again.

Nice little restaurant trick So ,i feel a bit conned to behonest, if two couples decide to have the Mezze you would have thought the amount of food would reflect the party size? NO Couples of two, got the same amount as our table of four, for double the bill It spoilt my experience their, so remember if there's more than two of you at the table, don't have the mezze, less food, double price.

Went on a Saturday night as a group of 6. The staff were amazing, the food was so good!!! The place was full and you could see everyone enjoying their meal. We got a free dessert at the end as an added bonus. 100% will be returning.
