The food is ok. Expensive for what it is. For such a restaurant it is disappointing. Moreover, The place is noisy and the staff Is not well trained. The service was a bit messy. They were disorganised.

My husband and I had a great experience at Bread Street Kitchen & Bar - The City. The Beef Wellington was delicious, and the service was excellent. Nicoleta took care of us, she was very kind and patient, especially since we don’t speak English fluently. We really appreciated it and will definitely come back!

I had a few drinks and Anna nade the best smoke on the water, Also she adviced us chicken wings…. Loved the experince. Thank you Anna

I had lunch for the first time at Bread Street today and can only say the experience was amazing. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection (rib eye), the atmosphere was great, but what made me write this review today was actually the quality of the customer service of the staff. The staff was incredibly attentive but I would like to highlight that Yannis, made my day today with his politeness, attention and overall an incredible customer experience. Well done!

Simply extraordinary, starting with the welcome, we were welcomed by Miss Thai, a very kind and smiling Brazilian woman who advised us on delicious starters and main courses, take the meatballs, they are a must, the non-alcoholic cocktails are also very good, and for dessert we had the tiramisu and the cheesecake. I am delighted to have known this place.

It was always going to be great, It’s Gordon Ramsay’s place. Great service and FANTASTIC food couples with BRILLIANT service. I had the fish moilee which I have to say was one of the best dishes I have EVER eaten. It is not cheap but not silly expensive. Worth every penny. A couple of fellow diners had the smash burgers which they also raved about. At around £24 for the burger, I compared it to a crap I got served at LEGOLAND for £23, shows how LEGOLAND is ripping people off, when you can get a Gordon Burger for about the same price. Folk, Go here! It is GREAT!

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant if you have any allergies. On April 28, 2025, I visited this restaurant with a group of 12 to celebrate a family member's graduation. Despite informing the staff of my fish allergy and specifically mentioning anchovies, I was served a Caesar salad containing anchovy in the dressing. As a result, I had an allergic reaction and had to visit a nearby pharmacy and later consult my GP. This incident ruined my lunch, which consisted of taking antihistamines. The restaurant issued a full refund for the entire bill, excluding my order, which was paid by the graduate. While this was fair given the circumstances, I received no personal compensation for the harm caused nor had the opportunity to have the meal I ordered and spend a great time with the family.

I visited the restaurant as a solo diner. I ordered the Butter Chicken Curry for my main and the Black Forest Cheesecake as dessert. Food was great. The ambience was warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal alone. Special thanks to Nocoleta for her excellent service—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. She made the dining experience even better. Highly recommend!

Visited this restaurant with a friend from the states as a dream treat and had a hectic day, was looking forward to a beef wellington and it wasn’t available on the day - we got steak instead and all I can say the food was great but the real star was GG / Gigi the head waiter his service was a true class act and he made our trip. Great asset to the company.

Went for breakfast on the 25th April 25 Average at best. Scrambled eggs were over cooked and dry. Mushroom was over cooked. Tomatoes under cooked. Sausages were very good. Bacon was dry. Asked for water, which didn’t arrive. Staff seemed disconnected. Friend is vegan and asked for vegan spread for the toast, which they didn’t have. He didn’t enjoy the vegan breakfast. It was 8:30 so not many people in.

My hostess was Yolanda and she was outstanding. Happy to serve us with a smile and a great understanding of the menu and made some great recommendations that made my experience here a very outstanding one. I will recommend this location to all of my friends and business colleagues.

I must say that my experience today was extremely great. Having Yolanda help me through this experience was great. Her recommendations for my steak and her explaining the was of preparing it was outstanding. Even through the language barrier she was patient and helpful. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone i come in contact with. Mr. Ramsey the last thing I ask is that you open a restaurant un Houston, Texas, USA and send Yolanda to manage it.

I visited the restaurant yesterday, the staff was so friendly and polite. Especially Valentina behind the bar her customer service goes above and beyond. Especially when I saw a large party come in and she handled it so well when orders was flying left and right she noted everything down and made sure everyone got what they asked for. I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for delicious food and a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere and friendly staff.

We visited for dinner on March 31, 2025, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. To be honest, until yesterday, I was starting to regret coming to London as a tourist. I had a few unpleasant experiences as an Asian—whether while checking out at shopping centers or dining at restaurants—which left me feeling a bit disheartened. But meeting Luiza today completely changed my perspective. Her polite language, kind eyes, bright smile, and thoughtful care even during busy moments made the evening truly special for my wife and me. Thank you so much. I hope tomorrow brings you just as much happiness as you brought to us today.

I went to Gordon Ramsey last night. Luiza was our server and she was very attentive, talkative and funny. She was amazing to me and my boyfriend. We got a steak to share and the steak and sides were delicious. Louisa made our night ten times better. She also makes amazing espresso martinis

I took my girlfriend to BSK City for the first time and it couldn’t have gone any better thanks to Luiza, she really tried to make it very warming and special for us. She zooms around the entire floor like one of Gru’s minions, head down, job done & a smile on her face with the most bubbly character. Will definitely come back again after last night
