Melia was a phenomenal server. He was very attentive.

Had such a good time here! Ordered the spicy sausage pasta which was amazing would reccomend. Brian was our server and he was so attentive and friendly and gave us lots of travel advice ! Can’t wait to come back

Conveniently located restaurant both street-facing and with linked hallways to adjacent hotels. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was great. We also ate one dinner, and it was good and reasonably priced. This is not fine-dining, but for convenience, it's a definitely not fast-food nor some kind of "greasy spoon." Tables are set close together, so we also enjoyed talking with other patrons, all of whom were fellow travelers.

If I could give -1 on service I would. We recently visited at this place for breakfast with family and unfortunately our experience was nothing but disappointment. our waiter was very rude. my kids had french toast one of the order was burned. There was group for people were next to us and he was very polite and nice to them so we didn't know what we did wrong to get a bad service . We were visiting from Canada the whole experience kinda ruined our day.

Not that expensive and very good food. I wanted to try a meat dish but ended up trying a pasta dish instead. Staff was nice and helpful, especially Aziz.

Our waitress Laura was very attentive. A cozy, pleasant place, with a variety of sweet and savory.

My 'Tesco' lasagna had hardly any bechamel sauce, just full of tomato sauce. Marco Polo pasta was not pleasant. Sticky toffee pudding was good but the tiramisu had an after taste of cardboard. Not a pleasant meal at all.

We ended up here by chance during a weekend in London, while on our way to another Italian restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff (helped by Hinal :-)) and delicious food! The pastas are tasty, but the pizzas are an absolute must! We loved it so much that we came back here the next day! In short: worth it!

I don't recommend this restaurant for breakfast. When we booked it, we didn't realize that it also seems to be a breakfast restaurant for the hotel there. Unfortunately i think that is not clear od the website and it is advertised as being really great food add a cogy place for breakfast. It was extremely busy and the staff was running around stressed. The atmosphere is not cozy at all. I ordered a flat white which came as just coffee with a bit of milk in it, completely overspilled. The french toast was ok. I had the french toast with nutella and the nutella was just served beside the toast in the original packaging. It's ok if a quick breakfast must do, but it's in my opinion not a great place for a cozy breakfast.

We visited this cafe for breakfast on a Sunday morning and, unfortunately, left disappointed. The French toast was presented in an unappealing way and was burnt on a few sides. Toppings like Nutella and syrup were simply placed on the side in their original packaging rather than being incorporated into the dish. The coffee was overspilled when served—why present it like that? Additionally, the so-called “fresh” orange juice was clearly not fresh but straight from a box. Since this cafe is part of a hotel, the breakfast area was crowded with buffet guests, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, rushing around. This made for a chaotic atmosphere rather than a relaxed and enjoyable breakfast experience. We wouldn’t recommend this place for breakfast or a leisurely morning meal. However, we cannot speak to the quality of lunch or dinner service.

Delicious food! We had small sandwiches with cheese and spring onion with a delicious herb butter. And a pepperoni pizza and the BBQ chicken pizza. Nice merlot with it. Elina's service was great! Hospitable and we lacked nothing. Thank you for this wonderful experience in your restaurant.

Delicious pizza as we know it from northern Italy and Germany. Nice service. Funny animation and invitation in front of the door from a nice gentleman with an Alpini hat. However, venga venga is Spanish. Italian would be avanti avanti correct.😂

Rare to eat at a big chain and find the food to be top notch. Last time I at a Bella Italia it was in Telford and it was dreadful. This time not so, my pasta with king prawns was what I dream of getting when I order it in a restaurant. Lots of prawns with no sh!t in them, thick flavour packed sauce with chilli and steaming hot. All washed down with an ice cold bottle of white wine. I'd return here for sure just be aware that they already add a service charge into the bill which i didnt realise until afterwards which meant id given a 25% tip

Not only was the food at Bella Italia amazing, but the service from Cisem was outstanding. She was so friendly and helpful, making our dinner extra special. I had the Chicken Milanese, and it was beautifully crispy while staying juicy inside. A perfect meal in a great setting!

Exactly what I expected from a risotto, really delicious! The servers were helpful and smiling. The atmosphere was nice. Dessert, what a gourmet pleasure! We had a great time.

Service makes all the difference, and Cisem certainly made ours memorable. She took the time to go over the menu and recommended the Marco Polo Pizza, which was absolutely delicious. The balance of flavors was spot on, and the crust was perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

We found the restaurant on the way to Paddington subway. We are very glad that we wandered right here. The staff kindly welcomed us and seated us. We tried pizza, spaghetti, lasagna and risotto and we can say that we recommend all 10 of them. The food came quickly and was very tasty!!!

We had our table booked for 8:00pm arrived for 7:50pm and we were shown to our table straight away, we established our order within 5 minutes and were seen too in less than 8 minutes!!! We were initially impressed with the fast paced service when our food came out at 8:15pm we were equally impressed because our food was cooked to perfection and so delicious! Our waiter was called Umut he was very attentive and polite always checking in on us and kept allergies in mind although we do not have any allergies it was very professional of Umut. As we left the manager wished us well by our names we were very pleased with the personification we received. All I can say is Bella Italia is efficient and attentive. We will definitely be recommending to everyone we know! Thank you again to this wonderful restaurant!

There is a waiter named Brian, who provides very good service. He is Brazilian. He recommended the best pizza. It is worth it.

Bella Italia never fails to impress, and this time, Cisem made our visit even better. She was friendly, efficient, and knew the menu inside out. I tried the Pulled Beef Pizza, and it was absolutely incredible—tender beef, flavorful sauce, and the perfect crust. Can’t wait to come back!
