£3.20 for an instant 'cappucino'! The menu didn't state the cappuccino was instant. I was also informed that there was a card surcharge for orders below £5, which I believe is not allowed. I then tried to pay with a £20 note, but there wasn't enough change in the till. I then asked for the card charge to be waived, which was agreed to. Ultimately, I think the menu needs to clearly state any card surcharge, and whether the coffee is instant or not. There is an instant coffee option on the menu, but the implies the other coffees aren't.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Young lad called Fiazan smashed it. Service was impeccable and he was so warm and welcoming from the moment we sat down to the moment we went out them doors. Would highly recommend this gentlemen if u want a good experience.

Excellent coffee shop. Great baguettes and sandwiches plus signature muffins. Ice cream is also available. Coffee is good. Service is good. Worth a visit.

Absolutely shocking for young kids as they have no high chairs. Took them 10 mins to notice me waiting at the entrance and once they seated me it took them a further 5 mins to give me a menu. I asked for a table water with my meal but didnt come until i asked again and I had to ask specially for a napkin, and even then I only just got 1! Onion Baji was bizarrely watery but came with a nice sauce. Chicken Jarfrezi was anonymous, no heat and barely any taste. Rice was clumpy and the garlic naan had copious amounts of butter on it, so much so that when i teared into it, the garlic butter pooled in the basket. £20.20 in total and NO CARD ACCEPTED. Also bring your own alcohol if you drink Yusufs Spice Lounge opposite bus station is a 5 min walk away and MUCH MUCH nicer! Avoid this place

Visited Costa yesterday, and saw their own take out cups for sale on the shelf for £12.25, so I thought I'd buy my husband one. When I paid for it the price was actually over £15.When I queried this the girl on the till said she knew about it but couldn't do anything about it as she hadn't had time to change it!! So why didn't you mention the price change at the point of sale 🤷. She would not honour the original price as displayed so I asked for a refund. Not good customer service!!

I love a 5 guys as a rare treat, and it’s never disappointed… Small fries, milkshake and burger - over £20. Ye gods, what has our monetary policy done to our nation. This is a result of money printing & inflation. Consequently, this will remain a solo pursuit.

I would like to thank Marie for the wonderful meal we received today, it was most enjoyable and very delicious. And what a polite lady she was. We will be returning again same time next week.

Not local , I visited daytime for a special function, a buffet was provided, and seemed a friendly pub.
