Very open parking. Delivered quickly and piping hot and even gave us free prawn crackers. Good service and reasonoble prices

I'm gutted I didn't try here years ago. Definitely the best chinese in this area... Authentic and fresh. Highly recommended from myself and will be my go to hopefully for years to come. Also it has a Fully Open kitchen so can see the food being cooked ... Small detail but it makes a big difference imo.

Best Chinese in the area in my opinion , I've had thai green green curry , chop suey , and chicken balls in sauce . It's always busy and staff are friendly and very polite .

Waited longer than normal tonight but red hot and absolutely beautiful . Been order from here from the day they opened and always a lovely meal , never been disappointed

I will only order from this Chinese takeaway! The prices are far more reasonable than other take aways in the area, the service is quick, from answering the phone and taking the order to the delivery itself. The staff are very polite, place looks really clean and the food is always fresh! Never had a single issue to date. Keep being great Oriental delight :)

I normally buy my crispy beef with honey and pepper sauce from the orient Delight in Airedale. I made a mistake and rang the Orient delight on lock lane. It was a pleasurable mistake, as the beef was delivered quickly and was very tasty though, a bit spicy. I now have sweat dripping from my head. The food was hot and plentiful. This shop my become my regular takeaway its just a shame they forgot to bring the menu I asked for.

First time eating at oriental delight and we both loved it. I’m usually really picky with Chinese takeaway so I checked food standards first and was pleasantly surprised to see this got a 5 rating so we decided to try it. We got a combo box and chow mein to share and all of it was delicious and great value for £18, food was so fresh and hot too. We will be back, thank you 😍

2 hour wait for my food, when it arrived my salt and pepper chips were soacking wet, and no hardly any Peper in them. First time using this take away and will be the last.

Only place i'll order chinese from now, best in Cas by a long way. Used to order from a couple of others until I tried here

Love this food. I usually order special fried rice with curry sauce and put salt on, yum. The special curry is nice too. Salt and chilli chips are delicious and I love the onion rings as well. Breaded garlic chicken is a fave too. And fried vermicelli in Singapore style is also amazing.

I did realy like this place, enough to give 5 stars, until this morning, 3am 7/1/2023. I was so poorly, I couldn't even have a little water to wet my mouth with out been sick, less than a teaspoon of water. I found out that my Mrs had given our 3 cats some of the chicken after she was violently sick out of both ends! All 3 cats were also violently sick, one 13, one 6 months and one 10 week. That was from Chicken Chow mein! I also found a thick hair in my Foo yung. Poor show ,you've lost a good customer.

Moved to Castleford 2 years ago and my Fiancé is and ex Chinese Chef. We've had a few really bad Chinese takeaways round here and dine in, Eastern Court was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted!!! ... tried here and looked to get good reviews. Have to say best round here. Finally a Chinese takeaway who don't go crazy on the salt and msg. Blackburn sauce was lovely, maybe eve too little salt (better to add your own) ..I was highly impressed at the vegetables served with it. Mushrooms were fabulous. Chicken wings, crispy and lovely and golden.. Good result!

It was quickly made in front of me. No whites on though or other uniform. They stood and cooked in normal clothes from coming in off delivery, kids were walking in and out of the production area. I was a bit disappointed with there lack of professionalism. It was in the pricier side of takeaway food. When I took it home it was a bit bland and boring. So much so we got bored of eating it and put about 1/4 in the bin. Staff were polite and friendly but really need to up there game in my opinion.

First time ordering from here, it was awful. The sea food starter was horrid the sweet and sour chicken was tough and I don't know what the other dish was, I didnt even give it to the dogs it went in the bin. But the chips were nice.

Orderd. My usual ribs which are delicious. But tonights. were very disappointing. They were 2 inch bones with about 3cm ov meat on. Not acceptable im affraid to say. Not your usual standard.

Best Chinese Takeaway we have found. Onion rings are disappointing but first class on everything else. Salt and Pepper chips are gorgeous!

Really excellent Chinese food. We had our first order from Oriental Delight this week and we were so impressed! Mixed dim sum( very tasty and HOT!) followed by Szechuan King prawns with boiled rice and crispy shredded beef with soft noodles. The prawns were massive( and lots of them) and tender, not rubbery at all. The crispy beef was crisp( not always the case) and the sauce was delicious. My husband said it was the best takeaway crispy beef he has ever had. We are ordering again! Thank you
