Ordered a small breakfast. I had one taste of the hashbrown and grease seeped onto my mouth. I cut a small piece of bacon and took on mushroom and they were full of grease. I left the whole thing. On the way out I complained to the girl who took my order at the till. She said 'sorry about that, I will ket them know'. No offer of refund or even a chat with the owner. I had breakfast there about a year ago and it wasn't greasy. Maybe a change in cooking methods or change in chef.

Entré a almorzar. Admite perros. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Pedí un bacon y Brie ciabatta que estaba bueno - el tocino podría haber sido un poco más crujiente. También una envoltura de halloumi que de nuevo era bueno. En general una experiencia agradable y volvería atrás.

Nos alojamos en Wrea Head Hall para nuestro aniversario de boda. La habitación era preciosa. Cómoda cama y hermoso baño con bañera y ducha grande. El personal era muy atento nada era demasiado problema. La comida fue ejemplar cocinado a la orden. Buen producto fresco casero. Nos alojamos 2 noches de cena bed and breakfast y sin duda volveremos de nuevo. Hotel impecablemente limpio con una historia realmente interesante. Decorado con buen gusto. Gracias a un equipo de personal encantador.

Tuvimos un gran sábado por la noche en el Esk, un pequeño lugar lleno de bullicio, gran cerveza, música y pizza. Un hermoso hallazgo en un fin de semana en Whitby!

La comida aquí es excelente, así como el servicio al cliente. Sin duda recomendaría ir a comer. Fuimos a almorzar el domingo al comienzo de nuestras vacaciones en Sandsend y tuvimos un delicioso asado con todos los adornos (tuve la opción vegetariana que era muy sabroso). Fueron muy serviciales con nuestro pequeño nieto de 2 años y le hicieron su propia pequeña comida - muy amable.

A last-minute booking on a Friday made us really happy. Recently, being taken over, we didn't know what to expect, but we were not disappointed. Really friendly, attentive staff and a lovely atmosphere. Delicious food. We'll be back.

Stopped for a coffee and had to try the cake as it looked so good - it was possibly the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had. It had a texture and taste more like a chocolate ganache - amazing. Great coffee and really friendly service too.

We are staying in Goathland at a different hotel but this was the only place we could find offering a Sunday Roast is the evening menu. After a days walking a Roast was definitely necessary, if not essential. Walked in and thought we had entered a low cost carvery. First looks and all that. But the roast was simply superb. Extra gravy and veg were delivered without need big to ask. The condiments were also provided within a minute of being requested. So top food and top service and we were delighted. Will come back as the menu offered other great dishes and they only specials to boot.

Read on here that it is Scarborough's best pizza takeaway. I'm from Leicestershire, on holiday and if this is your best then go to Aldi and get a frozen pizza. The base was very thin, no real taste from the sauce, the toppings weren't particularly generous or tasty. Honestly, I have had better pizzas from a supermarket. Very disappointed
