The best restaurants in Fylingdales Scarborough Yorkshire and The Humber

Spent a lovely weekend here , room amazing and facilities great . Breakfast was huge and gorgeous . Staff friendly and even managed to find a ring and return it to me , I can’t praise this place enough . It’s an absolute gem .

Myself and family are regularly in the coast cafe having a range of things either drinks, sweet treats or food and every time its lovely an I would definitely recommend to anyone. The entertainment that they put on is equally brilliant.

Nice scones, cakes, flapjacks, cold drinks and tea would reccomend. Polite staff, nice area, quick service thank you.

Stopped off in Robin Hoods Bay had great pizza at The Cove which is evidently a different business at night to the day. Really enjoyed it sitting overlooking the sea, the lighting on the terrace adding to the atmosphere. Nick was a great host will be back the next time in Robin Hoods Bay

A lovely place to sit amongst interesting items on the wall - many music related, local magazines to read and great food and coffee plus welcoming and engaging people organising and cooking it all. I didn't say about the music- but really nice atmosphere creates by that too. We went on both our days in Robin Hood's Bay and won't hesitate to make it our first stop next time. First morning we had fish finger sandwiches, which were brilliant. Proper doorstep bread. Next day we had Yorkshire Rarebit which was amazing- proprietor told us the couple behind us were so envious they'd already had breakfast when they saw it! It's a really lovely spot , with comfortable seating, some seats overlooking the window, so you can check out folks wandering by. Coffee was excellent, served in an insulated cafetiere so you can enjoy it over a while.

Cosy, inviting atmosphere with authentic features like the narrow winding steps and low beams. Staff were friendly and warm. We both enjoyed our meals - flat iron steak with peppercorn sauce and an amazing onion loaf, rump of lamb with minted peas and the best dauphinois potatoes! 10/10 for food and atmosphere. Worth booking in advance to ensure you get a table. Would definitely visit again! Thank you for having us.

Everything about this place was excellent The food was delicious, portions were huge. I had crispy pork noodles, wife had scampi. All freshly cooked and hot. Toffee crunch for dessert, also delicious. Everyone was so friendly. It's not the biggest place so I suggest booking, they managed to squeeze us in after a cancellation! Reasonable prices too. My special was £20, overall bill was £80.10. for 2 mains, a dessert and 6 spirit and mixers. Bargain ! Thank you!

The pub has a very good selection of Gluten Free for my friend. She really enjoyed the meal. I certainly enjoyed mine as did the rest of the party. I would definitely cone here again for food. Friendly helpful barman as well

We stayed a couple of days and was blown away by the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere! We had a Sunday lunch which was amazing! Best lunch I’ve had anywhere! Rooms are clean, comfy, and aired. No smells from the kitchen and getting in and out was easy. Definitely returning to taste more value for money food on the menu!! See you soon!!

My wife & I walked from Ravenscar to Robin Hoods Bay along the cinder trail & visited the cafe here for some refreshments. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the staff & placed our order of 2 coffees & 2 pieces of cake. These were quickly delivered. The coffee was very good but the scone was a bit claggy & not the best scone that I have eaten. I wouldn't order a scone again. On leaving we ordered an ice cream each & they were delicious. We didn't have time to visit the exhibition so left that for another time. The place was clean & tidy although the sight of young children putting their dirty shoes on the tables was off putting!

We only had evening meal. Nice food. Generous quantities! Good service.Nice atmosphere. Booked another evening meal in the week.

Went for breakfast with the family. My husband and I both had bacon sandwiches. The bread bun was good quality and fresh, it was packed full with thick cut bacon. My daughter had the tuna melt panini, she said it was delicious. The coffee is freshly ground from a machine, exactly how coffee should be. We were met by the proprietors Rich & Simona with a friendly welcome and a big smile, even the dog got a stroke and a treat! Couldn’t fault anything! Great location, great quality and service, thank you! 👍

Great bar with friendly efficient staff. Good rock music, definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Also the pizza was delicious!!

Great starters & lovely main meals. Lovely views with friendly, efficient service. Enjoyed the Ploughman's sharing board, great cheeses & pie!!
