The best restaurants in Fylingdales Scarborough Yorkshire and The Humber

Spent a lovely weekend here , room amazing and facilities great . Breakfast was huge and gorgeous . Staff friendly and even managed to find a ring and return it to me , I can’t praise this place enough . It’s an absolute gem .

What a great little place! Just had coffee but staff were exceptionally friendly and coffee was good. The food coming out looked amazing.

Exploring the town, we want a place to sit down for a sandwich and drink. This place suited the bill and seating was available inside. Nice selection of lunchtime offerings and the service was quick and pleasant

Myself and family are regularly in the coast cafe having a range of things either drinks, sweet treats or food and every time its lovely an I would definitely recommend to anyone. The entertainment that they put on is equally brilliant.

Nice scones, cakes, flapjacks, cold drinks and tea would reccomend. Polite staff, nice area, quick service thank you.

Stopped off in Robin Hoods Bay had great pizza at The Cove which is evidently a different business at night to the day. Really enjoyed it sitting overlooking the sea, the lighting on the terrace adding to the atmosphere. Nick was a great host will be back the next time in Robin Hoods Bay

If you're in Robin Hood's Bay this is a must-visit place. In a beautiful building, a converted chapel. They certainly know how to make great coffee which we enjoyed with a scone and the views from the terrace are fabulous. Lovely, friendly people too. We shall definitely be back.

Had a lovely roast dinner here whilst staying in Whitby, very popular need to book

Stayed last night after a snowy journey to Whitby over the moors. Proper little pub, very friendly. Nice to see a pub with a fair few people in at 4.30 as we arrived. Lovely food at the evening and for breakfast. Great location a mile or so out of Whitby just off the road to Scarborough. Rooms absolutely fine. Shepherd huts at the rear if you like that kind of thing.

Second time i have been here, my friend lives in robin hoods bay and knows all the local people/shops etc. so he should know who's the best. Had fish and chips, massive fish (hanging off the plate) home cooked chips, salad and garden peas (mushy if you like) the fish was excellent, batter was tasty the fish was a nice fillet and boneless. Wife had chicken korma but when she saw the size of the meal I had, she then wished she'd had the same!! I wasn't sharing....lol.....the korma was nice as well which i finished off....not cheap but miles better value than the two chip shops that are in robin hoods bay, actually it was £1 more expensive and for that you had the pleasure of sitting down to eat your meal and the portions much much bigger.....cant wait for my next trip to RHB....

Acabamos de pasar 5 noches en The Windmill Inn nos encantó cada minuto. Nos cuidaron muy bien. Todos trabajan tan duro para complacer, y nada es demasiado problema. La comida para el desayuno hasta la cena es deliciosa. ¡Bien hecho!

We stayed a couple of days and was blown away by the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere! We had a Sunday lunch which was amazing! Best lunch I’ve had anywhere! Rooms are clean, comfy, and aired. No smells from the kitchen and getting in and out was easy. Definitely returning to taste more value for money food on the menu!! See you soon!!

My wife & I walked from Ravenscar to Robin Hoods Bay along the cinder trail & visited the cafe here for some refreshments. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the staff & placed our order of 2 coffees & 2 pieces of cake. These were quickly delivered. The coffee was very good but the scone was a bit claggy & not the best scone that I have eaten. I wouldn't order a scone again. On leaving we ordered an ice cream each & they were delicious. We didn't have time to visit the exhibition so left that for another time. The place was clean & tidy although the sight of young children putting their dirty shoes on the tables was off putting!

It never fails to impress. Our first night and we ate here after a couple of drinks. It got quite busy and it only teatime. We had steak pie which was amazing. The service was very good as always. We just ran out of days as would’ve come in more. Thank you

Came in recently for a few drinks. Not been in since it changed hands. Really nice atmosphere, lovely and friendly, the guy running the place was rushed off his feet but he still took the time to have a chat with everyone. Wish we’d had the chance to eat here, we’ll definitely give it a try next time.
